This place is a disaster. Bought a boat from them couldnt put it in the water for 2 months because they were supposed to fix things...here we are 4 months later still not fixed and no call...still waiting on the part that probably isnt broken so they can tell us something else is. Never again. This place is a joke.

I just purchased a Mastercraft from Jake at CWS. He went above and beyond to make our buying experience great. He helped me build the boat and recommended what additions made sense with our budget. Carolina Watersports has been nothing short of an remarkable experience. Nate has been the best. We met him months ago at the boat show in Charlotte. We found the boat we wanted from them and Nate played a huge part in that decision as he was so nice and knowledgeable. His customer service is unmatched. We constantly stayed in touch throughout the purchase process. Nate and Robert made sure we got everything we wanted and at a great price. Nate always made himself available and kind of walked us through the whole process. He gave us constant updates and personally delivered the new boat making sure we had everything we needed. Ordered a new Monterey boat from Nate and he made the entire process seamless. Was able to complete the boat order right at the dealership and Nate was able to answer all my questions throughout the process. I ended up buying a boat that Carolina water sports had sold and due to the pandemic the original owner would not be able to use it this season. Jillian and Robert were so very helpful in helping me with any questions or concerns I had in the whole process of getting the boat shipped and warranty transfer etc. If you are in the Market for a new boat please give Carolina Water Sports a shot as I believe you will be treated fairly and know they will take care of you!

My wife and I were in the market for a boat, we looked at one on Carolina Water Sports web site and I sent an email in regards to this particular boat that was for sale, Robert was quick to get in contact with me, One of his first statements to me was......I do not think you will be happy with that boat.......and he was correct, he told me that he had just received one that we would be much happier with, Thank you for your honesty Robert !! But Regardless we attempted to get financed for the boat I had acquired about, Robert and his crew put in work trying to get a deal done on that boat, but thankfully it did not go through as it was not meant for us as Robert had previously stated, So we asked Robert if it would be easier to go for the boat that he had recommended, 30 minutes later we were approved and within a few hours everything was settled up, all without even stepping foot in Carolina Water Sports. Next day, once we got off of work we went and picked up our new used boat, They set us up with all kinds of extras, Dock Lines, Fender Bumpers, Fire Extinguisher and a Flotation device. They even gave the boat another test run and a look over before our arrival to be sure everything was top notch.Robert again was great and went above an beyond, the horn on the boat was not working, he was so kind to set us up with an Air Horn and ordered us a new horn and had it shipped directly to our home. He even recommended an amazing spot on Lake Norman for us to go out and take our new boat out to cruise and enjoy the lake.Exceptional service did not end when we drove off, any question or concern I have had was as simple as giving Robert a call or a text and he had an answer for me, and if I cannot figure it out with his help, he made it clear that he is more than willing to take care any issue and would not leave us hanging.We are extremely happy with our new toy and would recommend Carolina Water Sports to anybody in the Market for a New or Used watercraft, Thank yall so much for the amazing service.

Awesome people to deal with, especially when making a sizable investment in something like a boat. Nate Salisbury is always responsive and quick to help answer any questions I may have and goes out of his way to solve and resolve any concerns or issues. Anyone can sell you a boat but very few have the ability to really provide great service after the sell. The team at CWS (from Nate to the Owner) has proven that after the sell they are not only still available to help you but actually care and want to help you with whatever you may need to assure you enjoy what you have bought.
