My favorite vintage fluorescent desk lamp quit working and I couldn’t locate the parts for repair. Someone suggested I go to Batteries Plus. I spoke to Steve, the owner, and he was very knowledgeable about the parts needed and ended up repairing the lamp! Great service! I also appreciated Devon’s assistance. I made an appointment on line for 12:30. I called at 12:20 and told a man whose name began with a D that I would be 10 minutes late. He told me no problem and it should only take 45 minutes to replace my iphone 8 battery. I arrived at 12:40 Tommy checked my phone and took my information. I was ready to leave at 12:55. He told me it would take a little over an hour because the technician had just started another phone. I told him I needed the phone no later than 2:15 because I had a flight at 4 pm. When I returned to the store at 2:10 my phone was not ready. The technician was working on another phone. The woman didnt have an appointment. I had to leave the phone and travel all weekend without a means of communication. I wont return to this store because it is poorly run. Appointments should take priority over walk in clients.

Always have what I need. But this visit Im on crutches with a broken leg. So the associate was more than willing to carry my battery in and out. They both were great offering me recommendations to make this battery last longer. Thanks guys! 11/28/2020 @5:30pm

I just had the best service at Batteries + Bulbs on Rt 150 across from Lowes Hardware in Mooresville, NC. Needed a battery for our BMW. I had an appointment with BMW dealership for 7:30 this morning. When I got there they informed me they did NOT have a battery and could get one in 4hours and that the total cost would be $500 plus which included 1 1/2 hrs service. I almost fell off my chair. I called Batteries & Bulbs, spoke to the owner Steve and was told come on down we have in stock and can install right away. Steve installed the new battery in approx 5 minutes and price was 2/3 LESS that what dealership was going to charge me. BIG Thank YOU to Steve and Batteries + Bulbs. And....they do car fobs for a lot less also. They will get ALL our battery work from now on.

Friendly staff and had to do extra research to find a battery for my laptop.

Employee wanted me to leave my battery there and come back another day so the owner could decide if they would honor the 24mon warranty on my battery, as it was 22.5 months old. Had to argue with the employee to get him to replace my battery that was 100% covered under the companys warranty.

I brought a motorcycle battery not even 6mnths ago n it wont stay charged.i hv 2put it on jumper cables everytime I ride my bike and they tell me nothing is wrong wit the battery.its a 1yr warranty on it and they dnt want 2exchange it but tell me nothing wrong with they battery but it wont start my bike so wht is the warranty for.

I broke my Note 5 cell phone and priced getting the thing fixed at several places, US Cellular was out of sight so I remember stopping in at the store just off exit 36 in Mooresville and he was telling me they could fix cell phones cheap. Well, I sent the phone down to the store with my son, I was in know hurry because I had another one, to my surprise they called and said my phone was done in know time, new plug and battery. Wow, I went down the next day picked it up and got my picture took with retired Winston Cup Super Star Steve Park who owns the franchise there. Very humble surroundings, thanks to all there that helped me get my phone going. I am pretty sure they can fix just about any brand phones and also I pads, my screen was faded and some how they fixed that too. They have way more than batteries and bulbs. You kinda have to stop in to believe it.

Wost customer service and store polices I have ever experienced. Found out after it was too late that they have 2 days to decide if they will warranty a battery. Bought a deep cycle battery for boat that had a 4 year replacement warranty. After 8 months battery will not hold a charge. Drove 100 miles one way to return battery with receipt. They tested battery sitting on counter and with their tester battery was loosing amps with just tester hooked up to it. Was told it was policy that they would have to charge battery up to 12 hours and diagnose the problem before they could decide if they will warranty it. Guess another 200 mile round trip is going to be necessary. Glad I didnt have a car that wouldnt start or I would have had to sit in the parking lot until the next day if the battery had been bought there. I bought this battery because of the warranty. Paid over 400.00 dollars for the battery. Battery is always on a battery maintain charger in boat . Just a bad battery. Save yourself a headache and buy from a automotive dealer . If you do have a problem you can get a replacement at least the same day.

Purchased a motorcycle battery. Batteries Plus Bulbs not only had a battery guaranteed for one year, but for a few dollars more, a two year battery. For a motorcycle, that is exceptional. They tested my old battery for me prior to installing a now justified replacement. In and out in a few minutes and I will certainly visit them the next time. Very courteous and helpful over all.

Called to make sure they had the battery we needed, but after driving 30 minutes they did not have what we needed in stock. To add insult to injury, the guy says to us as we were leaving “by the way, the battery you need is on back order”. Would avoid this location.

This was the easiest experience I have ever had buying a car battery. I simply looked it up online, received a 10% discount for paying online and then showed up and they had my battery installed in less than 10 minutes. The tech quoted a price for a difficult battery swap on a Motorola Android phone. They ordered the battery, received it, and installed it in less than 2 hours. Quite happy overall.

We found our battery online, purchased while driving to the store. They had the battery waiting for us, installed it, and we were in our way within 20 minutes. This was on a Friday at 5pm, every other store either didnt stock our choice or said it would be a couple hrs. Very pleased w the friendly professional and quick service. Definitely recommend.

Poor customer service . Stopped in last Sunday to get a battery for my Moms Cell. The employee working was extremely rude, being sarcastic to my questions about batteries, completely unprofessional . Stopped back by this Past Sunday and the exact same rude guy working again making sarcastic comments giving me (the customer) the impression I was bothering him by being in the store. Obviously some remedial customer service training needs to happen at this location . I wont be back .

Thought since Batteries Plus was a national chain that they would be able to replace a broken phone screen no problem. I was wrong. We were at this store 8 times out of a 7 day week to drop the phone off, pick the phone up, notice something was wrong with the phone again and repeat.They will also wipe your data without asking. There is NO need to wipe data for a screen repair! Avoid this place at all costs! The staff is very disrespectful and will talk down to anyone that walks in the store.

The staff replaced my iPhone battery and set me up with a new battery for my riding lawnmower. I was there 20 minutes and the results were great.

Went in here recently. Hasnt changed much. Extremely overpriced for what theyre selling. They wanted to charge $100 for a tablet battery got it online for twenty bucks. CPR repair would have charged me $50 for the battery and installation.

These guys need to stick to batteries since they tried to overcharge me to fix my LG G3 phone even with a coupon Sprint gave me. Their explanation was that LGs were the most expensive phones to fix. Lying or clueless. Ended up at a much better place down the road.
