They do not train you for your job, expect you to know what a mechanical engineer knows and if not you will be called stupid to your face. Good place to work if you don’t mind putting your life on hold and only doing what the company needs. Overall it’s a poorly run business. Too many chiefs and not enough Indians

Management and HR dont give a care about civilians. If you have a concern about HR dont talk to a manager. If you have a problem with the manager who do you call? I had very important information needing to be returned. But they dont care they are eating its not taking food out their mouth. The manager had an attitude the whole time I was talking with her. Then told me they was treating me with respect. Lady its not what you say its how you say it.

Great place and they care about there employees. They are upfront and honest.

Worked here a few months ago. Long enough to realize that I was just a number. The shift is 10 hours longon top of that they always ask you to work over. One day after I had gotten ahead on my duties, i left at the end of my shift because of family matters and the very next day they decide to write me up even though I didnt leave early All because they were behind. I explained to the manager that not only was I ahead I also had family issues to straighten out and was told I dont care about you OR your family, we need to get parts out. Extremely unprofessional and rude. Its all smiles when your hired on but it dosnt take long to find out that all the managers and the are best friends and your just a pawn.In your face, drill sergent style yelling, short lunch, and your treated as if your a 4 year old. I wouldnt choose to work here but if you do. Good luck. PS. Keep your resume updated youll need it.

All the details of the job are not disclosed of during your offer. While working there I come to find out that you are to clock out to use the restrooms, when there is only one available restroom for the shop floor. Before my interview and during orientation, management was discussing employees negatively and using foul language. Employees talked about how the owner would come out on the floor and scorn the employees like children. You get 3 breaks in which none of them are paid, not even the 10 minutes for break, so generally people work a little over their schedule to make up time for taking a break or using the restroom. Youre watched on cameras like a criminal and not allowed to talk. Two guys were working at a table less than 2.5ft from each other talking and working, not to mention the guy was new so he was training, management came out and said that they needed to quit talking. The employees tell on each other like children. If youre in desperate need of a job then thats the place to go considering you dont need much experience and the pay and benefits are suitable, if you like it pass your 90 days. Just make sure you keep track of your hours because a lot of employees complained of checks not being correct and it becomes a dispute to get whats rightfully yours.

Not nice that they with hold pay and have nasty people that answer the phone when they have been called repeatedly and will not allow you to speak to anyone with authority and tell you that is not there job will be calling Osha and empoyment commission
