Mark was very patient with us financing for the first time and is not pushy, he kept in constant communication and was very good at answering at all times. From the first phone call was an overall pleasant experience. After multiple test drives at multiple dealerships we came across a truck here. Mark was incredibly nice over the phone and in person. Last November we purchased a large Van from Marc and i couldnt have been more pleased with the outcome. This was my best experience yet with a vehicle purchase through a dealership. I normally avoid dealerships because of the high pressure, high priced deals Ive seen in the past. A&M was a no pressure and reasonable price from cool salesmen. I purchased my first company vehicle through them. They were very patient and helpful throughout the process. The Nissan 2500 van was very clean and better than I expected.

I am very, very pleased with my experience with A&M. Mark went, what I feel is above and beyond to help me. I live 2 hours away-- Mark was very friendly, and answered all my questions over the phone. He held the truck for 3 days- until I could get off work and drive 2 hours to see it in person- when he could have easily just sold it to someone else. I drove 2 hours, when I arrived, Mark had everything lined out and ready to go. He made the whole purchasing process quick and easy. I highly recommend this car lot!

DEFINITELY WOULDN’T RECOMMEND. Paid a lot of money for an SUV only for it to not start a WEEK later! Called them and got the run around, that the mechanic is out of town and he would see what he could find on google. 🤣 this place is a joke. Kept trying to tell me it was the key which IT IS NOT & they never tried to contact me to fix the problem. Save your money and go to a REAL car lot where they won’t try to google what’s wrong with your car! From what I see this happens a lot with this place!

They sell poorly maintained vehicles with temporary fixes on them so you drive off and a short time later they go out. Mine is going to cost $7,000 to fix and I know of others who have had similar problems. I cant say too much as we have possible class action against them. Save your money. You are better off buying at a reputable dealer and paying a little more because the expenses of repairs will put you in the same bracket anyways. They use to have a Facebook but due to so many complaints similar to mine they have deleted it.

Came in and bought a car that wasnt detailed and they refuse to do it because they said it would cost. On the way home from buying the car my car over heated and the check engine light came on. When I reached out to them to tell them what happened I got no response.

My friend and I bought two cars here, both of the the two cars had a check engine light on within 20 days of purchase. I spent $500 to repair mine, and my friend spent 160 just for the inspection at the Nissan dealer, they asked for 300 more to fix the problem. Based on the experience, I cant recommend this dealer to anyone. Sorry.

Horrible customer service, made a deal over the phone considering we are 3 hours away, took off work and packed to go get it, sold it out from under us, dont trust
