I reached out to xtreme to get a trailer hitch put on my Tacoma. Because my work schedule is insane, I was able to drop my truck off overnight, pay over the phone, and pick it up the next night. Tonya was extremely helpful and was able to order all of the materials ahead of time to ensure that my truck would be done in the timeframe I needed it. The quality of work is impeccable & customer service is stellar. Would give six stars if I could.

Just got my truck back after getting worked on by the AWESOME staff. Tonya was the best at helping me with the light bar. Looks like the best thing on the installation. If you need something installed this is the perfect team. They helped me get my ranch hand and they were always on the ball. Wow... I dont even know how to begin to say thank you for the incredible team at Xtreme Truck and Trailer Specialties. To say they are miracle workers would be an understatement. Not only did they accomplish what even my dealership was saying they would likely not be able to do; they did the work with such care and excellence in customer service, I left in tears from being so happy that someone could finally help me.I have an Audi Q3 (2017), and after the hitch had been installed, I was left with seemingly no options on installing the wiring harness.. that is until Xtreme Truck and Trailer Specialties came into the picture. Uhaul had tried and failed miserably, even leaving exposed wires, unbeknownst to me - which Xtreme had taken pictures of to show me. The Audi dealership sent me in circles - at first saying they dont install wiring harnesses at all, to then telling me they would try, but they werent certain if they could, and definitely couldnt quote me a price beforehand. That is when my superhero Tonya stepped in and saved the day. She not only called the dealership for me to get an understanding of what they might need to do the install; but called me back with all of my options. She immediately put my heart at ease that Xtreme would offer to do the work, could do the work with a knowledgeable expert, and actually gave me reasonable price quotes for it.After a few hours today, they were able to successfully install the wiring harness. Now the incredible stress of my out-of-state move has been lifted. If I could give more stars I would. They are out of this world, first-class amazing. Dont trust any other place for your trailer hitch/wiring needs. They are literally the best hands down.Thank you, thank you, thank you a million times over.

Called here while I was on vacation and needed lower ball joints. They didn’t have the part in stock but gave me recommendation of other shops and good part numbers I could get locally from box stores. That kind of service is hard to come by anymore.
