I shop primarily for batik fabrics and this location has a pretty pitiful selection. It is an hour drive from where I live, so I have decided to buy batiks online from Etsy in the future. It’s not worth my time to shop this store.

Very nicely stocked with fabric, craft supplies and accessories for sewing, crafting or knit/crochet projects. Its a little haul from Charlotte (mostly due to traffic), but worth the trip since there no longer is a JoAnns in Charlotte.

Loved this store! My first time there and I got some beautiful jewelry supplies and some fleece (60% off!) to make pillows with. I will definitely be coming back!

Not a large selection of crafty items for a craft store... I was not greeted, me as a black women walking in store but the white lady behind me coming in was properly welcomed in store. I hate to bring up race but I also hate feeling left out...Probably WONT return...

Joann has a good selection of fabrics. The Mooresville store is the closest one to me now. I buy in store & online. The online service is usually fast and their app is easy to navigate. Most of the employees are helpful and polite. I have ran across a not so Nice employee occasionally but not often. I gave 4 stars because the store is usually packed with so much merchandise it’s hard to maneuver through the aisles.

Many sales 50 to 80% off. Simplicity patterns on sale (low price). Pleasant staff.

Another quality adventure in Joann Fabrics today: great selection of fabric and tools, plenty of assistance in the store so I didnt have to wait long for fabric cutting or checkout.

Yeow the prices here are absurd!!!! Did some comparisons with Amazon while I was there and Amazon was four times cheaper. Walked out of JoAnns and ordered the product on the way back to my car from Amazon.

Ive always liked shopping at JoAnns. Plenty of merchandise to solve my needs for what ever project Im working on.

Very conveniently located. For a smaller sized store, the layout is well done and meticulously organized and stocked. Staff was very polite.

I ordered online from the parking lot. They have around 2.5 hours to fill online orders. I called and spoke with an associate and explained that I was there and had my granddaughter with me whom wasnt feeling well. She rushed after the order showed up on her end, took about an hour and 15 minutes. She was very nice and helpful.

I love all the different fabrics, but I wish there was a superhero section. I really wantrd a Hulk fabric and I could not find it anywhere. There also was nit much in the way of Halloween collection as well. But Fall and Christmas was there in full force.

The store has a large selection of diverse fabric and patterns. In comparison to the fabric departments at other places you would have more luck finding unusual patterns there. The associates were very friendly and helpful in assisting me when I needed help. When I was there they were running a big sale and almost everything in the store was on sale. Definitely a place to go

The staff was super helpful. I had been to every other craft store in the area and the prices here beat the competition by far! The cashier hooked me up with a coupon and saved me even more money. The only complaint isnt the store or the staff but rather the other customers. From overly loud to checking out and trying to use coupons that did not apply to their purchase to just not having it together and being ready to check out. The employees kept their composure however and it was impressive.

Its always busy and there can be a little wait for help but they are always friendly and helpful and seem to genuinely care about their customers. Selection is really great especially for sewing, quilting projects and embroidery. While they have limited upholstery fabric in the store, they have great supplies and fabric samples you can see in person and order. I can usually find everything I need for my projects. They also have some cute and trendy decor items that are fun to browse through while picking up my crafting supplies. Their prices are always competitive over other stores in town and I like the one stop shop for my supplies and the kindness of the sales staff. They always have coupons and are willing to help ladies find the coupons on their phones. That kind of service makes the store a place that Crafters are loyal to. I drive past two other craft stores in town to shop at this Joanns.

Great craft store!

I dont know of a JOANN in my area, but I keep getting offers to share my experience any time i go near target so heres what I would like to say about this establishment. You are taking away traffic from other decent stores that normal people actually visit. Fix your god damn address and speak to google about the accuracy of your location so it doesnt stretch into oncoming traffic. Once you do that, work on your branding. I cant think of a single time anyone in North Carolina has ever acknowledged this place in my 8 years of living in the lake norman area.

I love shopping at Joanns! They usually have wonderful sales and great coupons! Looking to get started sewing? Try pajama pants! They have flannel on sale quite often. Joanns is my go-to in order to destress. Even if I walk out with no merchandise, I can walk out with more of me. (Dont let me fool you; I usually walk out with fabric for some new project.) Be sure to sign up for their texts and mailings! I will be going back many times over!

Great selection of fabrics, sewing notions, pillow inserts, fringe, jewelry beads, yarn, quilting materials, and friendly staff that always cuts you a little extra fabric for sewing projects.You can also get great deals on products if you sign up for their coupons and use them diligently, sometimes up to 75% off retail!

I got some good buys with their clearance sales. Its hard to find something in the store thats not marked down. Store is clean and well organized. Butterick patterns were $1.99. clerks were very courteous and helpful.

Joanne Fabrics is a great store with a variety of Fabric, thread, notions, yarn, sewing machines by Singer, machine cases, jewelry making beads & supplies. They accept AC Moore & Michaels coupons., they sell the crate Mate individual closing bead containers. Happy gathering of your supplies

Found Some Great Silk Flowers for a Halloween Wedding for Next Year Wedding..

This was the 2nd Joanns I went to while visiting family from out of state. Unlike the terribly messy, dirty, and aisle-blocked (shouldnt that be considered a fire hazard?) store, this store was clean, garbage-free, organized, and fairly well staffed (you should never be in a hurry at Joanns because lines are often long for getting fabric cut, and checking out, no matter which store you visit). A very pleasant change, and well worth the extra drive time.

There is virtually no stock left in the Mooresville, NC store. I tried to order online, but everything I click on is unavailable to ship. It looks like Joann Fabrics is getting ready to close.

A whole store and busy. There were only 2 people in the store and thats all that were allowed to be we were told. They need more than 2 working at a time. One running register and one cutting fabric. No one to help other customers or to help check out since they were busy while we were there.

Food has been spot on every time we have been there. Nice comfortable setting.

More stock than the one in Charlotte. Each associate that I passed spoke.

I would highly recommend calling this store before making the drive. They have a wide variety of fabric and paints and such but they are not fully stocked like the other Joanns stores in the charlotte area. NO planner section so if you are making a 45 minute trip for some happy planner merch, then you will be very very disappointed.

Ive called three times and each time I call I get Helen...she cant do anything except tell you how busy they are and that she cannot help you. And heaven forbid that you actually go to the store. Theres no one there to assist you and if you do ask for help they act like it is a complete inconvenience. Last time I went, I walked around for ten minutes just to find someone to help. When I did, they acted as if it was too much to assist me. I looked at the line and walked out...I stood outside the door and called and got Helen again telling me just how slammed they were and that she could not help me. ????? I was looking in the window at no one in line.Do yourself a favor and go out of your way to steer clear of this store.

I liked it for the variety but the store is very dirty. Dust piled on top of sewing machines an thread bin.

I shop here often and the staff is great! I feel like they dont have enough employees so they run the few they do have ragged. Ive heard managers fussing at them over petty things. The store its self is good and I love the selection of fabrics and sewing necessities.
