So busy but SO worth it!! You walk in and you feel like you’re in a New York deli. If you walk in and see a bit of a line, don’t leave! They’ll get you through pretty quick and it’s worth it! The bagel sandwiches we had were delicious! We’ll be back the next time we’re in town for sure!

No mask seem to be a thing in N.C. so if you stop and arent comfortable like me with the no mask prepare yourself. The employees had them but you dont see required signs on doors. The place was cute and the bagels are really good. The staff is nice and very helpful and patient being our first visit.They had a great selection of food items and drinks. The cooks are super face .

The store does a great job producing quality bagel sandwiches. I recommend them to family and friends and will out of my way to grab a sandwich from them when Im in the area. Keep it up!

My husband and I use to really like this place, the woman who runs it is real friendly and their stuff is pretty good. But the last 3 times weve been there theyve gotten our orders wrong, and its always in the morning when were almost the only people in there. If it was just one time or they were super busy, no big deal, accidents happen. But theres no reason for it to be wrong 3 times in a row, especially when weve been coming in every Saturday and Sunday morning for 5 weeks. Its super disappointing because we want to keep coming and supporting the people running it, but we also want to get what we paid for.

Good, quick, cooked-to-order breakfasts (and lunches, but we always go for breakfast). Expect order-at-the-counter diner food and you will enjoy.

The Original New York Bagels should change their name to Day Old New York Bagels. Why are you using New York Bagels as your name when your bagels are so far from being a New York bagel, you should be ashamed of yourself for selling stale bagels!!! Also, the other store you supply to Long Island Bagels in Moorseville is a joke also; I went there this past Sunday thinking they would be different but NO, you supply the bagels for them so of course they were stale also. Stop ripping off the public to get ahead, you are awful business people!!!! (Note: I didnt even want to give you one star but it would not let me post unless I clicked a star)

The bagels here are fantastic and so are the sandwiches. The Cuban is a must have. I always get the Cuban with the mustard on the side because it comes a little heavy for me.Prices are a little bit steep for lunch, but you get what you pay for. Overall all food handling hygiene leaves something to be desired. Gloves seem optional when handling food, and lids are always left off the ice tea dispensers.

Worst bagel I have ever had and Ive had ALOT. It was so stale. Ive had better bagels from grocery store. One plus is they give a lot cream cheese so I can use on a better bagel!

These are nothing close to a NY bagel. Born and raised on Long Island, these bagels taste like Harris Teeters. If you’re from NY and are looking for something close, this isn’t it. They are setup and operate like a ny shop but that’s where it ends. They should change their name or go to NY to see the difference. It’s like driving a Dodge Dart and calling it a Challenger. Menu is good and the prices are reasonable.

These ARE NOT New York bagels. Period.The sesame bagels were white and it wasn’t because of the sesame seeds, no browning. Pathetic. Went there this morning. Staff was impatient because I took two nanoseconds to decide, no one behind me. Bagels were anemic, and FLAT. Definitely needed to proof longer. Harris Teeter, Publix, or Lowes Foods have better bagels. Run.

They know what they are doing in this place. I hope they can keep most of the staff. I will follow up after I return for a bigger breakfast.It may get bumped to five stars.

Its an OK substitute if my regular bagel place is closed. I used to come here all the time when I lived in a local subdivision. I also used to patronize the place they used run out by the Steam Station. They just seemed to lose their focus and they started expanding the menu and selling all kinds of other stuff. Ill stop at their place in Davidson on my way to work if I need a breakfast treat, but thats not the norm. Hope they get back on track again.

I would have preferred labels on the trays of cream cheese. For me, the olive pimento cream cheese was much too sweet, but hubby liked it. They do have some intriguing flavors for cream cheese.

Since Ive moved 6 years ago from NYC, I couldnt find a good bagel, let alone a bacon, egg & cheese. This hands down was the best one Ive had! I highly recommend this place. It was delicious!

Got a BLT+A bagel, potato salad and a Kinish. The lettuce was browning and soggy, the avocado was hard and chewy. The potato salad was sour and gross and the kinish was soggy and just tasted like butter which made it sickening to eat. Definitely no where close to New York style. Probably should change their name

Cream cheese bagel was cut with a super dirty knife and had mustard as well as other stuff on it which spread to the entire top of the bagel, waited 20 minutes for them to scoop a tiny cup of macaroni. Also gave me a butter bagel instead of cream cheese the first time. Worker was mimicking the other worker right Infront of me because she was mad. Bad look for me.

I ordered a BLT on door dash. When it arrived it had no bacon on it. Literally in the name of the sandwich….

The food is not bad however the employees are rude and cannot count. We have given them more than one chance in the last few weeks and my husband has come home upset the last 2 times. They either give him the wrong change, overcharge him or do not give the correct amount of bagels ordered and paid for. Very disappointing.

Bagels are good with plenty to choose from, including a variety of delicious spreads. Has a small deli feel to the place. I like that they have some well priced simple options for breakfast (eggs, bacon, hashbrowns).

The bagels are really good. They have a good variety and flavored cream cheeses also. The Tuesday special is buy 6 and get 3 free, which is a great deal. The staff is friendly and helpful. The store was clean and set up for social distancing.

Ordered NY Bagels via Door Dash today. Its very tasty! I wish there had been more options such as adding cream cheese to a breakfast sandwich. I wrote it into the instructions since I wasnt able to add it/pay for it if needed, but they didnt do it, I assume because it wouldve been an upcharge. Which I wouldve happily paid if it had been an option. Oh well. Enjoying my sandwich anyway!

I used to like this place a lot until this morning. Not only did they keep me on hold for a while to place a take out order. They placed the phone down and kept me there for 10 mins while I was hearing them take care of upfront people. I had to hang up and call back. By the time we went to get our order the eggs were cold not fully cooked and there was hair in my other omelette. Not to mention the bacon was so well done my coworker wasn’t able to chew it when I had asked for the bacon not to be well done. When I had called back in tell them about it the woman who answered the phone just said “okay”like it wasnt big deal. I don’t think that’s how customers should be treated. Not even an offer to remake our food fresh.

These guys are great. The coffee and bagels are always good. Service is great. Most people that go in there are regulars. Try the coffee cake, and pay attention to the special of the day on the board.

I go here because I like the bagels a lot. The foods good! The customer service, not so much. I’ve gone there probably a dozen times. More often than not, the order is incorrect (and it’s not a super picky order with lots of substitutions).Don’t expect a smile or warm interaction and don’t expect the place to feel super clean. It’s a little skeevy. That being said, the food is quite good. I need to find another place that has good food like this, but until then, I’ll continue to go with low expectations from the staff and environment, but high for the food. It’s yummy.

The place was okay. I asked for a bacon egg and cheese bagel, just got a egg and cheese bagel. we ordered off of Uber eats so I had to pay extra for the bacon so that was pretty annoying. The hash browns tasted like they just threw them in the microwave. Probably did but they were soggy and cold. My husband got a sausage egg and cheese and the sausage was still cold. Didnt seem this place tried much. Understand busy days so thats why Im giving 3/5 but if this was on a slow day it would totally get a 1/5.

Today I went and ordered a sandwich on sourdough and also wanted an everything bagel by itself. First, it wasn’t made on sourdough and they forgot my bagel (but didn’t forget to charge me for it). Didn’t realize any of this until I got home. I’m really annoyed because I talk up this place all the time and my dad is a regular customer, but I don’t think I’ll go back. This isn’t the first time they’ve forgotten something.

I have been going to NYB since 2012 and they are still the best bagel. The bacon egg and cheese everything bagel is 10/10, so during high school I went almost everyday. Every time I come back to Mooresville from college I always make sure to get a dozen bagels so I can put them in my freezer to enjoy while I am home. Everything is made to order and made with love

The bagels were good. Home potatoes were lukewarm and the bacon was obviously cooked previously and reheated. The display cases are crumb filled and the glass is covered in smudges of bagels past. How long aho? Who knows, but there is no way that the bottom of the display case is that filled with crumbs at opening time. Not terribly sure if I will go back or not.

Best local breakfast place in Mooresville NC for sure. Coffee and food is great and service is always very quick. You will spend more money on fast food than you would at NY Bagel. Also have to mention the coffee cake available there is off the chain delicious

What I’ve noticed about this place is that Mooresville will allow anyone to have a business. I began patronizing this establishment a few months back and it was ok. They are always minimally staffed and want to rush. NO ONE SPEAKS ENGLISH IN THERE.!!They finally hired someone that does speak English, THANK GOD!!!The food is usually pretty good when your order is understood. Unfortunately the language barrier is very discouraging to continue to go there. The person that spoke English, I haven’t seen in a couple of weeks. She was a pleasure to meet and finally understands what I wanted.Sorry to say but the others are rude and pushy and still don’t speak English. It is too difficult to order when the American girl is not there.

Bagels were good and priced reasonably. The lady making mine didn’t wear gloves while she was preparing it. The showcase was dirty and it looked like they haven’t cleaned it in a while. Would I go back to this location? Probably not.

Excellent food and people. A 2 egg breakfast is only $4.99. Great deals here.

I had the cheddar bason with cream cheese OMG Delish!

Ordered 2 bagels today and also bought 2 drinks. When my name was called, I didn’t check the bag because they are normally good about giving the correct order. When I arrived to work in Concord, there was only one bagel in the bag and I can’t call back to let them know the order was messed up. I called the Huntersville location but of course they are in no correlation with the Mooresville store. First time I’ve ever been disappointed with this location.Update: I went into the store today to have the bagel remade and I was extremely surprised that they remade the bagel with no hesitation.

Good Sandwiches

Literally eating this sorry excuse for a NY bagel as we speak. 7:30am and my salt bagel with plain cream cheese is cold ?! Not even close to fresh, as are the other three bagels I got to go. There’s no way on earth these bagels were cooked this morning. Clearly day olds. Will never return. Service was barely friendly and the entire staff could barely speak English. This is an honest review. Don’t waste your time. How can a bagel be cold 2 hours after baking it?? I expected more based on all the 5 star reviews, I’m from NY, but you don’t need to be to realize poor quality. Sad.

I go here all the time. I always get the plain bagel with bacon, egg and cheese. Sometimes I will get the blueberry bagel with cream cheese as well, both of which are amazing options. They have many different bagels and cream cheese flavors and all their bagels are made fresh daily. The staff is always so nice and accommodating. This is always my go to breakfast spot!

One of the cooks behind the counter decided it would be a good idea to call me lady while also reprimanding me for trying to get a full cup of coffee out of their empty coffee pots. The pots are the kind with the pump at the top, and when I poured the first half of my cup of coffee, it seemed like there might be a little more in that pot. I told them that they were out of coffee. The way he responded, it sure didnt sound like he was planning on refilling them. So then, when I tried to get another pump out of the pot, he walked over to me and said lady and shook his head and gestured his hands sort of pushing them forward like, as if to say calm down. I was calm. Until he called me lady again. I informed him its not a good idea to call people lady, and that there was no need to be rude. I dont know who the hell this guy thinks he is, but hes definitely guaranteed that Ill never come back to this establishment.

Ive always had a good experience and been met with friendly staff... I was recently in a rush and called to see if I could order ahead for just a sandwich... To my surprise they were happy to take my order... No fuss, no card over the phone... Just ordered, 6-7min I picked up my order hot and ready! Definitely felt like a great experience!

Best bagles in the area, and their breakfast specials give you a lot of food at a great price, and theyre really fast with service. This is my go to Saturday morning breakfast joint. I get the #2 with sausage, and the bacon cheddar bagel with cream cheese. House potatoes, and eggs over easy. YUM!!!And they have lots of coffee flavors and syrups.

They have the most amazing food I got a turkey and creamcheese bagel and it was heaven.

The bagels are the closest to NY you can get locally and they have a ton of delicious cream cheeses.They treat everyone like family and fix any issues (weve only had one in 3 years) literally on the spot. Customer service is number one here and it shows.

Best breakfast in town, especialy in a hurry. You can mix and match and make your bagel to your liking in so many ways. I like to add jalapeno cream cheese, egg whites, tomatoes and spinach. So good! And it is only $5.

I gave this place multiple chances Everytime I come here its always something. People dont speak English, snippy attitudes, repeating my order numerous times. Ill just buy my bagels from the store or Panera its not worth the frustration anymore.However when I do get my order and its actually write the bagels and/ or food is very tasty.

My food has always been good but my overall experience not-so-much. Today sealed their fate for me. I will not go back. The staff was unhelpful and looked at me like I had 3 heads when I tried to clarify my order with them. Ultimately, in me trying to be sure that I got charged correctly (which is already pricey), I think that I was charged even more. They do not offer itemized receipts though, so I couldnt even review it. The guy taking my order was no help in getting me what I was looking for at the best deal. He wanted to charge me for everything separately - of course. I was going to send my feedback directly to the company, but they do not offer an e-mail contact on their website. I guess they would rather have this posted publicly.

I observed employee outside the back entrance talking on cell phone picking his nose. Heavy set Spanish young Male. I looked at him dishgustedly! As I was getting ready to order he walked in and proceeded to back of kitchen without using restroom or washing hands. He did not leave my sight! He then started touching muffins and bagels! When finally asked my order I told young girl taking my order whst I observed and how unsanitary he was! I then proceeded to walk out as I did not care to eat a Booger Bagep Taylor Ham & cheese sammich! BOOGER BAGELS OF NY!!!😡🤔🤬😥☠💀

You have to try their chicken pita and their fries are sooo good. I tried their chicken parmesan wasn’t very pleased because the chicken was chewy. But i’ll just stick to the chicken pita soo delicious!!!

If you dont know anything about quality breakfast food, this will be a little more comfy version of the typical waffle house garbage. Overcooked eggs and squishy house potatoes. The ONLY thing that saves this place is its decent bagels. Seems like the staff is probably from N.Y. too. Not very freindly.
