They are very helpful and knowledgeable with what they sell. Any other store would have sold me the juice without telling me its a type of salt juice and ruined my vape. Great customer service and a clean store.

This place has great vabes i cant find anywhere else like loi vabes. Great flavors. Always friendly and accomidating.

This store allowed a customer to use a stolen debit card for a $50 purchase. Clearly they don’t care about safe business practices or checking ID’s or signatures. When I called the manager to report it, he didn’t ask for my name or phone number, simply asked how much the purchase price was and said he would look into it. Don’t shop here.

Very friendly and helpful staff, well stocked and organized. After having a very bad time at another tobacco store in town, this place was like a godsend! They had what I needed, had no problem checking the availability of different colors/styles, and even though they couldnt get it from their distributor, offered to look a few other places for me! Fantastic service, very clean and well stocked, knew the inventory and went above and beyond to make my visit a good one. FIVE STARS BECAUSE I CANT GIVE SIX!!!

Terrible customer service. I bought an ELeaf Istick kiya there and I had nothing but issues with it. I took it back and was told they sell them but would not back up the warranty. The clerk was very rude and told me to have a nice day in a very sarcastic definitely find another vape store.

Trash products, trash service. Ive spent thousands at this store and a vape broke after having it for 3 days they wouldnt do anything do not reccomend this store
