Be aware that if you are even 1-2 minutes late they will usually make you reschedule!!! I was NOT told this when I made the appt. I brought my 3 yr old here for a haircut I loved the idea of the place. although we left early, we got stuck in traffic and realized we were going to be 3-4 minutes late so I called to let them know and she ended up telling me that would be fine only because they had no one after us so it was okay to come after the cancellation period this time. When we arrived about 3 minutes after the scheduled time, the 2 women were very rude as soon as we walked in and they did the haircut and afterwards I let my child pick a toy from the store and felt very rushed and got the feeling they wanted us to leave and were telling my child that we needed to leave so to hurry and pick a toy..I was very taken aback by this. When your clients are mostly toddlers you have to know sometimes things come up with kids that young. The least they can do is make everyone aware of this ahead of time. And I would have preferred they had told us not to come rather than being rude the entire time over a 3-4 minute delay. I will find a new place next time
I shop in store and online for both of my children and it’s always a wonderful experience! There’s always a great selection of higher end boutique brands as well as budget friendly brands that still have the great quality with cute designs. The employees have always been nice and very helpful in store, on the phone, and responding to emails or social media messages. The owner also comes in frequently and interacts with the customers which is nice since not all Baby boutiques have that. I definitely recommend checking out this store by going in, social media forms or the website - you’re sure to find something unique but a quality item!
Bought an item online, it was not the same as pictured. Customer service was very rude & insisted I paid to ship it back even though the item they sent was not PICTURED ANYWHERE on their website. Truly disappointing.
