Rude from the beginning. Know-it-all desk clerk giving out unsafe recommendations. Clerk seemed bothered by us simply being there. How this shop retains business is beyond my comprehension. Also, seems this shop would cut corners and provide poor quality and substandard service. I would avoid them at all cost. Too many options in Mooresville to use someone who has ZERO focus on customer service! First impression was a lasting one and one that highlighted the importance of NOT USING them!

Good people that take care of their customers. I have taken a few of my vehicles here over the years, and i always get great results. Would recommend to anyone.

The tech who fixed my car was fantastic and explained everything as he went along. The administrative person who billed me was not friendly and failed to explain why I was billed for an hour and a half of labor when I was only there for half an hour.

Great communication and quick, efficient service from beginning to end. I requested a quote during my lunch on Monday and had a new windshield shortly after lunch on Tuesday. Keith, the technician who performed the installation, provided especially good communication and excellent service. On top of that, their price was better by far than all the other quotes I received, and it wasnt even close. Hopefully, I wont ever need their services again, but if I do, I wont waste my time on anyone else.

We had a glass tech named Keith who came to our place the Saturday before Christmas and was super nice. He expected lained the repair process and we got our windsht fixed from the convenience of our driveway. Repair was great. I travel for work and dont have to worry about the damage spreading. Would highly recommend!

The customer service I received in the Mooresville Gerber Collision was exceptional. I rarely write reviews (unless the service is exceptionally good or bad), but I felt compelled to write a review about this center due to the service I received. I expected them to be like other body shops, but was pleasantly surprised when they truly wanted to take care of my issue with the best quality work I could ask for. I would (and do) recommend them to anyone needing body work.

Excellent work on my vehicle with significant front-end damage. Work was performed well ahead of schedule and the car looks like new. I also appreciated the vacuum service considering how filthy my floorboards were from my toddlers snacking.

Paint job is sub par - paint did not cure correctly. Lifetime warranty is very limited and useless. Office staff does not respond promptly. Car was not ready on time.8/11/17 UPDATE: Jerry the Market Manager reached out to me to talk about the paint issue. He arranged to come to my house and look at the paint that was still soft after many months. He agreed that the paint did not harden correctly and arranged to repaint at no cost to me. Amelia in the office was pleasant to work with.

Went there for an estimate after I was in a wreck. I think their new name is Abra Collision in Mooresville, NC. If so this is the only place ( Abra ) that I have taken my cars to when people want to act stupid and hit me.

I will start by saying I had a Mustang they did good work on about 5 years ago SOOO when I hit a DEER with my SHOW CAR that has been in MULTIPLE MAGAZINES I took it to them.. WELL went to pick up the vehicle dec 21st. And the hood would NOT close and the GAPS were ridiculous!...so they kept it to FIX IT I pick it up at 10:30 P.M. the 28th (only day I could) i get there and AGAIN the hood is messed up GAPS EVERYWHERE in the hood BIG ENOUGH TO WHERE MY FINGERS FIT IN IT my HOOD PIN HOLES HAVE BEEN CUT OR WITHER FORCED SHUT AND MESSED UP!!! Plus someone SLICED my wrap on my HOOD! I have plenty of photos regarding the awful work that was done to my baby!my hood hads been forced shut multiple times and has CHUNKS missing where my Hood Pins go on the inside of my HOOD.. my hood seems to be twisted and SOMEONE NEEDS TO BE HELD RESPONSIBLE this is a $1,500.00 VIPER HOOD! And the staff at the MOORESVILLE Location is not FRIENDLY at ALL only one somewhat friendly is DEBBIE at front desk the RUDE man that sits behind debbie acted like it was a problem when I brought My ride to them HIS ATTITUDE WAS AWFUL & NEEDS A CRASH COURSE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. SOMEONE needs to do something about my hood this is the most shotty work I have EVER SEEN! I am not your typical woman who does not know anything about cars I WORK ON CARS! And everyone that has looked at the car over the weekend could not believe GERBER would send a car home looking like mine does!Either someone better find a way to repair my hood and the gaps CORRECTLY or by me another hood this is VERY SHOTTY WORK!
