Very clean store. Employees were actively cleaning the whole time I was there. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Also they had a large selection of womens shoes size 11. That size is usually somewhat hard to find. My new favorite shoe carnival!

I went to Shoe Carnival this morning since I saw online that they had the croc slides I have been looking for. As anyone would, I tried them on and walked a couple of steps to see how they fit. I didn’t like the way they felt on me, so I looked around for something else. While I was looking around, one of the employees was standing at the end of the aisle watching me like I was a criminal. To the point that I asked why she was watching me, and she said she wasn’t; she was just standing there. However, not once did she ask if I needed help; she just stood there watching me. After a few more minutes, I decided that I didn’t want to spend my money in a store that treated me like a criminal and left. As soon as I walked out the door, she left where she was standing, which proved she was just watching me. I can’t believe that this is something we still have to deal with in 2021, I won’t ever be going back.

Hasd exactly what we were looking for for our grandson. We were greeted at the door, checked on once we were trying shoes on and very nice young man when we checked out!

Very helpful with anything needed. There was a boy named Spencer there that was extremely helpful with any questions I had and extremely polite. Great store and my new favorite shoe store.

Found what I was looking for, great selection of shoes, sandals, casual, sports, and dress shoes. So they gave me bogo, 1/2 off the middle priced shoes and socks! Then I spun the wheel for buying three pairs and she took an additional $5 off the cheaper pair. I had budgeted on $100 for just the pair I wanted, but walked out with a pair for me, my wife, and my daughter for $94... what!?!

Lots to choose from, but unfortunately didnt find anything today guess im to picky.

Go to Rack Room Shoes.Shoe Carnival was very impersonal, no one spoke when we walked in, they were standing at the end of the isles like statues, no one ever asked if they could help me. Their clearance i was told after finally flagging someone down, was not actually on clearance yet. I ended up going Rack Room Shoes and getting 2 pair of shoes for my 7 year old granddaughter, cheaper then I would have gotten one pair from Shoe Carnivals clearance. I will never go back to Shoe Carnival.

I wish there was a better boys selection. An entire wall (when there are only 2 in total) of Nike means once again, theres not much point in shopping for my boys here. I do love looking at the clearance options, so thats a plus. Staff is always very friendly and helpful as well.

They didnt have the type of shoe I wanted but to take advantage of the bogo, they offered to order my second pair, which was an awesome option. After 2 weeks of waiting and getting emails that the order was processing, I got an email that the order was cancelled without offering substitutions or other options.

The people there working all three of them no one seemed to want to help us at all. My husbands totally blind and I did not bring my glasses and I had a nine year old and we spent almost $100 there a week before that I spent $100. But the way we were treated you will never get another dollar from me you need to cheat your staff that they need to assist people or ask do they need assistance. It was like it was Self Service no one to help us one girl came to show us what size and she said a he wears a one and a half and my grandson said no I wear a tutu when she walked off. She didnt stay to show shoes or try to sell shoes. So Im just telling you Im going to spread the word of how you guys customer service is a 0
