Could not have asked for a better experience start to finish. The office staff was extremely pleasant. They came out very promptly exactly as they said they would. They realigned the door lasers and showed me how to do it if it happens again. 10/10 I highly recommend.

Professional garage door came by my work and fixed our garage door. A few weeks later the door threw a cable and was inoperable for a few days. Professional garage door came back and told the company owner that it was broken due to operator error... they said this to the owner which was also the guy that broke it just trying to raise it. Tim came down and was able to find the mistake and fix it within a day. He stated that the track was never fully secured and thats why the cable was messed up. Professional garage doors couldnt even inspect the length of track before blaming others. 10 out of 10 guys! If there is a problem Tim will find it!

Our old low quality garage door was removed and replaced today with a beautiful Raynor insulated (R13) steel door. Our old door had collapsed due to high winds, in excess of 70 mph. The wind rating of our new Raynor door far exceeds what we normally see on the north east side of Log Hill Mesa. The gentlemen that installed our new door were very professional, on time and were done in less than 2 hours. Everything was properly adjusted and the requested extra bracing was installed. All of the old materials were removed for proper disposal. A job well done.

This company sent out two very skilled installers. They corrected a couple probelms with my structure. As well as putting in a good quality door. I am sending them to put in a door for my grandmother. If you 2 gentlemen read this thank you very much.

Man, these guys are good. First they showed up with 30 minutes of me calling. The service was very fast and friendly. After fixing my broken hinge they inspected the entire system and found a gear that was in really bad shape and repair it. GREAT JOB!!!!!

WOW!!! Very honest folks. When I have a problem with my garage door, they try to resolve it by phone with me. For weeks my garage door has not been closing properly and I could not resolve it by phone only because Im somewhat inept at these types of things. They were scheduled to come out at 3 pm today. I got a call at 2:50 saying they would be 10 minutes late which I thought was extremely professional and courteous, especially for the montrose area where many businesses are run without a whole lot of care about being on time. When they did get here, they spent about 2 minutes fixing the problem and they insisted on not charging me, not even for the service call! It feels good to know that there really are some companies that are truly customer oriented and not just about the money. I will continue to call on these fine folks for years to come!
