Like a Road Trip - Station that is there for every occupants delight! Best part is that its Family Friendly and excellently maintained, floors, displays, rest rooms and station overall. A great place to fill up!

Went in to get Dr.pepper zero or new Coke zero and a pretzel and they were out of both and no staffing for the kitchen so no pretzel either and thanks to Biden has is 2.99:) Always loved Q-t but its going down hill.

Been in several times and either they are out of tea or its out of order, today luckly they had some. The cashier was wearing his mask below his chin. Lot of good that does. Lately customer service is lacking and rude employees.

The pump took all my money from my card and I didnt even get any gas. The pump asked for my pin and told me to take the nozzle. Then it said select gas, but nothing came out the pump. The machine then proceed to tell me to put the nozzle back. I did this twice. I pushed thehelp button at the pump to get assistance and no one answered. Then I decided to go in the gas station to pay and my card declined. How embarrassing. I went to the app and seen that the gas station took all the money. I told the man at the register what happened and he apologized for the incident. I called customer service of my card company. I have to wait a few days. Hopefully I get the money back.

Was there at 2pm today the 29th of November went in woman tells me I need mask, I tell her I am medically exempt she tells me the company law says I must wear one, I tell her the state law says I dont need to wear one due to health issues, she say too bad I dont care. I left called corporate. I have worked and managed customer service most of my life if any employee ever treated a customer so rudely I would have fired her. Heavy set dark hair and very rude I wish Id gotten her name.

Was asked to leave the store after I had brought all my stuff to the register because I wouldnt wear a mask. I have asthma which is why I cant wear one. My rights were violated because corporate cant clearly read mask exemption laws. Kevin Sigmon

Got there, walked in. Nobody was working the counter. People were working the food side but wouldnt talk to us or look at us. Waited 15 minutes around 12 customers lined up and still nobody was working behind the counter. Im pretty sure the gas station side was closed. Idfk why. Got frustrated and left.

In the past, I would give it 4-5 stars. However, the last three times we went, they didnt have what we wanted. We specifically drove there for Coke slushies and twice in a row, they were defrosting and today we wanted ice cream and they were out of it. Very disappointing.

They sell vape devices that dont work and then when you try and get your money back they say its your fault and you have to fill out a form that takes 2 weeks if not longer to get back and they dont wanna give all ur money back

They should have a car wash, pure gas and free air for your tires like Sheetz but I like that this station always has one of the lowest prices and also has top tier gasoline. It is my preferred place to buy gas in Mooresville.
