I bought a few grand of bricks here for a DIY project. I was very happy with the selection and service.

Previously, I had purchased 2 bogs of polysand used to fill around brick pavers. I went back to purchase a 3rd bag and noticed it was packaged differently from the previous 2 bags. The yard man told me it was the same material as I had purchased previously. However, when I started to apply it, I discovered it was a different color and a much different consistency than the previous 2 bags. When I returned the bag which was almost completely full, I advised the manager of the problem and asked for at least a partial refund because the material was not the same as I had purchased previously. He indicated there was nothing he could do and did not seem to be concerned about the problem. I left the almost full bag. FIND YOUR MASONRY SUPPLIES SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Dont even bother going here if you are trying to match a product. Absolute worst customer service in the industry. OK to shop here for new construction, but worthless if you are doing repair work.

Horrible customer service. Wrong brick delivered. I had to call their supplier myself to get answers on some custom cast stone pieces. They never followed up with a phone call I had to call them every time to get any additional information on deliveries and pricing.
