Walked into the store front 2+ weeks ago and told Gary what I wanted and he gave me a quote and wrote it in his book. I placed the order. I offered to pay and he said to pay when the glass arrived. Now 2 weeks later he says he never ordered it because I didnt pay. Thats totally lame since I wasnt there for a quote -- I was there to buy a piece of glass. I would have gladly paid if he had asked for it. Going elsewhere.

THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER I RECOMMEND YOU STAY AWAY!!!! STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!!!!! THEY DESERVE -10 STARS!!!!

This company responds quickly and does a good job at a fair price

Very disappointed in this glass company and will NEVER use them in the future. They came to my home on LKN, measured, quoted, and said they ordered the glass to be installed in my home and it would take 1.5 to 2 weeks to come in. I added one more small pane to the order a couple days after the original order. They said no problem. They gave me a timeline of when they would be completed knowing I was putting my house on the market at a scheduled date. I waited two weeks assuming the glass they ordered would be in. I called and Gary (Im assuming the owner) said they decided to not do the job due to not enough manpower. Absolutely lame, ridiculous and unprofessional with no apology or remedy to get my glass installed. I never got a call, an email, a text or anything to notify me, and instead was counting on them to have 10 panes of glass installed by my listing date. They are one of the most completely irresponsible companies Ive worked with. Move on if considering them.
