Bath and Body Works is my go to place for home scents. The wallflowers and candles are good quality and last through the month. The staff is always helpful and friendly, and the music is always upbeat and lively.

Placed an online order 04/01 and called to check on it 4 days in a row (except Sunday) order could not be found. Every rep that I spoke to was very apathetic when responding to my concerns!When shopping inside the store, I always feel like it’s more of “security” than them giving me the deals and offers so I thought shopping online would help me out more. Tuh...

Very disappointed with Mooresville NC store. Made me feel like I was lying about not receiving 2 wallflowers that I ordered online. Didnt beleive me went through my bag. I told them I had everything but those two. Then told I must of put extra 2 of something else I said no i checked. So in front of everyone in line I gave my bag and they pulled everything out because apparently I am a LIAR. I am a loyal customer who shops bbw ALOT. Not happy!

This is a great store in the mournful area. My wife stops here almost every time we traveled through. They always have great deals and are eager to help you use your coupons in the best way. The staff here is friendly the stories claim and we will certainly be back many times again in the future.

Love the products, and great for gift giving. Great special, usually a one day sale at super cheap prices...

I love this place!! The staff is always helpful (I miss Heather though! I wish she hadn’t left), and the semi-annual sale is my favorite thing ever. The remodel they got a year or so ago really makes the store feel spacious.

Best place ever!!! Love the coupons they send just wish they would send more often. The store itself was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Remember to get rid of too many smells up your nose sniff the coffee beans they have in the jar. Thats what its there for.

They are really making sure everything is safe for customers. They wipe down the counter with every customer and all workers are wearing masks.

Do not carry the cream rinse, hair treatment that I have been using for a few years. Discontinued the warm vanilla sugar shampoo and cream rinse also. Every time I find a product that I love, they get rid of it. Very frustrated!!!!!

Typical bath and body works store. It is not easy to move throughout the store due to size. Doesnt stop me from going when I need something but I have two small children and its not easy to shop with a stroller here. Friendly and helpful staff when I have went.

I love bath and body works but Tifanie (That is the actual spelling) was very rude to me and my family. She is not a good representative of how great this store is. The staff is usually beyond friendly and helpful. Not sure how Tifanie got a job there.

Not enough clerks, waited a very long time in line so the clerk could answer the phones then go to the floor to check on what people were calling in for.....terrible! There seems to always be a line even when its not the holidays.

I went shopping there this week. I really needed to us there restroom and asked the cahier where the restroom was and was told that they did not have public restroom. I guess my point is I had a full basket of there products that I was purchasing and was still told no. I have health problems and needed there facilities right then at that moment purchase and then leave and go cross the street to Bojangles hey this is unacceptable
