I have had 2 vehicles painted there and very pleased with there work. One was 5 years ago and still looks great. I did the mid range paint job on both trucks and they turned out great.

Maaco is solid, trustworthy and friendly. Ive went to Maaco to paint my car twice now. The first time, my car was vandalized. The second time, the window company was fixing my windows from the original incident, and they accidentally scratched my car. I have to give a shoutout to Jason, who is always so helpful and friendly. You can tell Jason and his team really care about their work. Great communication and customer service. I highly recommend using Maaco for your painting needs.

This location knows what they are doing. Stay away from Charlotte location they couldnt even match my color after 2 tries and it was standard Honda color. Mooresville location goes above and beyond

How business is conducted at this Location is very concerning at the very least. This repair facility is the only area warranty provider through SilverRock warranty services. The Organization seems to lack the necessary tools to complete even moderate Body repairs. After nearly two weeks of my vehicle being in this facility when I was promised three days at most. Upon return of the vehicle, I am now without the ability to affix the required registration plate. Also, the sensors for back up, which were what was supposed to be fixed as a part of the bumper replacement, do not work properly. In a conversation with the manager of this facility I am simply told that they don’t have the tools and to take it to the Dealer.Based on these experiences, I would not recommend bringing a vehicle here for any amount of service or repair.

I had a car painted there before. They did a great job. Im planing to get my truck painted as soon as I can do without it for 10 days.

Took my sons Civic in for a paint job, cost $1100, my son and wife picked up the car and when they came home I could see damage to the roof, dont know how they didnt see it plus the headliner was coming down. I called the shop and they told me to stop by on Monday because they were closed for July 4th weekend, went Monday, saw a different guy, at first didnt believe they did the damage but after he talked with someone else in the shop he told me some story about some punks damaging some of their cars out in their lot but didnt think my car was one of them(he was very wrong), he asked if I could come back in a few weeks and they would take care of it, made an appointment for 3 weeks later. Brought the car in, they fixed the headliner but they kept getting what they call fish eye on the roof, asked me to pick up the car and bring it back in 2 weeks so they could fix that, I said fine,I couldnt make it to the shop before they closed so they left my keys in the car. When I picked up the car both sun visors were busted and there was a tear in my back seat plus the car was filled with their dust from the sanding.Took the car back in 2 weeks and let them know about the damage and they gave me a story that their not responsible for that, well, picked up the car yesterday after they closed and it doesnt look like they touched the car, it was there for 8 days, still fish eye on the roof. Just wanted to let them know, I know they were full of garbage, will not be wasting my time going back again because its clear they dont know how to fix the fish eye problem and I dont need more damage to my car, steer clear of this place, and to think i was going to have them do a touch up on my BMW...haha, this is the type of service that gives Maaco a bad name...Update, reached out to their customer service email and to no surprise they havent got back to me yet, just shows their replies of concern are garbage, BTW, my paint on the roof is starting to crack, what a surprise...9/15/20Still no reply from their customer service, filed a claim with the better business bureau, if no steps are taken will be taking them to small claims court for my money back.

After overcoming a few hurdles and hiccups along the way, I’m extremely pleased and thankful for the job Jason and his team did. Jason was great at communicating with me (while we waited on decisions and responses from a very “delaying” insurance company). Overall, I enjoyed working with Jason and appreciate his dedication to make sure I got exactly what I wanted for my vehicle’s repairs.

Recommended by the place I bought my diesel truck (CRGMotorsports) for a project truck Im working on. Went in spoke with the Manager Chuck. He gave me a price I couldnt walk away from. Very helpful and didnt mislead me about paint jobs.

The offer we got quoted was much different from what was posted. When we asked what the $100+ difference was, they said it was taxes, even though the offer said it included taxes. Even then, if a job is 400 how is it $100+ in taxes. Other than that, the guy was nice enough and said to watch out for Christmas sales, so we will.

They did a great job on my sons 2007 Mustang GT. We bought this car at auction and repaired it as a father-son project. I installed a quarter panel and Maaco Mooresville painted the car in black. We delivered the car to Maaco plus 14 loose body panels to paint. We had both bumpers off and body kit parts. So many parts that all wouldnt fit in the paint booth at the same time. I make mention of this because it added to the final price. All in all, my total bill was $918. The work was phenomenal especially if you factor the price. They sprayed in single stage black urethane with a clear on top to give the car a deep black shine. I will bring more cars to them.

Quoted repair with new door. When i went to pick up I went in back where repairs were being done and noticed a used or the same door was still in process of being repaired. Committed to repair 1 week. Told numerous dates and time that it would be done and the story continues to change. Cheap but unprofessional! I guess you get what you pay for.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with the Mooresville branch of Maaco. I got an Old White Ford F-150 as a gift. It runs beautifully, but was in desperate need of a paint job. Rusty was working that day, and he helped me choose just the right color. My mother-in-law and I had picked out a specific paint chip from Lowe’s And Rusty persisted in helping me find a good match. Carolina blue with hint of grey :-). I picked up the truck after a long weekend vacation and I was blown away by how beautiful it is. Charles was there at the time of pick up and I was also pleasantly surprised by the affordability of this job as well as the quality. I will definitely recommend Maaco of Mooresville to my Friends, family and colleagues at the Chamber of Commerce networking events. I love sharing great businesses. I am absolutely smitten with my new truck :-)

We were initially told one price from photos that we took in to this business and that it would take 3 to 5 days. We took our vehicle and the price more than doubled. They had it 4 weeks. I had to call daily to get it back finally. Each time we called, the owner would tell us how busy they were and the big contracts they had for mail trucks, etc. We were not important at all.

These guys are awesome! Very satisfied with work done! Will continue to bring all out vehicles here.

These guys do outstanding work, I own Trinity Car Brokers and do a high volume of vehicles every year. They are professional, friendly and deliver when promised. Two thumbs up!

Waited 20 minutes till the guy was done telling a delivery man how great of a football player his son was. He seen me drive up in my vehicle and then walked out and told me they dont do cars like mine. I asked if the car parked in the grass was going to get painted and he said yes that it was his. Poor management at this site and I called another Macco site and was told yes they would and someone would call me back. I called back the next day and was told no. Very dissapointed with Macco.

This is the 2nd time I have used this shop in a year. The first time was with a baseball size dent on the curved portion of the hood of a 2013 Ram 1500. This could not be pulled out, had to be filled smoothed and then area painted and blended into the rest of the hood. I also got them to sand and paint the rear bumper since it had several scratches on it. They did a flawless job on the hood and could not even see the repair. On the bumper it looked great accept a little mark wear tape was removed. They discounted the job $15 and I was delighted. The 2nd repair was just last week on a 2015 Ram 1500 for scratches on the tailgate and rear quarter panel that was 2ft long and into the lid of the Ram Box. This all had to be sanded and painted and blended into the surrounding areas. Again they did a fantastic job and cannot see the repair. The only complaint I have was the inside of the truck had a lot of white powder in it from the body shop guys getting in and moving the truck around. They could have just wiped the interior down to avoid this. They did such a great job on the repair I really did not care and just wiped it down when I got home.

It is like Christmas for me. Im smiling as I write because the car looks great! I thought itd look nice again, and it looks better than Ive ever seen it.

I had my daughters car painted and was still under warranty. I took it back after the paint in the roof started to crack. The manager/owner told me to leave it and he would have the car in the booth Monday morning. He said it would be ready Tuesday. I called all day Tuesday to busy signal and answering services. The service said they tiurn their phones off when busy. I was trying to arrange the pick up of the car. As of 2:45pm, no communication. I had to call Charlotte and have him call the store on the manahmgers cell. He immediately called and said I understand youve been trying to call. He stated he had the phone in his pocket all day and didnt understand why it was ringing busy. He said the Charlotte store called and it rang. Coincidence? No! He called his cell. Then he tells me my car hasnt even been painted yet and it will be Wednesday afternoon .He said we are doing the best we can. I told him he couldve called me yesterday and just be honest and said it wont be painted till Tuesday evening. I told him its called professional courtesy. I told him word of mouth goes a long way. He still wouldnt own his unprofessionalism until I told him a simple phone call and apology wouldve made the situation better. He finally said, Sorry... I told him we could finish the conversation when I came to pick up the car Wednesday. What happened to a persons word? I dont recommend this Maaco.

They painted my car for SO, SO, SO, SO much less than a dealership was going to charge me. They had a SLIGHT amount of over spray on the base of my roofs antenna but for the price, I scrapped it off with my fingernail and the job was PERFECT. I would extremely recommend their value and quality of paint.

Excellent job on my ‘02 Tacoma! Bodywork is perfect, paint has an awesome deep gloss(sealer+Urethane IC), zero overspray, no orange-peeling, totally blew my expectations out of the water for $1300 all in!

I went to Maacos paint and auto bodyshop to have scratches removed and the entire car painted. After completing the job, I returned home with my car and immediately noticed that all the nameplates were removed and not put back on. So I called them back to see what they did with the nameplates and why they were unable to reinstall them. He told me they were thrown away and I could easily find them online for a cheap price. So I looked online, and since my car is an older model, they ARE NOT cheap or easy to find online. So I went back to the shop and asked why i wasnt informed that I could possibly lose these items or how expensive they were to replace. They basically painted my car and told me to do the finishing touches myself. They showed me the paper I signed and highlighted a clause stating, EMBLEMS, WINDSHIELD SQUIRTERS, AND AFTERMATH ACCESSORIES REMOVED FOR PAINTING MAY BREAK EVEN WITH THE EXERCISE OF CARE AS THEY ARE NOT INTENDED TO BE REUSABLE BY THE MANUFACTURES, CUSTOMERS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF REPLACEMENTS. This statement still does not give them permission to throw my items away even if they are considered unusable. I understand they will not replace them BUT I dont understand why they didnt give them back to me. Those nameplates were not their property to throw away without my consent. So they STRIPPED my cars emblems at a value of over $300 and I had a very uncomfortable experience with people who lacked interest in finding a solution for me. To a point where the OWNER, stopped talking to me because He needed to go the bank. I left with less property than I originally had before I went to this business. I felt blindsided by terms in the agreement I signed, which DID NOT state they were allowed to depose of my things . The process was not properly explained to me or I wouldnt have been surprised to find them missing from the car. I just wanted my property back and I left feeling SCAMMED. If you find anything wrong with the work theyve done, they have a clause in the fine-print that allows them to do lousy job on your car. They are even covered if they steal things from your car. THEY WERE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE AT THIS LOCATION. It turned out to be the worst experience of my life!! Support your local paint shops who need the money and are not some LIARS hiding behind a brand name with nationwide advertising.GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!Its not worth the hassle or headache.

We brought our black 88 Cadillac to Maaco in Mooresville, NC for a deluxe paint job. We decided on a smoke metallic grey and we worked with Jordan. The car was prepared and they did a superior job, which included the door jams, trunk interior lid, and all the holes, etc. The car looks like a factory paint job. This is the kind of talent that was employed to do the work on our car.We would like to thank Jordan for his reassuring manner and devotion to what is, no doubt, a high standard of conduct and quality that he established for himself, and that particular shop.
