Sent my car here threw Progressive. Everything was fine until I got it back. Worked looked ok but, get in and my windows DON’T WORK and the shop they sent it to (Capital GMC) broke $600 in parts and told me I was reliable. Then notice the wheel bearing and ball-joint was bad so the alignment shouldn’t have even been done considering the front end isn’t tight at all. Was charged for a windshield and it was never put in. I don’t recommend this shop!

My Volkswagen Jetta was under warranty for rust through. Woodbury Auto Body did an excellent job and my VW looks new again. My Jetta was also detailed and waxed! Thanks for taking on this job. Peter

Brought vehicle in for repaires. Got my vehicle back with multiple lights on the dash. Not a single one on when dropped off. Told it was not do to the work they did. “Must be a coincidence” is what I was told. Needless to say, customer service sucks and won’t ever be back to these hacks.

Had our car bodywork done by GEICO here. Geico only pays for aftermarket parts so they had their work cutout for them. They broke my hood latches so they epoxied them to the radiator support! I have been fixing other stuff they screwed up and did not tell me too. Wrong bolts, poorly fastened, stuff like that.They dont really have an attention to detail and took a while
