Excellent work and detailing after collision was immaculate

My quarter panel has pinholes and orange peel that extends to the door and rear bumper. The technician broke a bracket off of the rocker and “fixed it” by gluing the bracket instead of plastic welding it. Technician also ruined the door panel and now nothing fits back where it’s supposed to and didn’t plug in the window switch because the entire module was broken and not reported or replaced. They didn’t mask off around the weatherstripping and now there’s paint on the weatherstrip and paint on the window. The clips taken off of part of the weatherstrip that was actually taken off were all broken and not replaced. The bumper doesn’t line up with the brackets and they said that that would be a courtesy to fix it even though there was damage from the accident that caused the bumper to shift. We also asked for the names of the people and did not receive them. This was the second time we had to return the vehicle because of issues caused by the lack of knowledge and consideration of the entire shop.

We had storm damage to our vehicle and Caliber got it all taken care of. They were competitively prices, completed quality work, finished ahead of schedule and had AMAZING customer service. I had one person that I dealt with the whole time and she knew everything going on and sent me daily updates by text (my preference). I would definitely recommend!

The staff was very helpful and courteous and willing to assist with the pick up and return of my rental car. The work was completed when they told me it would be and I received text messages to keep me informed of the work being done. I had a very good experience and would recommend them.

I got my car repaired after an accident in October 2019, the repair process was nice and smooth and I got the car back quickly. Later on when I went to sell the car I found some inaccuracies on the vehicles carfax and called Caliber to ask if they had any idea what happened and if they could point me in the right direction, while they werent able to do much on their end they were very helpful and offered to do what they could to assist me. I really appreciate all of the help I got from Josh and Stacey. Thanks again guys

Good work on cars

Work was good but I was very displeased with service. We had a claim with another insurance company (the person that hit us) and they took full responsibility but Caliber somehow did not use what we gave them and submitted to our insurance company causing all sorts of issues.I know we have superior insurance, but to avoid your own inconvenience you inconvenienced the customer.Our family used Caliber in San Antonio Texas but I will never use them again here. Customer service can really ruin an experience.

I visited the Mooresville location regarding work that needed to be done in my Jeep Wrangler. They were very informative and nice.Their receptionist MaryLou is awesome! I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs extensive work completed on their vehicle.

Sent here by Chrysler dealer for door adjustment on my new Ram 1500 Laramie. Special shout out to Marlo who immediately diagnosed the problem, adjusted the door and even rinsed off the truck; all within 30 minutes. Very happy with my experience at this business.

I had a good experience my first time in and I would go back. I came in about getting my front bumper fixed and my headlights buffed. I’m pretty sure I didn’t have an appointment because I had accidentally called a shop at a different location, but they gave me a friendly greeting anyway and fit me in between other jobs. They were good about feeling out how much I wanted to spend and what my goals were for my car. I was in and out in maybe half an hour.

I cannot say enough about Abra . They definitely went above and beyond when it came to fixing the damage to my passenger door when it was hit by a pick up truck. The people are all friendly, the service was excellent and the repairs were perfect. They had it completed a lot faster than I ever expected and I got my car back cleaner than when I dropped it off. They also kept me updated on the progress of the repairs with periodic texts and phone calls so I never had to wonder how far along they were or when it would be finished. Dont ever think about taking your vehicle anywhere else. They made a stressful situation a lot better!!!

This has been a horrible experience thats lasted 3 years now. The paint had trash and runs in it. the bumper (around the lights) was not prepped and still jagged. When I pointed it out I was told I was looking for a restoration job. They charged for new emblems but put the old ones back on. They did fix all of this but charged me for it a second time and wouldnt cover the cost of the rental while they fixed their mistakes. My check engine light came on and I was told it was an exhaust code. Turns out it was a severed wire to the map sensor that should have been fixed with the insurance claim. A piece of foam above my radiator was torn out, I wonder if that may be the cause that Ive had to replace my radiator twice in 3 years. They had my car for almost a month. NOW the paint is bubbling and flaking off. Right the first time, on time DEFINITELY NOT!

Called to have my back window replaced. Quoted $210, called day of appointment to confirm my appointment. They said their was no appointment. Gave them my confirmation number. Asked to be in contact with Gracie, the lady that scheduled the appointment. She said she saw the appointment in the notes. She said she wasn’t sure why it got canceled. She asked me to hold, call got disconnected. Called back and she was unavailable from then on. Called twice and asked her to call me back. Never called back. Finally talked to supervisor and she said they could do it for no less than $390. Will never be back! On the phone with them 7 times today. Finally just told them to forget it and went with another company. Worst customer service ever, nothing but a total run around.

Very happy with my decision to use Abra in Mooresville. They repaired damage to the rear quarter, back bumper and spoiler on my red 08 mustang. The damage was right where the quarter meets the rear bumper and being a red car thats 9 years old I was nervous about the color match and fitment but it came out perfect. Customer service was also top notch. I plan on taking my second car there soon for touch up work.

Top notch service and very friendly, usually deal with Donna for most of our windshield repairs/replacements. Have used this company on multiple occasions and never had a single issue. HIghly recommend.

Take your car to this place if you want your wallet to get taken behind the woodshed. I was in a fender bender with very minor damage to my car so i took it to this place for a quote. The person working there took one look at my car and made the comment thats quite the wreck you had, and a good bit of damage. This place was obviously setting me up to abuse my bank account. They then proceeded to give me a quote of around $2,500 and made it very clear that this was going to be the minimum and that it would likely rise to 3 or 4 grand. Long story short, i took it to another body shop who repaired it for $1,200. All this place cares about is lining their pockets, nothing respectful about that.

John and Fred made me feel like my car was safe throughout the process of fixing my car. They have a stand-out crew and I would take my vehicle back to them again.

Very slow on fixing your car they have had my car for a week now and my car should have been finished 3 days ago... they ordered parts for another car and not mine now theyve had my car going on 3 weeks so theyre going to have to pay for my rental car please please if you need your car to be worked on or glass to be repaired please do not go to this place they are rude they do not let you know anything they are not nice they dont even know what theyre doing I dont even know if my car will be like it should be when I get it back please do not take your car to Abra!!!!!

Beyond pleased!! Im new(ish) to the area and got into a pretty bad wreck. USAA gave me a few options and I decided to google Abra. Im SO glad I did. Not only did they have glowing reviews, but the experience I had was nothing short of spectacular. My car was an absolute mess-- it was there for 5 weeks and the work they did was perfect and back to pre-collision condition. They were thorough and careful. They send you little text messages during the week that give you warm and fuzzies about how your car is doing and keeps you informed every step of the way. Ive already recommended them to coworkers and wouldnt go anywhere else for glass and body work. Jay in particular was FANTASTIC and so very helpful. Go here. You wont be disappointed.

A guy there named Jay was so rude my wife made me call corporate to report this jerk. do not take your vehicle there. Arrogant atmosphere and not very helpful. He lied about being connected with geico. we called geico and they said Abra isnt on their list. fortunately we were referred to another collission center. Jay literally took 30 seconds to say....bla bla bla no bus card, no thank you, just laughed sarcastically at us and walked away. This place looks like a rip off any way. no thanks.
