I love them halloween is my favorite so I go see their stuff every year

If I could give this location zero stars I would. I was not informed of the return policy until after I had purchased an item and wanted to make a return. The manager was very rude he belittled me when I was just asking for an explanation and if there was any way he could help me. He said that the cashiers were telling every customer that all sales are final but as I was waiting for him to come to the front I did not hear any cashier say all sales are final. I am never shopping at Spirit Halloween again if this is how I’m going to be treated.

I love this place but to expensive alit of the items you can get at Dollar tree or dollar general or Walmart alot cheaper!

My son has autism an his coustume would not fit found one but it was higher didnt have no money but they let us get it an made a guy Happy
