This Gamestop is great. Went in for a trade in and wasnt disappointed. Staff is very knowledgeable and the store is clean and organized. The manager Patrick is very knowledgeable and willing to assist as well as answer questions regarding products. Great store!!

Nice little place, good variety of games and accessories. The young guy that works there was helpful and knowledgeable. Manager was in the back taking a long break while the guy upfront was helping over 12 people and he did so in a timely manner.

Overall this game stop was pretty good. They didnt have a huge amount of plushes, figures, clothing, etc. But it was still good to stop.

Ive spent countless hours at different GameStops and the staff at this store is incredible. I spent a good 30 minutes discussing pros and cons of whether or not to upgrade my console. Theyre knowledgeable and dont harass you like some other stores. Janice is very friendly. This is a top notch, very clean GameStop.

Use to come to this place often to buy games. Here within past few months every time I go in the guys that work there are extremely rude. Will definitely drive out of my way to just go to another one and not have to deal with these people

I was in there on Thursday around 1:30. I put the time because the young man that helped me should get credit for how helpful he was. I dont know anything about games and I was in there to buy a controller for my son. They didnt have what I needed but the person helping me explained what it was, ordered it for me to be sent to my home. He was so sweet and laughed at my bad jokes. It takes just a little kindness to help make someone elses day better. Good job!

Had all my points stolen twice in less than a year. Tracked it to the store myself, since the fraud department has done nothing. Gift cards purchased by an employee minutes after I made a large purchase and had left the store. Dont waste your time with these thieves. Just buy off Amazon and cut out the middle man...

Low selection, which is understandable during this time. Still, expected more from a GAME store. Some items for sale were quite a bit higher than other places. They shouldnt have to mark up as much as they have. Awesome selection of POPS!

The staff unfriendly. Prices are more expensive then other stores. They dont have knowledge of their products. I love how every time I go into GameStop and pull a game off the shelf they dont have it in stock.

Experience was great even though I was sold the incorrect product. Upon returning to exchange, I was able to get the correct item at a discounted rate in under 5mins on BLACK FRIDAY!!! Great experience overall in those conditions 😃😃😃

My first time going here. I bought a shirt for 21$. I was triple charged !!! Once for the actual purchase, once for an authorization and the third time they charged me the same price the next day. I called and they were rude told me to bring in proof on the receipt but they have to manually print the receipts and only gave me the one receipt. They steal your info from your card and charge you multiple times. I’ll never spend my money here ever again.

First off, the other shop in Mooresville had an inventory variance. I called this Gamestop and was directed there for a product they didnt have. After finding the variance, I called Rodney back and explained the issue. He asked me to come by his store and speak to him. Upon arriving, he set me up with a similar product that I am just as happy with. Great customer care is how you keep business. Great job guys.

I can walk in at any point during the day and strike up a conversation with any of the staff members about almost anything gaming related. They are all amazingly helpful people and genuinely awesome human beings. You couldnt meet a more delightfully nerdy and cool group of people anywhere else. True, the amount you get back for game trade ins is pitiful, but what do expect from a company with a near monopoly on the video game retail market?

Bought my 200+ dollar Xbox 360 which was in great condition, I was the only owner, took good care of it and they bought it for $9. Ridiculous that I actually sold it but I stopped playing on it and dont have the time to get on it anymore. Technically it was $7.20 but with tax it came to $9.

I speak from years of experience when I say they keep a tight/low stock on most things. Less relevant consoles/publishers may get shoved out the store front to make up for sales of more competitive games. This us a great location for new releases, but its bad for any consoles youve already invested money in more than a year ago.

Whats happened to game stop the prices are at least 6% higher than any other retailers. The used section is marked up way beyond what they should be. Domt even get me started on the customer service you walkthrough the door and not even a nod to let you know youve been noticed.

I know that they are known for ripping people off, but they sell games at the price of everyone else if not lower, they just dont have a good return policy. Yes it is annoying buying a 60+ dollar game and returning it for 15 bucks but atleast you did get some money back. Or dont trade it and sell it on Facebook for half of what you paid, you have options people!

Sold many games to this GameStop location over the past 12 months.My Son sold a new game by mistake (they gave him $3) and I called the store to see if we could fix this as I was out of town when this happened.After 3 days I got hold of the Manager and was told that we should learn for our mistake.We were not looking for a refund just maybe a small discount on another game since my son paid for the original game with his own money.Managers dont have the authority to do anything in any situation and seem to take pleasure in that, sad.Just be careful not to make any honest mistakes.We will just start shopping at Amazon or Ebay because when local stores loose individual customer service then there is no reason not to do all your retail shopping online.

One of the better GameStops in the Lake Norman area. While the Huntersville location never seems to have associates who can offer any advice on video game purchases, this Mooresville location is much better about offering tips. The staff is pretty cheerful, and fairly helpful.

Overall a great GameStop, there was only minor issues with some of the things that I have purchased and the trade in value is a little bit poor, but the staff is courteous and friendly and are always around to make sure you got what you were looking for.
