Getting the oil changed on our motor home was handled very quickly and efficiently. Rob and his technicians took every precaution to assure that the job was done safely. Even settling up afterwords was done very safely. Social distancing was observed throughout the process.

Great place, I highly recommend. While this is the new go-to place for my family and I, we quickly built trust in Lake point auto. Our previous mechanic retired so we were looking for a new down to earth garage. My mother had work done here so I tried lake point when a local garage Chain said I needed a new oil pan (~$500). I brought it in to have a second opinion; Rob tightened the oil pan plug with his fingers! The other shop really looked hard...lake point has earned my trust. They could have told me yeah, you need to have this done fork over your money but they didnt. I highly recommend.

Was missing a part on my hood release and couldnt figure out how to get my hood open... and needed a quart of oil. Pulled in and within 10 mins, I was on my way. And he didnt charge me anything. Super cool! Will definitely go back

Excellent work, honest, fair price, accommodated my schedule.I tried the A/C recharge kit off the shelf and ended up overcharging the system to the point where it didnt work. Lessons: Dont trust the can gauge or instructions. The folks at Lakepoint are the best above other shops. Online reviews DO matter, because that is how I found them!Well managed businesses stand out, as this one did as I watched them interact with each other and several customers.

Always great service. Change my oil here every time, but also take care of State Inspections and regular maintenance items. I just bought a used car and they took extra care to make sure we did a good inspection and handled maintenance items that may have been overlooked by previous owner. It is always good to have a car guy that you can truly trust.

I REALLY hate writing negative reviews but I needed a part replaced and they quoted me at $1100. I called around and found a place that replaced it for $275 and my truck ran perfectly. Ive given it enough time to where any problems would have already occurred. If their quote seems a little high, BEWARE. I think this place assumes every female that walks in is either loaded, stupid, or both.

Cmon! Service doesnt get any better than this! Just sold my 2006 Honda Ridgeline with 290,000 miles, thanks to all the talented caring team at Lakepoint! Bought another USED one with 120000 miles, knowing its in good hands for another 150000!Well worth the money. I trust these people like family!

Thurs.6-11-2015- Rob was very curtious, took time to explain to me what was going on with my car, very honest. Will definitely go back. Staff very welcoming.

Completely disappointed in them. We have trusted them for the last few years with our vehicles and recently their service has been terrible. We had tires rotated and balanced on our car then my husband got on the highway and had to pull over before the wheel came off since the lug nuts were loose and worked their way off one of the tires. Then my sons truck was having lurching and rattling so we took it to them and after the diagnostic tests we were told its an engine issue and they cannot work on it probably around $2-$4,000 to repair. We had to have it towed to Charlotte which cost $135 only to find out that it was an oil issue and was fixed for $129. They never checked the oil when they had it and it cost us the tow which was not necessary. When we talked to them about it they said they would give us a $100 credit on the account, but thats it. No thanks! yall have done quite enough!

I got my oil changed there and my car takes 4.25 quarts of oil and the people put 5 quarts in my car not too happy to know that
