Wasn’t treated very nicely over the phone when I called to inquire about something and an even worse experience I’m store. Not worth it in my opinion with the plethora of other options. 0/10. Only gave a star because I have to. Sorry customer service and quality go along way with me and this store lacks all of the above.

Went in here yesterday and bought 2 new glasses for my tank and got home to replace the broken glass and come to find out that the glass tank was not the right one so I called them this morning and they said they would replace the 2 I bought yesterday for the correct glass so mind you I live in Purcell and they are located in moore and so I made the drive to get the correct glass but once I got there the guy that helped me I didnt catch his name but he was very helpful. He checked to see if they had the correct glass and which they didnt so instead he gave me a whole new set up that included a tank, a pre installed coil, 2 coils and a replacement glass tube. Best vape store I have ever been to!!!! Thank you so much prodigy yall definitely have a dedicated and loyal customer here.

Love this place, been going there for about a year now, all liquid Ive tried is great, love the fact they have happy hour every day also, prices are great, staff is real friendly and helpful also. If you havent been to this place I really recommend them you wont be disappointed, I literally drive 45 minutes one way just to go to this place once a week. Try them out youll be glad you did.

I just left the Prodigy in Moore and can say with all honesty, they are just as wonderful a business to visit as they were the day they opened. They are the true sense of the word Professionals I was one of the first customers the day they opened and had no knowledge of vaping. The two gentlemen spent a great amount of time educating me and making sure I didnt buy anything I didnt need to. Cant say that about any other business, now can we. All these years later, they have only gotten better. Keep up the good work guys and congrats on the new locations.

I’ve spent several hundred dollars at this location and my most recent purchase was an aspire breeze. I had a conversation with the team member when I purchased it about the current vape I was using at the time being disappointing in terms of flavor, coil life span, etc. I was assured that if I wasn’t satisfied with the breeze that I could return it.I stopped into the shop yesterday to pick up something else due to the breeze not being to my liking. I informed the team member who helped me that I did not bring my receipt but I’d like to return the breeze within the next couple of days. They informed me that this wouldn’t be a problem.I’ve just stopped into the shop with the breeze (in the box and fully cleaned), and my receipt only to be handed over a phone from the cashier with a shady FaceTime going with the manager, who had his phone pointed at a ceiling fan w/o showing his face, and he then proceeded to tell me I could not return the item for cash back but I could exchange it for something in the store.I informed him that it would have been helpful to have been given that information the day before when I purchased another vape and discussed the situation with a member of his staff. He repeated the same thing again, almost completely disregarding my situation.I said, okay, thanks. And left.Prodigy Vapor, you’ve lost a customer.Next time, train your team members to know how to handle returns so that a customer isn’t misinformed multiple times and inconvenienced in this way.I’ll eat the $60 - you’ll have to eat the several hundred dollars more I would have easily spent at your shop.

I have never had a bad experience at this store. The employees are genuine. They dont throw a sales pitch at me. They take the time to find out my preferences and suggest things from there. If I dont like it, they dont push it. When I buy my juice they even sweeten it for me!

This is the only shop I go to and have for years. I make the drive from Norman. No big deal but they are the best and Ill spend my money there every time. First name services and the absolute best product!

Their selection of mods and tanks are limited. Their juices are, well, you never know. Ive gotten juice here that tastes amazing. And then again, Ive gotten juice thats not up to par. The 3 nic is not a 3. 6 is not a 6, its all very low and they dont put enough nic in the juice. But if you get an 8. Its super harsh. I will say that its not all the time its like this. It just depends on who makes your juice. Itll taste like chemicals or a decent juice. I wouldnt say its worth 15 dollars a 60ml. They should drop their prices a bit. But they do have a nice happy hour on Fridays where you buy juice and get another for 1 dollar. Id give them 3 1/2 stars if possible.

This is my new favorite vape shop. They have great house juice at amazing prices and even better customer service. I bought a tank here that had leaking issues and while most shops would have shrugged and told me sorry no returns, contact the manufacturer, they happily swapped it out for a different model with no hassle at all. The employees are all very friendly, there isnt that vape bro culture in here like in a lot of other shops Ive been to. Love Prodigy and would recommend them to everyone.

Happy hour price is great! I just have to say I vape at a 6 nicotine level and the juice I’ve been getting from you guys at prodigy is pretty bland and not a 6. You guys should probably stop illegally mixing your juice in the back becuase it never tastes the same. I never get what I’m ordering anyways y’all screw it up !! I’ll order two different flavors of juice and get the exact same flavor in both bottles like what the heck really? Nahh I won’t be back I’m going back to vapor world.

Used to be the best, however, the last few months the juice seems to never be the same and taste more like a harsh chemical or totally different flavor each time.

So I bought a vape from here and it leaked even after I put a new coil in it and made sure it was sealed. I was really frustrated and was rude to the owner and the manager which they didnt deserve and I deeply apologize for it. Anyways they let me exchange it for a new one even after I was rude and they stayed nice the whole time.
