Quick service. They had a person walk to the cars in line to help speed up the ordering process (no speaker box), and took payment as well. Batista at the window was extremely friendly and welcomed us as it was our first time there. Drinks were perfect, and the muffin tops were huge.

This was my second time visiting clutch, and I was SO excited (the first time was at the other Mooresville location) but a bit let down this time.It’s far from my house, so I got two drinks (one for the next day!)My order was messed up twice, the music was SO loud the girls couldn’t hear me and it was more of a a stressful, than enjoyable experience.I’m still not sure if I got the right drinks, the first time was much better.I will come and try it again, but more likely the other location again.*this was the Williamson road location

This coffee stop is awesome. They have about every type of coffee option you would ever want and have some good treats as well. My favorite outside of the pumpkin options is the frozen charger. Not overly sweet if you like that style. High five highly recommended!

Best coffee in town. Period. Even when its busy, the service is still fast and welcoming. Dog friendly, which is always a win in my book. Dairy-free options. If the lines are long, go anyway. Its always worth it. Star- who? Nah, give me Clutch any day.

I am a coffee addict. Starbucks was my choice for years. Since Clutch took over human bean; it has been my place of choice. The coffee is good. The workers are really great. This a solid place!!!

Our family loves the variety of drinks offered at Clutch. We love that a friendly employee walks down the line with an iPad getting everyone’s orders so that service can be efficient. We love that the employees are friendly and seem to thoroughly enjoy their job, and they do a wonderful job of filling orders accurately.

I have been here 3 times now and each time the workers were super awesome. It made the time go by. They made my latte perfect every time!! I have quit Starbucks for Clutch coffee. Gotta check it out!!!

Clutch is one of my absolute favorite places to grab coffee. I’ve been pretty dedicated to them for the last 2-3 years but now have to go out of my way to the other location in Mooresville because the Williamson location has been horrible recently. The wait has been 20-30 minutes when only 3-4 people were in front of me for a mediocre drink. If you go to Clutch, avoid the Williamson one unless you want to wait forever.

First timer! Service was excellent, server was super sweet. Drink was just as expected. Definitely will be back!

This has been a funny visit yesterday.The young guy who helped us kept us entertained with his conversation while we were waiting on our coffee.The caramel frappe Was 1 of the best I have had.Well be back soon.

These guys just made my day! Was long overdue to give one of their drive thrus a shot and they did not disappoint! More expensive than Dunkin’ but not more than Starbucks. I happened to mention it was my first visit when they asked for a rewards number and I got my first drink free! What?!

I had a great first experience here. I told them it was my first time and they offered me my drink on the house! Very friendly and answered all of my questions. I got a medium hot chai latte with oat milk and a shot of espresso which is my go to drink. It was amazing! They use Oregon chai concentrate which I love so naturally it was delicious. The espresso was very mild, so Ill get a double shot next time for more coffee flavor. Will definitely be back to try other drinks!

Friendly staff (we love them) and, of course, great coffee.

Im a big fan of this place, and am there mostly every day during the week, but this is the 2nd time recently that the weekend crew has gotten my drink wrong. I always ask for my drink to be X hot, and again this morning it was barely hot. Last time we also ordered a frozen drink and it tasted watered down as if too much ice was added. Ill continue to visit Monday through Friday, but not sure if Ill be back on weekends.

I really really love Clutch coffee. I just wish they expanded operations to more of Charlotte: Concord, Highland Creek, NoDa, Ballantyne, etc. It is my favorite part about coming up to Mooresville to see family.

So no place is perfect ... but wow this place comes close...! Both stores have been quite awesome at delivering extremely consistent results literally every time I go ... which is more than I’ll talk about here, just know that I’m a regular and they (the employees) know my name and drink by the time I get to the window. Hands down more pep in my step above the other big chain in the area due to the power packed drinks available at similar costs to the competitors “regular” or unaltered drinks. Speaking of power ... I got there this morning and was extremely excited to find out their open at 5am...!! Another huge win for a local small business... this just goes to show that you can find good people out there!

Were visiting from out of town. We were going to try all the local coffee shops every morning, but now that weve been to Clutch, I think weve found our perfect spot. The coffee is perfect, and I love the options on the menu. The people are amazingly friendly! I highly recommend this place.

Good coffee. However on Sat. 8/29/20 they were not taking cash. Only CC. Max asked if I would like to add a gratuity I said yes 20%. $2.00 was added to my $2.00 purchase not 20%. I had to ask for a receipt and then only saw the added $2.00 when I arrived home. Buyer beware......

Went there at 8:45 pm was told they couldnt make my coffee because they were already closed ecen tho they closed at 9 pm. When when I came back another day I asked for a Frap and ended up with a luke warm coffee with half cup of whip cream and messy carmel all over my cup!!!! This is not what I ordered so I took my order back to the location on Plaza and they took care of me. I will never go back to the one on Williamson again. If the blond there would pay better attn to customers instead of flirting or fixing her hair maybe something would be made correctly. Been there 5 times in 8 months and EVERYTIME ITS WRONG OR GROSS.

Coffee is good... but don’t get in line if they’re busy. The girl taking the orders... RUDE. We didn’t even have time to give our phone number and she was basically throwing the drinks in the car, over apologizing to her staff that she had to clear out the order because she was too impatient to wait for us to tell her what we wanted. Coffee was still awesome... the experience, not so much.

Hands down the BEST coffee and the BEST staff! If Im having a bad day and I go to Clutch, my mood instantly changes and my day gets better. Not only because the coffee is THAT good but because the whole staff is amazing as well. If youre not in the Mooresville area, make the trip over to Clutch because it is well worth it!!

I used to frequent The Human Bean and was saddened to see it go, but Clutch is absolutely amazing! Their drinks are delicious and they are always well staffed with friendly people. I would highly recommend Clutch over any commercial coffee joint.

I love the coffee usually and I would give this place 5 stars, however, lately, I have to get the crew to make my coffee at least twice before they get it right and I hate causing a fuss but for what it cost I would like it done right the first time.

It usually takes me 5-10 minutes after getting a coffee to let it cool down. This coffee is the right temperature though! Also delicious and have all the options, complex or plain coffees. Drive thru avaliable.

Great drive thru coffee bar with delicious drinks that are reasonably priced. The staff are always friendly and we always stop by when we come to Mooresville.

They havent disappointed yet!! This was my second visit ever, and I tried this location this time. Such and incredibly kind staff and my ice coffee was perfect! Just the right amount of ice, cream and splenda! The coffee itself is delicious! My only complaint would be add more locations lol! Bye bye Dunkin and starbucks, this is my new favorite spot! And the banana bread is delicious!!!

First time going (on a friends recommendation) and it was fantastic! They have someone come to your car to get your order (so its ready, or almost ready, when you get to the window) and when we told her it was our first time we got both drinks for free! Very friendly staff; while we waited, the girl at the window told us about their menu, etc. Prices are much better than some other coffee shops (who shall remain nameless) and the coffee itself is stronger as eell - we got an extra shot but definitely could have done without it! Will definitely return.

So Clutch! I’m not a big coffee drinker but I LOVE their energy drinks. Passionfruit, cherry-lime energy drink and a coffee cake helps me start my morning :) Endless drink combinations, quick/friendly service, I’m now a Clutch Coffee member for rewards too! 6 out of 5 stars if I could. Bravo!

When we moved here a year ago I asked around looking for the best coffee shops. I got a bit of a let and visited each one. I felt Clutch coffee ranked as the best in this area. The coffee is smooth, something I don’t find that often. I wish they had a store so I could have a place to sip coffee with my friends but the drive-up window works, too. And their pricing is fabulous!My only suggestions would be get a covered awning. Every time it is raining when I get coffee I get pretty wet. Also, I would order oatmeal if you used steel cut oats instead of regular oats. Steel cut oats are a more complex carb, whereas regular oatmeal is a high glycemic food. With so many watching their food intake using steel cut oats would be a smart and easy change.
