I’ve been a loyal Client of New Look since 2007. They are the absolute BEST. I literally drive by 5 paint stores just to get to New Look to get that superb customer service from Brett Lanham. Not only is he knowledgeable of their products, but his customer service skills are impeccable. He greets every customer who walks through the door, usually by their first name. He knows everyone. The entire staff is extremely friendly and polite and always willing to help. I recommend this store to anyone who’s looking for great quality paint. Make sure you ask for Brett. Brett is the paint expert! I came in with a handful of paint colors, overwhelmed and had no idea how to decide. He walked us through them and had my colors picked out in 3 minutes! Super nice, knows his stuff, and fast! Will be taking all my business there!

The staff here are very friendly and knowledge. I knew ~the Look~ I was trying to achieve, but was overwhelmed by picking the exact color combinations for my kitchen remodel and home (color)facelift. I brought in samples of my tile backsplash & countertops, told Mrs Beth the shade of colors I wanted, and she helped me narrow it down. I left there so excited about the colors we chose ❤️

They are super! I bought paint there in 2017 and again last week. Everyone is knowledgeable and very patient. I need patience; choosing paint makes me nervous! They are willing to pull multiple paint chips, discuss options, give advice and opinions. Brett will even discuss good music!

New Look Decorating is my go to for paint and related supplies when doing paint jobs, staining decks, and remodeling in general.I have been using Benjamin Moore paint since I was around 21 years old and was introduced to it by a professional painter. While New Look caries various sundry items such as brushes, stains caulk, caulk guns, putty and so on, it is the excellent customer service and the high quality of the Benjamin Moore paint keeps me coming back. The paint is easier to work with than any other paint that I have used and the paint job lasts longer than comparable products.The management and staff are very helpful and knowledgeable in decisions such as color options to make a room work, trim colors that will work with the paint for the wall, and what grade or finish is best for a particular situation or budget. Of course, in the end, the customer has to make these decisions for themselves but it really helps to have someone who knows what they are talking about available to help. Having been a homeowner for over 30 years and having owned rentals for over 10 years I have discovered that the are a number of factors to consider in a paint job or in staining a deck, etcetera. Having actually done these things quite a few times I have learned that quality counts and the longevity of a job is directly related to doing the job right and using the correct products. Many thanks to the good people at New Look Decorating for all of their help over the years!
