We contacted Jordan to adjust a lift we had purchased a couple years prior. He said no problem he would get to it. Now he won’t return text or phone calls. Do not buy from him.

They installed the controls so that everything is backwards. If we want the lift to go up both knobs have to be set to “down”. If we want the lift to go down, the knobs have to be set to “Up”. And when I say “they” I mean the 2 workers who were literally throwing up into the water by the lift bc they were so hung over. One of them had to lay on the dock to recover from retching. We eventually installed a whole new motor because the one we got from hi and dry was unusable from day one. They already proved themselves to be incompetent so naturally we used another outfit.

** Update to owner’s response ** - So, I can expect you today or tomorrow then?Hi & Dri installed my mom’s boat lift and after only 2 years the “refurbished” air tank got a crack right in the middle of it. He was scheduled to come out (had to wait a month for the appointment) and he never showed up and couldn’t give me an explanation. I had one conversation with Jordan the day he was supposed to come out and he told me that he would be out this week to take a look at it and would let me know the next morning what day that would be. Now, he won’t respond to me or my mom and we are stuck with a broken boat lift that we are going to have to get repaired by someone else. Stay away from this company! They do not back their products or work and you will never be able to get him to come back out if you have issues!

I shopped around for my boat lift, and after recommendations, I found Hi&Dri to be the best. Jordan was very courteous, and his workers also were courteous. They came the day that was promised, and within 3hrs I had a functioning boat lift.

Jordan will tell you he will be out and then won’t show. It will happen numerous times. And then he just disappears. Upon reading these reviews and others elsewhere, it seems he would rather spend his time on installs. That’s fine. But then tel me you won’t come out for service. Don’t tell me you will be out and give me dates that you will be out.

Warning to anyone wanting to purchase a jetski lift or receive service on it . Jordan I’m sure will be happy to sell you one. As for providing service he has personally told me he does not provide service. He says he can’t make any money on service. Granted I did not purchase my lift from him but he agreed to service my lift and I made an appointment with him almost 8 weeks in advance. I have no issue paying him whatever it would take to service my lift. That said, I called him the day prior to the appointment and he put me off for 2 weeks and then another week. I then called him again the evening prior to our agreed service appointment and he tells me he doesn’t want to provide service. What kind of business is this? One that I feel that prospective clients need to know what kind of business owner Jordan is. What a shame, I felt compelled to write this review to warn you!!Today, June 23rd, the owner of this business just responded to my review that I posted over 2 months ago. That in itself highlights the lack of integrity of this guy by taking so long to respond to my initial review. He actually called me a couple of days after my review and called me a liar. Why would I lie, all I wanted was to have my lift serviced. His response is totally an inaccurate description of what actually took place. He never attempted to call me to reschedule the appointments that I described in my initial review. As I stated, I was the one that always called the day before the scheduled appointments to confirm. I reiterate once again he told me numerous times that providing service was basically not cost effective because he could not make money on service. I was surprised that a business owner would make such a statement. So after missing so many scheduled appointments I asked if he wanted to service my lift. He again said he could not make money on service and said “NO I do not want to service your lift”. So what would you do after hearing a business owner say such a statement. As you can imagine I was frustrated and thus lost my temper. Does anyone blame me? My initial review is sincere and correctly described the scenario of what transpired. Quite frankly I hate wasting my time in responding to the owners response but I felt compelled to once again describe my experience with this business and it’s owner. Obviously he’s attempting to respond with falsehoods and in doing so is once again showing his lack of integrity and poor ownership. In closing all I wanted from my initial review and today’s comments are to hopefully prevent someone having to go through what I dealt with earlier this year. Enough, said.

I contacted Jordan and had a text exchange with him about an urgent fix I needed on my lift which his company installed. He asked for pictures then STOPPED responding. I am guessing the job was too small to be worth his time. I even offered to pay several hundred extra to make it worth his time and still no answer. The fixing of my lift was key to the sale of my home and Jordan really let me down.

They installed our lift last year and were polite, knowledgeable and did excellent work. I called them back today for some help and once again, polite, quick to respond and covered under warranty. A pleasure to do business with them once again.

Would not recommend. Can not pin Jordan down on when he will be out for service appointments. Its been nearly a month with multiple failed appointments and now I cant get a reply via text or phone.

On time. Do what they promise

Stay away! We purchased a lift and had it for a few year and had no problems with Jordan or the lift. But then the lift snapped and Jordan would not help us for 2 and a half months. When we bought it he said it comes with a life time worenty but he still refused to fix it. We finally had to call his dad the owner of all high and dry and he made Jordan fix it. I warn you not to buy this product because you will have problems with Jordan. I would give a zero star if I could.

Jordan and his team did a great job. Quick and professional. Would definitely recommend to others.
