First time visiting. Been to a handful of ranges in NC and GA. The workers were awesome with great knowledge. Range was nice with fancy automated lanes.Stop by!

I stopped in Point Blank Range with family while on vacation. We rented several different firearms for use in their indoor range. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating (especially the gentleman at the rental counter), the range was state of the art with fantastic lighting and filtration, and their inventory selection was great as well. Two thumbs up!!

My daughter and I try to get to the range at least once a month. Point Blank is well equipped and the equipment is well maintained. The staff is professional and friendly.

Purchased a pistol today, reasonable prices for the current situation and gun rush in the country. Lifetime warranty on the firearm. Store is nice and clean but very busy and a bit understaffed.

The customer service and sale assistance was really nice to me and my family for our first visit to the range. I never shot a gun in my life and this was really nice. Will come back for another visit soon. Thank you again.

Awesome place best gun selection around

The staff at Point Blank Range immediately makes you feel right at home. They also have skilled trainers on staff to help shooters of any level. I spent 11 years as a Navy weapons chief, and their deep understanding of shooting skills showed me flaws in my technique that I’ve need doing for years. A 5 minute conversation with Drew in the classroom about basic shooting concepts took my accuracy to a whole new level. Their concealed handgun class was also the most informative I’ve ever attended in several states. I personally look forward to getting more involved with the defensive handgun and carbine classes they teach.

So I went here with my dad around Father’s Day. So I bought the range time for my dad and I with my credit card and was told the transaction didn’t go through. So I used my debit card on another machine and was told it went through, but it went through on both. I was charged twice for range time and don’t appreciate it. Will never come back to this place.

I really appreciate the service and support when I use the range. I use both locations and feel the staff are all cut from the same mold: really great folks.

Horrible service! Used their online store and never received my purchase. Called bout it and the clerk just blamed the govt. Then asked for a refund but never got it. Had to file a claim thru Wells Fargo! My experience could be a commercial for Wells Fargo! Never using their range online store or taking any classes there again! I found a better more local shop Ill be taking my business to for now on.

Update:Raising my review. I received a call from an employee at the Mathews location who was extremely nice and helpful! He obtained a general managers assistance to resolve my issue. I am thankful for the quick resolution from those kind gentleman!I registered for classes with Point Blank Range. I chose this location because I had already been a customer since 2016 and their cancellation policy specifically states that if you cannot attend a class then you will receive a credit towards other training courses or store merchandise. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I have had to cancel my classes and unfortunately I will not be able to attend any future classes. I sent an email cancellation per the companys request so as to receive my store credit for merchandise. The email was sent last week. I have not received any communication. I called the store and was told that the money I spent will be put on a store gift card so I can purchase ammunition. I arrived at the store and was told by Erin that they will only transfer the money for future classes. I stated the website clearly shows I can use the money towards store merchandise. I called the Matthews location and was told the company as a whole issues refunds or store credit and that Erin should issue my credit for a merchandise purchase. My credit for the classes should be $300. I mentioned that due to new circumstances, I cannot attend future classes which is why I want to use the store credit for merchandise as the companys website clearly states customers are entitled to when they cancel a class. I wasnt even asking for a refund, just to spend the money as the cancellation policy states I can.When I registered for the classes, I took screenshots of the cancellation policy which corroborates my review. Before I went into the store, I took another screenshot of the cancellation policy just to be sure my information correct, and the policy still stated I can use my class credit towards a merchandise purchase. I then went into the store and asked to use my credit for a store purchase, Erin stated it could only be used for future classes even though the website stated otherwise.UPDATE:Less than an *hour* after I went and nicely asked to use my store credit, the policy is now changed on the website to say customer cancellations wont receive the store credit. This is highly disrespectful towards customers. I wasnt asking for a refund, I was not rude, all I tried to do was use my money the way the policy stated I could and the way every other employee I spoke to said I could.I have a copy of the policy as it was when I registered and when I cancelled my classes and it clearly states I can use the credit for a merchandise purchase, and there were no limits on the type of merchandise. I cant afford to just throw away $300, I would like to use it as I am entitled to.I am hoping the company will make this right and stand by the policy they wrote so I can change my review.

Worst place of my life there very disrespectful they owed me money for a month and kept telling me to wait for a manager to be here and gave me my money back on a gift card and I gave them cash would never buy a gun from them in my life ! As a city slicker from NYC, Ive wandered out into the more American parts of the USA and this is BY FAR, the best range Ive been to. You have variety, fair prices, GREAT EMPLOYEES and roll that all together for a GRAND EXPERIENCE. Full auto goodness of the best variety without the insane tourist trap pricing. This range is a destination location and worth every single dollar :)For best bang for buck: buy the ammo by the case and bring some friends to split the boxes. Youll be happier too! :)

Im visiting from GA....I shoot IDPA matches so I try to hit my local range at least once a week outside of a match. Found Point Blank on Google and I must say the staff is VERY welcoming, knowledgeable(WITHOUT the EGO) and helpful! I had and awesome session and i highly recommend stopping by Point Blank Range if youre visiting or if youre local looking for a home range. PLEASE SUPPORT OUR LOCAL RANGES IF THEY TREAT YOU RIGHT...WE ONLY HAVE EACH OTHER WITHIN THE 2A COMMUNITY!!

Worse experience ever in any retail environment!!! If i can give a negative 💯%, i would. Paid for a gun, then their computer issues happened; so they say. This Erin lady is suppose to be assistant manager but cant process my refund and its going on 2 weeks plus. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!! They have the product and my money but not willing to give me my refund.

You have to bring your own ammo or else you have to rent a gun. $70 for 50 .380 + rental gun + target and eye pro, on the range line for -30 minutes. Up to you if thats steep or not.Update. It is now $60 per box of 9mm. 2 boxes and two targets ran me $149. Go somewhere else. Only reason I go is bc people keep giving me gift cards to them.

Main guy at the counter and old lady dont seem to care what they say to people. not sure why theyre in the customer service business. prices are too high, and theyare gauging during the pandemic which is low. i wont go here any more, thats for sure.

Went here last week for my bachelor party. The guys and I had an absolute blast! Coming down here to shoot class 3’s is now going to be a yearly thing for us! Awesome service, awesome staff, awesome guns, and awesome range marshal! Couldn’t have had a better time!

Employees where very nice and they had a wide selection of arms. However, management could use some work with regards on how they treat some of their employees. Overall, it was an okay experience and I can recommend them to some extent.

I went to this range for my first time and I was impressed by the cleanliness and professionalism of the employees. The range was cleaned really nice and good working equipment. They explained how the equipment worked, which was a plus. What I didnt like was the price of ammo. It was only a 50 round box and it was $20 more than what I could have gotten anywhere else. If I had known how much they were going to charge, I would bought it at Walmart before I got there.

Unfortunately I deleted a recent review and attempted to give this place another chance. Being it’s about a mile from my house I was hoping for good results. That was a pipe dream.This place is a nice facility. That is ALL ! The staff is not very knowledgeable. It’s almost as if they think it’s a privilege to purchase something from them. Well that’s not the case.So after lots of money spent and the same results met each time. 2 Daniel DDM4s, endless amounts of parts and I’m going to Blackstone. Down there they treat you with respect and there is no attitude towards you.The blonde lady at this “store” is 90% of the issue. She’s rude, knows absolutely nothing about firearms. I’d be willing to bet she’s married into the deal. Just seems like the typical coat tail riding entitled individual.The one and only person I can recommend talking to if you must go there is the red headed guy with the matching beard lol

This location is the Northern location of Point Blank Range. This place is good and offers instruction, rentals, memberships, indoor range, classes, accessories, ammo and a very respectable inventory of firearms. It has a newer construction which can be more inviting to newer shooters.

I walked in, purchased and annual Hero Individual membership, immediately starting shooting. I continue to do this multiple times a week with zero issues. I’m not for sure about the mentality of some of the one star reviews. Most of them seem petty in my opinion. Again, I’ve had zero issues with any of the staff and I appreciated Phillip showing me the Patriot Gun club lounge room and going over the amenities of that membership level. This location has some of the best training classes available to the general public, period. Check out some of the people’s names that are conducting upcoming classes.

I had an amazing experience with one on one training with Drew! He gave a very thorough explanation of proper gun use and marksmanship before trying out on the range. I noticed a significant difference in my abilities in just one lesson and everyone was extremely nice and accommodating. I highly recommend this range as well as their training options!

I recently visited the Mooresville NC location. To look for a firearm that I would be interested in purchasing. At the time I didn’t have my permit to purchase. The sales rep proceeded to inquire if I had the permit in my possession after viewing one of the selected firearms. Then proceeded to tell me that I couldn’t look at anymore firearms since I didn’t not have a permit in my possession. I then proceeded to continue to look at another firearm that was in interest. I then requested if it would be any trouble to have a look at one more firearm. With attitude the sales rep stated again that she could not allow me to. Reason was not only for that I didn’t have a permit but also that they have to clean the firearm afterwards which I do not see a difficulty in doing so. I then stated I am looking to purchase and also made a statement that I had absolute no knowledge that it was not legal to say. The sales rep then (with a threatening attitude) threatened to have me arrested for my statement instead of explaining that that was not legal. I am a lawfully abiding citizens with no record and I felt that her attitude and threat was more acted upon my race. I had no attitude nor did I show any signs of disrespect towards her. I am not happy with the way she handle herself towards me.

Find a better place to shoot. I would not suggest ever attending this range, it is the most pretentious shooting range I have ever been to in my life. When I go to a range, I simply go there to shoot firearms...if I want your opinion on proper techniques I will either ask for it or sign up for a class. People want to go to the range to train with their firearms, not to be made to feel like an idiot because a person making an hourly wage thinks you should change the way you shoot. At the end of the day, shooting is a PERSONAL protection exercise, who are these people to tell others how they should be exercising their rights to protect themselves? There are much better ranges within close proximity

The facility is top notch. All of the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Their monthly specials offer a wide selection of products at reduced prices. Everyday prices may not be the lowest you can find but they are very competitive when you consider all that is included. Quite a nice selection of rentals for you to try before you buy.

I went to PB Range today for the first time since moving to NC from NJ. From the second I walked in the door I was blown away by the place. It is a beautiful store and a top notch range. Everyone who works there was friendly when having me fill out the waiver and watch the safety video, showing me the range and how everything works and showing me some handguns after I finished shooting. I will absolutely be back to buy and shoot!

Just wish there were more instructors available for walk-in. Everyone was super helpful and knowledgeable. Also has a good selection of guns to rent at very reasonable range prices.

Rudely ignored me when trying to purchase a 9mm. I went elsewhere and purchased a gun that same day.

I love this place. I have purchased weapons there, taken classes and used the range. Everything is top class. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Great manufacturers represented and the range equipment is new and high end.

The lanes are state of the art and the facility is very clean and comfortable. On top of that, the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and always stressing safety first. I have taken classes here and always walk away learning something new and improving my skills.

This gun range is spacious and the price is awesome! $20 for all day and the ear protection they rented out for $2 was very protective. I only have great things to say about the staff! They could have been impatient with us due to the struggles we had with our guns but they were very patient, understanding, and extremely nice. I definitely recommend this place and am willing to drive 45 minutes to shoot here. Wonderful experience with the range itself and the absolutely amazing staff! Thank you for making my boyfriend’s birthday special and giving my dad a memorable experience.

Great staff. Clean, well lit and welcoming to women. Wife, sister friends and I all enjoy the facilities. Traffic in I77 is a pain, but we still make the trip because of the people here.

Awful staff! I put 20% down on a pistol that was already in their stock but had some issues trying to get the proper paperwork. The salesman told me multiple times to take my time that it was no big deal and if things didn’t work out, they would put my deposit towards store credit. Once I went back, I spoke to the salesman and told him it wasn’t worth the trouble for me to continue with getting the proper paperwork for the pistol but I would like to purchase a shotgun with my $178.00 deposit. He then told me there was a 20% restocking fee for the pistol. I thought he meant 20% of the deposit I had already paid and figured, hey, no big deal. That was not the case! They kept my entire deposit and wouldn’t apply it to anything in the store.This was 4 years ago and I haven’t been back since and never will. I spent around $500 in there for gunsmith services, range services and ammo. I tell everyone I know to stay away and hope you do the same!Go to Palmetto State Armory in Denver!You can thank me later.

We’ve been coming here since they opened. I have taken several classes, been involved in the Women on Target classes, and I took my concealed carry course here. My son has also taken several courses. We had my son‘s 16th birthday party here and all his friends loved it! When my son was in high school, a Friday afternoon at the range was his incentive for getting his homework done all week!Everyone is helpful and knowledgeable, I’ve never felt talked down to for being a woman in a man dominated industry. In fact they have awesome women on staff who can help with anything from buying a gun to lessons!I always look forward to a trip to Point Blank!!

I visit a few ranges indoor. I prefer outdoor I like this range I find the prices are high. 20 dollars a person. I feel if I use one lane and for 45 mins say three people and not wanting to spend alit of time is pricey also I did not like that once pretty much were not alit of people there and they had other shooters all in one place like spread people out you got alit of lanes. I think charge per lane half hour an hour at a rate would be better and cheaper. Just what I think being that Ive had better experience other places. And I would not buy a gun or take a CCW class there way too high. Unless you have no choice shop around. But very nice place and staff

Terrible experience. Not helpful at all. If I could give a zero rating I would. I am a novice to firearms and it was suggested that I go to Point Blank to get some instruction and possible lessons before I purchase a firearm. Well that is what I did. I waited around for 30 minutes filling out all their paperwork and watching their video. I was then told that they are unable to rent a firearm to a first time shooter. When I asked why, all I was told thats our policy. I told them that I didnt understand why and that they were recommended for my first experience with a firearm. I was then told that if I came in with a firearm, I would be permitted to shoot but they would be unable to rent me one. Huh? They then said that I could take a 1 on 1 with an instructor to which I said fine lets do it. But they came back with you cannot take one now and that I had to make an appointment to come back Monday thru Friday between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm. What? So I guess they assume nobody has a job. Needless to say I left there angry and confused. Not worth the 30 mile drive for me. Great job Point Blank for turning away a customer.

I moved to NC from NY and have bin here for about a year. I was looking around for a local gun store I could call home and I’m glad point blank range in Mooresville is the one I chose. The facility is immaculate very state of the art really clean and modern store.I ordered a gun off their website and got a call only a couple days later telling me it’s ready for pickup.I went it and got immediately greeted by a very pretty staff member and she went through the paper work and had me in and out in less then 30 minutes and it would have bin faster too if the computer wasn’t giving her problems. This was my first firearm purchase since moving here and it couldn’t have bin easier.The staff at point blank range are very polite and friendly and make you feel right at home and they have very reasonable pricing way better then a big box store. I’m so glad I chose point blank range as my go to gun store they are awesome and have my support from now on.I’m looking forward to my next firearm purchase because I know point blank range won’t disappoint.Thankyou to everyone at point blank range in Mooresville!

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences at this range. Price wise on firearms, they are slightly higher than the two major competitors in the area but since I live a few minutes away and the staff has always been very professional and courteous I’ve still bought several firearms from them.

Out of all the shooting facilities in this region of North Caroline this one stands out as the cleanest, upscale, and the most professional range I have ever been to. Before I went to this range my friend told me that they had full auto rentals, that won me over right away. The prices are not to far off from all the other firearm dealerships in that region. Owning firearms is an expensive hobby, which I really appreciate, it keeps out all the cheap people. All in all, great place and the staff are very knowledgeable and seem to enjoy working with their customers.

Ive been to a number of firearms dealers with ranges, but this one impressed me a lot more than most. The store will well arranged, with a great selection of firearms, ammo, and accessories. The range was very well organized and well lit. The range safety video prior to using the range for the first time...was very well done..and many other ranges could benefit by doing the same. Firearm rentals and ammo were low cost and not having my time on the range limited was a HUGE PLUS! Way to go Point Blank! I will be back.

Went with a group of military and law enforcement and have never been so dissatisfied with a shooting range. The guy with glasses at the range counter was terribly disrespectful and rude to a very respectful and safe group of shooters. Will not be back.

Again I cannot say enough how much I enjoyed my time at Point Blank, Mooresville. My son visited this weekend and we went Saturday morning for almost 3 hours. It is all he has talked about for two days. The staff was even more professional and friendly than before. The staff made the experience a wonderful time and memory with my son. Tried this place out for the first time a couple of weeks ago! The staff was super friendly and very helpful.. The facility is very clean and top of the line. The prices for the range was very reasonable.. Considering you pay and can shoot all day.. ( as long as nobodys waiting). Excellent place, will visit again soon!

I have been going here for a little over a month. The entire staff could not be nicer or any more knowledgeable. Very professional one and all. It is a pleasure shooting there. Just took a concealed/carry handgun course with Drew. Great instructor, made the long day go quick with his knowledge, witt and passion for his craft.

They have worked on a firearm for me and they have a nice program for their indoor range. They might need to work on getting people excited and welcoming newcomers but overall I liked the experience and would go back.

Had a Groupon for instruction and a day of shooting. Could not have been more satisfied with this range. The people are super friendly and knowledgeable. We received individual instruction from Mike that was simply brilliant. Rates for rentals and membership are very reasonable.

I took a firearm to Point Blank Range in Mooresville to get it appraised to see how much they woould purchase it for. Someone from sales helped me and after going back and forth they contacted their manager about my firearm because they didnt have one like that in stock. Their manager came back with an offer of $700 for the pistol but said because the manager was out of town that they couldnt purchase the pistol from me that day but could do it when the manager came back and the offer would stand. I left my name and number to have them call me when the manager was back, but never received a call. About two weeks later I brought the pistol back in. Not only was the salesman who helped me no longer an employee, but they had no record of what happened and their new appraisal price was hundreds of dollars lower. I explained to them everything that was said to me and that their employee said the offer would stand. Not only did they go back on their offer, but their second offer was way lower than their initial offer.This is a poor way to do business with their customers. I was treated horribly and it was a slap in the face for them to go back on their offer and give me a new offer that was even lower. Needless to say I will no longer be taking my business there. I will not purchase any firearms or sell anything to them. I will also be going to a different gun range. They dont care about their customers so take your business elsewhere.

Update I spoke to the manager and will not be returning to this location ever. The store manager assured me he is aware of their business practices because it’s the “American Way”. As for the missing mag issue he stood behind his employee and offered no apologies. So with this being said I would encourage everyone to avoid this location at all cost. FYI the CZ Scorpion sold at Gander Outdoors for $600.I honestly feel insulted after my visit today with my future son in-law and will never return. I will also encourage everyone I know to avoid this place. First off salesman handed me a Springfield 1911 with no mag and walked away. Then when he returned insisted it had a mag in it when another salesman spoke up and said it’s in the box. Never accuse a person of theft because it can end badly for the accuser. As I said at the counter you can check me I don’t have it but what went without saying is that you have now lost a customer that will spread the word of what happened. Furthermore future son son in-law was only offered $350 for a CZ Scorpion with factory metal hand guard and streamlight 1000 lumen rail mounted weapon light. Brand new would be $1150 used open market $750 to $800 fair trade at most stores would be $550-650 not $350. Totally embarrassing visit today.

We visited Point Blank range this past weekend with my son, father and brother in law .This is one of the nicest range we been to, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.The place has lots of items for sale firearms - accesories etc moderately priced.Will make the trip again to enjoy a nice range.

I went here for the first time last weekend with my dad and we had a blast very helpful staff tons and tons to see and buy, the only thing I didnt like about it is that I wish they had a bigger parking lot when me and my dad got there we got the last spot theres maybe 12 spots there but Im not gonna knock off a star just for that Ill definitely be going back again and again I loved it.

The older lady was extremely rude and hateful the other week we went their. For this reason shooters express got my business and will from here on out.

This range is the best I have seen in the Lake Norman area. They offer a month-to-month membership that we use to make it convenient for us to shoot there. The employees are always friendly and excited to make your shooting experience perfect. They also have an up to date firearms showroom and have a great service department. My wife and son love to participate in all of the competitions they have available. They also rent all types of guns, so it is a great place to shoot something before you buy it. I would recommend this range to everyone around Charlotte, Huntersville, Cornelius, Mooresville and Denver NC areas.

Everything you need. The range rents and sells guns of several different makes & calibers. They sell targets, ear plugs, ammo, glasses, and all sorts of accessories. They will offer a aafety tutorial to new shooters, so everyone is welcome. It can get loud in the range depending one who is shooting what. They ask that weapons are unloaded when entering the store and check for certain ammo that may damage the range. The target system is on a computer retrieval system which is easy to use, once you have experience with it.

Not a business id return to.. went in to use the range. Handed the man my LTC and my Mass license inquired about having guns transfered through the store.. call about a week later to confirm the process of having them transfered the gentleman that answered the phone couldnt be bothered to explain or talk. Had my guns transfered, go to pick them up to be told i cant get them w out a NC license.. never once was this disclosed prior to having them shipped.. spoke w a manager and she said she was going to compensate me for the mistake and what i paid to have them sent there. Recvd a call by a worker named Mike who was also rude.. i asked if Aaren would be calling me back about my compensation and he said no! he could help me what did we discuss.. when i started to explain what we discussed he abruptly interrupted, telling me he would not debate this w me. It was costing them money to ship them back.. (mind you it was their error!! ) call to see when my firearms are 4 days later cause the store still hasnt gotten them back and the manager wont take my call.. answer i got is when they arrive to the other store where they were shipped the store will call u.. VERY UNHELPFUL!! Go spend ur money where you arent treated poorly.. this place is not a place Id recommend!! Clearly they need help w Customer service. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

I love the range it’s beautiful and Great quality but I don’t care much for the people and they make you uncomfortable

I went into the location with a high end firearm. I was looking to purchase a bunch of products and have had good experiences previously with point blank. The firearm retails for $4000 and I was offered $850. I was in shock. I went to various other gunshops which all offered around the $2000 range. I feel like the associate was not very knowledgable on the product and did not care to negotiate much. Hopefully I will have a better experience in the future.

Use to be one of my favorite places to go to shoot. But apprently...slugs only, fmj only, and no rapid fire at all by any weapon(was told allow 1-3 seconds per shot.) Which If you are there to use that new ar you bought...30rd mag. They expect you to fire it, slowly, none stop for 1-2 minutes. Per mag? Only reason its 2 star is i appreciate the weapon smith, even if hes to expensive. But also enjoy the accessories they sell there for a decent price. No longer my favorite place to go....but not aweful I guess....?

It was great!! They people were friendly and helpful, and the ammo prices were reasonable.

The retail side of this place is definitely lacking, to say the least. I’ve been there several times and I regret it every time. I’ve been there before and they had a LAW Tactical folding stock adapter for an AR15, I stopped by again to see if they had one in stock and the staff acted like they never heard of it. A simple “no we don’t have those is stock” would have been great but to roll your eyes and act like I’m an idiot for asking....it shows the lack of knowledge and unprofessionalism of the staff trying to sell firearms and firearm accessories. I’ll take my money to Blackstone Shooting Sports in charlotte.

Amazing price for gun rentals. If you dont try their automatic gun rentals, then you dont know how to enjoy life.

Never again! First they want to charge too much for a set of night sights. But I want to patronize local businesses because its the right thing to do. It wasnt a whole lot more than online pricing. But...then they want to charge an additional $40 to install the sights on a Glock! A GLOCK! It takes 5 minutes or less to install sights on a Glock. Ill bring my money to Denver Defense. They dont charge installation if you buy from them. Thats customer service Point Blank.

Awesome place!! I drove 30 miles to Mooresville just to go here because the one I normally go to is closed sundays.. Im very glad I came in here cheap price for range, $20 all day, compared to $20 an hour at the place I was going.. Great selection of rentals and purchase firearms the place is very cool looking its set up nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful couldnt say enough good things.. I will definitely be moving my business to this range and gun store in the future. Just like pretty much every indoor range they dont allow steel core and/or steel case ammo and your still better off purchasing ammo in bulk somewhere else and bringing your own ammo to shoot.. you can always find better deals other places but they did have plenty of ammo there to purchase if you choose price on ammo is fair but Im the kinda person always wanting the best deal I can get so I hope this is helpful to somebody.

Terrible customer service bought a 50 dollar 1911 mag and it didnt feed not one round and they refused to let me return it. Manager had a terrible attitude verry rude salesman did also they said they couldnt accept it cause they couldnt resale it with scratches on it. My question is why you would resale something that is defective? This place is a joke.

Took my $730, never recived the gun or a refuned. Wouldnt recommend buying anything from these jokes. Over priced deceiving lies. will say anything to get your money. Luckily I payed on credit card and the bank failed a claim to get my money back.Not even worth the one star, buy from China before this joke.

I am a member at another local range but tend to venture out to other shops when researching a purchase. I had agreed to purchase a firearm and optic at my range but after several days of waiting for the firearm to arrive I thought I would venture to Point Blank and see if they had it in stock. I walked in and immediately asked them if they had the firearm and optic in stock. They did and I mentioned first thing my situation. That I had been waiting for my firearm to arrive but would give them an opportunity to steal the deal if they would simply match the pricing. Nothing special here basically the same price everyone sales glock 19s for and a trijicon rmr. The guy said he would have to verify pricing. After 10 minutes he came back and said he called my range and that they didnt have the firearm in stock, treating me as if I had been lying to him from the start. To which I had to remind him that I had told him that first thing? It was the entire reason I was here in the first place. Then I picked another local store and called on my own and their standard pricing was the same as I had already confirmed with him as he listened while on speaker. The salesperson showed some obvious frustration towards me and then a manger came over and basically treated me as if I had been bothering his rep.Sadly I have bought several guns from point blank (both locations) in the past. Its a shame that I will never enter their doors again. In this case I was very eager to purchase and wasnt even looking for any pricing that wasnt clearly advertised basically everywhere.Bad timing on their part as well as they where quoting an event for my company in Mathews and since I have moved that business to one of their competitors. So far counting the potential sale and event I have sent over $4000 to their biggest competitor and have enjoyed doing it.Well done guys your competition thanks you personally.
