I ordered before 8am, and my arrangement still has not been delivered. Do not order from here if you are expecting your arrangement to be delivered in a timely manner. The worst part about it is, the place of delivery is approximately 11 minutes away from the store. Ive ordered from Edible Arrangements before but this by far, has to be the worst one.Update: I did speak with the owner. He explained that delivery times are not guaranteed (which he said is stated on the website). When I voiced my concerns about the place of delivery being 11 minutes away from the store, he stated the delivery route starts farthest away from the location and then comes closer to the store. He assured me my arrangement would be delivered by 2pm since there was only one driver and they are doing the best they can, as they are short staffed. It was delivered at 2:08pm. He was patient and professional. While I still did not like the experience, I am increasing the review stars because of him and his professionalism alone as I do not like the fact that there is no time range for delivery.

Edible Arrangement provided truly unacceptable service along with a substandard and inedible product. The store manager offered absolutely no resolve to the situation, even going to the extent to tell us “corporate is nothing but a call center”. Buyers beware...the people you purchase this product for will, in most cases, tell you it was substandard. To add to this, the order was made on Saturday to be delivered for a Monday birthday. The product was delivered to the doorstep at 9 pm. Delivering an edible and perishable product to a doorstep should be unacceptable to any consumer. The delivery person did not wait for us to answer the door. I will never order from or recommend Edible Arrangements in the future.

Absolutely horrible customer service! Ordered a Mothers Day bouquet to be delivered to my sister on Mothers Day. 4pm the next day, still had not been delivered after multiple calls and promises. Manager was a total jerk and unwilling to try to make things better. Said he wasnt going to deal with it and refunded my money. Will never use this store again.

Okay, scratch that 5 star review. They failed today at a same day delivery to the same school, even though I placed my order at 7 AM and paid the $9.99 same day delivery fee. When I called after the school closed with no delivery, while they did offer to reschedule and refund the $9.99 delivery fee, they were not apologetic at all. I understand that you are busy during this time, but if you are too busy to pay attention to the logistics of your same day orders, you are too busy and shouldnt offer that service. What a disappointment. I will not be relying on this service to lift the spirits of my wife again or for anything else for that matter.--Original Review--Exceptional service! I needed a last minute arrangement delivered same day and by 3 PM, even though I was placing the order at 11 AM. They nailed the arrangement and delivery despite the short notice! They will be my new go-to service when I need something to lift someones spirits. I cant thank you enough for saving the day today! You have won a customer for life!

1st time an last time customer!!! Horrible experience, late delivery, old food, a manager that will want to argue with you, an rude staff in general when trying to just reach the manager. I wish 0 stars was a option. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!!Edit: response from manager proves my point even more!

I went to EA 10 minutes before closing and an employee told me that she was not able to assist me because her system was already closed out. Upon asking for the owners info and receiving it, I sent the owner an email detailing all of the events that occurred. Within 20 minutes of sending the email, I got a call from the owner. Not only did she accept responsibility for her employee but she also did not make excuses.I would recommend this location to anyone because the owner really cares about her customers and her business. Times posted on google as well as on the front door of the business said they were open until 1:00pm. I get there at 12:15pm n doors are locked no one is there. Interesting!!!
