As a female, didn’t know much about what was needed for my vehicle. The manager Daryl was a great help and extremely patient with me. Took the time to show me all the options and recommended what he thought was best for my needs. Will definitely be back and recommend to everyone.
Took my truck to get lifted and some new wheels and tires. Turn around time was spot on what the quoted me maybe a little quicker. 10/10 would recommend
Excellent place to go. Always doing a great job. Service was nice to. Would go back anytime.
DO NOT use these guys for a spray liner!! I brought my restored 85’ Chevy truck in, for a liner. They called me and said there were a few issues where they pulled the tape off (see images). They blamed the painter, and the paint job is over a year and half old. Service manager Mr. Childress offered ZERO help to make it right! Customer service is awful! The truck was 100% fine when I brought it in, and afterwards I’m paying to fix the paint issues. All I asked is “how would you react if it was (your) vehicle?! Zero cares for the customer at this place!!
Knowledgeable technicians and helpful sales people, always use them for my vehicles
Great Experience! Will definitely be back.
Used to be a decent places to buy parts and accessories from RMX. Several times this week Ive called to ask about a parts, each time these folks act like theyre doing me a favor. Rude and have attitudes for no reason what so ever. SEEMS TO BE A NEW TREND or THE NEW NORMAL...Well, Ill take my business else where.
Great group of people to work with very knowledgeable and friendly.
Awesome job on everything they do, will be returning!
Price was great, but...... I called, got a quote, liked it, schedule a time following week to install (parts to be ordered). Came in to drop off SUV, first question was who did you talk to?, then no part, well call you when it comes in... 10 days, no call, so I call, first question was who did you talk to?, then yes, part is in, rescheduled. Came in again to drop off SUV, first question was who did you talk to?, dropped it off, well call you when its ready. No call about 6pm, so I call them, first question was who did you talk to?, Oh, its ready. Come to pick up the SUV, first question was who did you talk to?. Rang up the bill for $100 more than the quote. Then the salesman said oh, well what did I quote you? Paid my bill, found my car blocked in by another white Chevy truck. So to recap: remember who you talked to, because the sales guys dont write down their quotes, dont enter anything into the system until the job is done, and no one can really be bothered to do anything but ask who did you talk to?UPDATE: was contacted by RMAC, and had a very nice discussion on the challenges. After that, Im upgrading my review to 4/5. Great that they made it right.
Great place would come back
Friendly people and good service!
Great place will be back
Nice and knowledgeable staff
Great service
Awesome service and communication with Jeremy through out the process of getting a new rear compartment divider in my work truck. I appreicate all of the help from Jeremy and the techs that did the replacement. Will definitely recommend and be a repeat customer!
Amanda Moore knows her stuff being a female in a mostly mans business. Not many women can design lifted trucks the way she can! She went above and beyond with her customer service. She took great care of us and our truck. We love Amanda and will definitely be repeat customers to her specifically!
Amanda Moore has by far the best Customer Service skills of any employee associated with any auto dealership in the Charlotte area. My husband had a backup camera installed and Amanda and her parts manager, Richard Spence went out of their way to make sure we were satisified not only with the installation, but the cost. We cannot thank them enough. I would highly recommend RMX but also any Randy Marion dealership.
Excellent service! Very helpful employees.
My husband Keith said Amanda was very helpful, built a beautiful truck for him and he is very happy. He would highly recommend her to anyone else looking to purchase a new pickup truck.
They do very good work install its always nice and clean when asking questions about accessories always gives you a couple different options
Purchased the WeatherTec floor mats. Amanda was effectent and very helpful. Even helped me install themGreat service, great experienceHarold Hansen
Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life in the automotive industry !
Ive used RMX twice now and have had a great experience both times. Ill be honest, I shopped around at different shops for the work I wanted done and Eric at RMX has been extremely helpful and honest with me. I greatly appreciate that. Very professional, honest and fairly priced. They really do cater to you. Cant say enough about the RMX team!
They did a good job with my bed-liner.
Amanda did a great job pricing out side bed boxes and writing up order,, even jump in bed and handing out the stuff in the bed. So service guy’s could install boxes👍👍👍
I had an appointment set up for Tuesday July 18th, but dropped the car off Monday July 17th in order to be sure that they had enough time to install the lift kit in addition to an alignment. I was informed around 5 PM Tuesday that they did not have time to do the alignment. I brushed that aside, picked up the car and scheduled an alignment back home 2 hours away, in addition to getting new tires installed. When I got to the tire shop on Thursday July 19th, I realized that my wheel lock key was missing. Upon calling Randy Marion Accessories I was informed that it was in their possession.. Again, I brushed this off as a small error, and appreciated the tech meeting me at a halfway point in Lexington NC, which was about an hour drive away.. Everything seemed to be smooth sailing once I got the wheel lock key, until I got back to the tire shop. Once they got it back in the work bay, they called be back to show me that one of my lug nuts was overtorqued, and that the wheel stud would have to be broken to get it off. I called up Randy Marion Accessories and was told that this was something that just simply happens, and that it wasnt their fault, however they would fix it if I would drive 2 hours away to their shop.. A few minutes later, I was called back into the shop again.. Guess what? Yet another wheel stud on another wheel was overtorqued and would also have to be broken off.. After calling back, I was assured that this would be taken care of.. I ended up taking It to my independent mechanic in Greensboro the next day, as I had a big road trip that same day, and did not want to be driving down I-40 missing 2 lug nuts on two wheels. I ended up having pay $144.46 to get two studs replaced on two separate wheels.. In addition, in breaking the studs, one of my wheels suffered damage to the finish. I sent a copy of the repair bill to Jake Tonniges through Abby Goodman approximately two weeks ago and have yet to hear back.. Overall this experience has left me with a very bitter taste in my mouth as to how the Randy Marion Dealership Group does business.
