NAPA represents the best and worst of me automotive parts buying experiences all in one store. My first experience was Im afraid very negative and it was a long time before I went back. Change of staff change of opinion and Im glad now I gave it another try because on successive visits they have more than redeemed themselves hence my rating.

Good personnel with the knowledge to help auto geeks or those with little knowledge.

Walk in bright and early. Three employees standing at the counter with no other customers in the store. Not one employee spoke to me when walking in even after speaking to them saying good morning.Terrible customer service. Go to O’Reilly’s.

Really doesnt look good to have 3 people behind the counter and only 1 working. But he was very helpful, he got everything I needed quickly. The other 2 looked at pictures of her daughters farm on the computer.

Helpful staff... better parts

Nice staff and they seem to carry more parts than the other auto parts store. However, I was looking for a fit to flare adapter and they didnt have the size I needed. Mind you, this was better than the other auto parts store I checked (which will remain nameless) as the other auto parts store was showing me fit to compression adapters.

Well trained staff & extremely professional! If they don’t have it in stock they can have in the same day if ordered early that day, and definitely the next day. Very time efficient.

Its a great place to work. There a short time due to family events had to quit. Great bunch of guys to work with. I miss it.

Fish is the closest Napa auto parts store to me and just like most of their stores date have a full inventory and normally everything I need for my car except new fog lights for my 2016 hylander and I was informed that you can only get them

Some times we go there if they have the part and if it closer. We can also use our AAA card and save money.

No problem swapping a battery out under warranty, was easy and professional

There was a younger black kid that worked there that was using cuss words right in front of two small kids and didnt care if thats the people they let work there then Ill spent more money at a dealership instead of having disrespectful people like that I dont know how this kid has a job in customer serves go to Orilleys they will take care of you and dont use words like that
