Great place for a good detailed car wash.

One of my favorite places to get gas and grab a coffee. Great breakfast muffins and sliders on the go for a quick snack. Reasonably priced and friendly service with a clean store. Easy to get in and out of. The car wash looks amazing, though I have not tried it yet. Since this is a BP location, I use my BP app to pump gas and get reward points. Easy to pay through the app, too. Great place to stop in overall.

I am new to the area and needed a car wash after driving for days and having my car covered in bugs and dirt. The owner, Dave, was super helpful and came out to personally look at my car and told me what service I needed (he could have told me I needed to spend a lot of money but he was honest and helped me save money) He even watched my car go through the whole wash process and he personally helped vacuum my car so that he knew it would be done right. Everyone that worked there was so friendly and welcoming and their boutique inside the store is absolutely perfect! I will be coming back in the future to shop while I get my car washed.

Always a delight to stop in the market. A pleasant boutique with tasteful gifts and stylish, lake casual apparel. Grab a yogurt and fresh fruit cup and wait in the comfortable lounge or patio for your clean car to pull up. Never dissapointed.

Been getting my vehicles washed and waxed for years. Family owned and run great employees. The stamp program is awesome.

This is such a great spot! The reviews don’t mention that it is literally the cleanest cutest gas station I have ever been to. The store is beautifully designed and has so many great features! There’s fancy coffee, espresso, lattes, hot or cold, a fro yo bar with toppings, sandwiches, soup, breakfast, baked goods, and fresh select salads for those in a hurry. Also I use the points/stamps. When I get to a free car wash I like to pay the upgrade for them to do the interior also. It always comes out great. They have two really nice waiting areas inside with comfy chairs and TVs and also a cute outside area. The owners and staff are always really nice. There is also a boutique with so many cute gifts for friends. Great wine and beer selection also.

These guys really do a great job. Have both of my vehicles on passes for the car wash and they are diligent about getting it right.

I got behind a truck spilling paint on I85, the whole front of my truck was splattered with dried white paint. I came in to see what these guys could do. Spoke with the owner and they scrubbed for almost an hour then re-waxed the truck all for 60 dollars. Could not be happier with the service I received. I will only use this place from now on for any car wash. Signed up for the monthly plan before this visit was over. Great service from a local business.

This is the best market in the area . The owners live here and really care for thier customers . Best car wash as well . The market has lots of quality items . I don’t buy gas anywhere else .

I took my car here for a wash after driving to and from the beach for vacation. Im not kidding when I say that it looks just like it did the day I bought it. $39 for a full service wash (interior, exterior, tire shine, etc.) along with a hand wax is a deal you wont find anywhere else. Im very particular over my car and I can honestly say Brawley Market and Carwash absolutely exceeded my expectations. My car is black so it shows every small mark or scratch. It is so spotless now that I can actually see my reflection in it perfectly.I was a dedicated customer at auto bell for years but Brawley Carwash left auto bell in the dust. The customer service was excellent. I waited inside on a reclining couch while my car was cleaned. The entire process took maybe 25 minutes. I will absolutely be returning.

This is my all time favorite car wash in the entire Lake Norman area. Its quick and easy and a great job for a fair price. Lots of cute things in the boutique as well or grab an ice cream too. One extra is the free vacuum even without a car wash. I highly recommend them

Brought my SUV in for a full detail and wash and stain spot removal on some areas of the interior. When I arrived today to pick it up not only did they get all the stains out that were there when I bought the car over the weekend, but they made my SUV look brand new again. The exceeded my expectations and then some. Being frequent customers already with regular washes I will definitely refer anyone I know to them for full service detailing. I couldnt be happier! The owners and staff truly are sweet and care about every aspect of your satisfaction from start to finish.

This is a place that I shop at regularly. It very conveniently located if your going down Brawley School Road. This past week the place got a new face lift and looks a lot better.The thing is on my frequent stops during the remodeling I noticed that ALL of the labor was Hispanic. So the other I saw the owner of the store and asked him if it bothered him that using immigrant labor hurt the local work force. His response to me was he knew all of those guys and every one was 100% legal Americans citzens.In my 20+ years as a construction worker I have met many immigrant workers. Although very few were actually legal and none that I know of are personal friends with wealthy white Americans.I have to admit that I have frustrations as to how the migrant workers have affected my work and my life over the years. But it really saddens me that not only are my fellow local business owners willing to use their services to save a buck but more so that I feel that man looked me in the face and outright lied to me. As much as it will inconvenience me in my many trips up and down Brawley School Road I cannot bring myself to give my money to such a dishonest business person and I hope that Anyone who reads this will understand and follow my lead. Please help support local businesses. Thank you very much!

I’ve been using these guys for years both personally and with my business vehicle. This year I was lucky to get one of their limited “All you can eat” yearly packages. What a deal! If someone is unhappy with their full service that’s on them because the boys ask you to look over and point out anything they might have missed. Professional, courteous, family-owned/operated.It does look like Dave lost the man cave/leather seats and sports TVs part inside to Debbie boutique feminine section now. Small sacrifice for the quality of service.

I’ve been trading here since the good old days of D AND G. For those who don’t remember that was the original name of this establishment. I have always loved the place for the convenience as well as the family store atmosphere. I come from a long line of gas station and corner store owners. In fact my great grandfather was the owner of the first 24 hr gas station in Charlotte back in the 60s. Now before I get going here I hope all the folks reading this review understand that this is me, my family and about 20-30 close friends and neighbors opinion only. First of all the prices here are exceptionally high. I am a beer drinker a cigarette smoker a gasoline guzzler a bread eater a milk drinker and a candy bar killer. You get the picture. Now we do expect to pay a bit of a premium at a convenience store hence the name (convenience) however this is a bit of highway robbery. I can give examples if need be. I’m sure the profit margin on the ( I live on lake Norman) trinkets and the candles and fufu decor is sufficient enough to come off the staples for us folks that support your business. Listen up!! Kangaroo is coming and I do not want to give my $$ to corporate America. I’d much rather continue supporting my fellow neighborhood pack and sack. One last piece of advice. Although the young girls you hire are I’m sure pleasing to the eye. A little more personality could be desired from your employees. My 2cents of constructive criticism.

I’m in many days a week. The staff is top notch, super nice and very friendly. My wife and I like walking and sitting for a few to kick off our weekends. Highly recommended.

Not only are they very thorough and inexpensive; they also have a variety of options for the type of car wash you want. a The owners are very personable. They treat their customers and employees like family. What a family business is truly about. visit their car wash, clay station with free do it yourself vacuums, eclectic shop with beverages, specialty coffees, frappes, and smoothies, frozen yogurt bar with loads of mix in options, and boating needs shop. dont forget to fill up at the gas station there and get rewards as well as getting your punch card stamped for even more discounts and rewards. thumbs up in my opinion. I go here all the time. It cleans my truck pretty well. Just dont buy the hand applied tire shine for 4 dollars. They only got like half of the tire.

I use to come here all the time to get my car washed, the workers were great and really took their time to make sure you were happy. The past few times Ive been the service has been less and less. They didnt spend 5 minutes cleaning the inside of my car. This use to be my favorite spot, but I wont be coming back.

I got my ram 2500 washed and detailed and one of the workers named will did such good work that I will recommend this place to everyone I know and will be coming on a frequent basis to get my truck washed here!

Brawley Market has the BEST CAR DETAIL service north of Charlotte, and possibly in the whole state. I dropped off my 2006 Infiniti G35 and they made it look like new inside and out for $140, including hand wax (although they dont clean the engine compartment). They got the short dog hairs out of the carpet. They got whatever food and drink my kids caked into the back seat. The floor mats looked almost new. The car literally looked like I just drove it off the car lot. Amazing quality of service. Well worth the few extra bucks. It was the best detail job my car has ever had. And I say that after having hired many detailers in multiple major metros. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Been here about 3 times. Each time I had soap left on my car. Seems like the cars are going super fast in the tunnel. Maybe if it was slower, it would be better.

My car is never dry after it comes out of the tunnel. Pro-Shine down the street always hand drys the car after the wash for free. I always end up having small water spots on my car a few hours later when I go to the Brawley Market.

Service was awful, didnt feel wanted as a consumer...will never visit that location again...

Ok, but not what I had asked for. I wanted the handwash service. They seemed to be undecided as the whether they accepted appointments. In the end, I ended up going through their carwash. Nothing special. I could do that at any garage for less. Weird price structure also.

Has 90 non-ethanol at every pump and you don’t have to walk inside twice to get it.

Paid for the high end car wash but it does not clean the wheels. It also leaves soap on your car. This is not a good place to get your car washed.

Car wash ripped off my roof rack because of the machine not raising properly according to attendant. The owner couldnt care and was very defensive when he came over. I honestly didnt care and didnt even ask for the manager or owner but the way he handled it made me not trust them if something actually were to go wrong

Coming from the DC area, $22.00 for a car wash is typical. Whats not is that they did a very thorough job. They spent a number of mins prepping the car before it went into the car wash including the back which most places skimp on. In the wash itself, there is a power brush that follows the car and does a thorough job on the rear as well. The amount of time spent on the car after the automated portion is also surprising. The floor mats were immaculate, they even wiped out the drink holder compartments. There is a nice lobby with comfortable chairs to wait in. I have seen some complaints about the price of gas or merchandise in the gift shop, but guess what? You dont have to buy that stuff if you dont want to! I will definitely come back for my car washes as often as I can.

This place is horrible. The carwash always leaves your car with soap on it and their froyo machines are broken. The last time I went they caused damage to the inside of my car as well as getting some sort of bleach on the seats. We went back to discuss it very calmly and the guy got super frustrated and told us not to come here anymore if we had a problem. Awful service.

After getting an amazing detail job done on my Infiniti, we got a full detail for our Sienna minivan after a family trip on a 100+ degree day in August 2016. Athough it was probably unbearably hot working inside the van, it absolutely looks brand spankin new. Amazing job AGAIN. I have little doubt that the one star reviews for Brawley are people connected with the highly competitive car wash market in Mooresville who are trying to game the ratings system, because the CULTURE OF HIGH CUSTOMER SERVICE at Brawley simply doesnt lend well to delivering the inconsistent results that would result in such a wide range of perfect vs. perfectly horrible reviews. I call BS. Any exec out at the Point (or even a regular dude like me in Morrison Plantation who can spot a fake bad review a mile away) should see right through that game and go no further than Brawley to get their car detailed. Its the only place I go for regular washes because the auto-wash there has two rinse cycles unlike at the bell, and WAY better soft brushes than every other auto wash in Mooresville. And free vacuums. And as long as I live in Mooresville, and as long as they keep up the high standards, no one will ever detail any of my vehicles besides Brawley.

Ive taken my vehicle to Brawley Market 4 times to get a hand wash and interior cleaning. Each time the price has been different (same amount of cleaning required each time). The quality of the cleaning is mediocre for the price. I could have done as well of a job, but I have it cleaned because I am now unable. Going somewhere new.
