Every time I go to the mooresville location the service keeps getting better and better. Emily is great, she always meets are needs and goes above and beyond to make sure we are completely happy. Never had a bad experience and will continue to shop here.Email you are awesome and we really appreciate all your help, I encourage people shopping for new bands, wedding sets etc ask for Emily.

What really sets this Kays apart from others is the staff. Theyre always super friendly, ready to answer any questions with a smile. Ive gone there for everything from making a new purchase, getting a watch battery replaced, having my jewelry cleaned or needing something repaired and Ive always been extremely pleased with the service. As long as I live nearby Ill continue going to this Kays for all of my jewelry needs.
Jewelry is beautifully displayed. We had to wait for help, but it was worth it. Jennifer listened and showed us promise rings to meet our wishes. She offered to take pics of our special moment and added to the joy of our day. We both think she is wonderful. Please know how much value she adds to your store.
I had to bring my ring back three times. When I finally got it back, the work was horrible. We will never go to Kay’s again!

Teresa and Matthew were amazing! They helped get my ring fixed when I was told by another Kays store that there were no other options but to trade it in. They expressed such concern with my happiness with my ring and Im grateful for their help!Adding to this because this specific store has really changed my attitude from my awful experience with Monroe, NC Kay Jewelers. Kelly completely took my situation into her own hands and helped me out tremendously.
My spouse bought me a beautiful emerald necklace for Christmas this year. Two of the stones fell out so we brought it in to have it fixed. Dory helped us as soon as we walked in. She exchanged the necklace and issued a new warranty. It was quick and painless.My spouse is also very pleased with his experience while purchasing the necklace. He said this will be the only place he shops for jewelry.
Cant answer the phone. Sends my fiance an email regarding a recent visit to the store and survey right before Valentines day, when I havent even been there. Thank God I hadnt got her shoes or something with her expecting jewelry. I bought my mother and fiance gifts from Kay yearly but Ill be finding another jewelry store to go to from now on.
Theresa was our salesperson, and she is amazing! Emily is also very kind, friendly, and helpful. We were able to get our custom-sized engagement and wedding rings ordered in time for our wedding on Friday, May 10th. We will be back, and Theresa will always be our go-to girl!
Absolutely horrible experience with Kay jewelers in Mooresville. I purchased a necklace for my wife on Wednesday as a special Christmas gift. At the time I expressed my concern to my salesperson that the chain was not long enough. She said not to worry that I can exchange it for $25 for a longer chain if need be. As expected the 18” chain was not quite long enough. So I returned to the store on Sunday and was told they would in fact give me a $25 credit towards the purchase of a 2” longer chain which they would sell me for $329. I told them that is NOT what I was told and asked for a manager. Manager gave me same reply. Told her that was unacceptable and I have been a long time and loyal customer that expects better service than this. The other associate said something about the quality being lower on the one I bought which I was told was good quality white gold. The one I bought must be junk if they only offer me $25 and want to give me 2” more for an additional $300. Told them forget it and give me my money back meaning I now have to go get a new Christmas present for my wife from a reputable jeweler. Even confronted the actual sales lady and she said I must have misunderstood. Ridiculous. Told her she was lying then and is lying now. AWFUL PEOPLE. NEVER GO HERE OR AT LEAST GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING
Brandon was phenomenal. I went in thinking I had chipped my engagement ring and was worried I would have to find another before our wedding. I had been contemplating going into the store anyway to get a nicer band for my fiance, so I figured now was the time since the wedding is so close! Brandon buffed the chip right out of my ring, helped me pick out a new band for my fiance, and when I told him I didnt like the cheap-out band I got myself, he helped me come up with a new setting that fit my ring beautifully. The best part of the whole thing is he could have sold me on a new ring, but he understood the sentiment of my current one and that is what made me come here and post this review.Thanks for making my fiance and I very happy people!
Staff at Kay were all both professional and personable. Enjoyed my visit and response to what I was looking for. Made my experience and purchase a much easier occasion. Would definitely refer friends and others to let Kay show them the way.
I was looking at watched for my wife before Mothers Day. I had one in mind and Dory with the Mooresville store concreted my decision as well as inform me of the other selections. She was a pleasure to work with as well as very knowledgeable about the products. The wife and I ended up going back a couple days later to another branch because we were closer, but the receptionist in Hickory mall store was just as well on point with resizing the watch band. This was not the first time I have gone to a Kays and it really is my go to for jewelry.
Fast, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and I would say the only downside is the rushes they get where there will be 5-10 customers in the store out of nowhere and you may have to wait for the same reason you came in.
The customer service the last 2-3 times I was in the store was fairly good, but last week it was terrible. The item I wanted to see was not in stock, and I was initially told I would need to try another store. The answer to every question was basically I dont know. I was finally able to get someone to look into whether the item would be re-ordered. Then I couldnt get a time frame. They would not extend the current sale until the item was ordered. I called back a few days later, and the salesperson assured me she would call me back to let me know when the ring would be in, but I have heard nothing. I expect better service. If you dont know the answers, please find out. I was in the store for 45 minutes and left with no information. I will no be purchasing my ring at this store.

The Kays in Mooresville NC is a wonderful store the people are so friendly and excellent at their jobs. Kelli is amazing awaits so friendly and professional. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because this store seems very outdated and not what you would expect walking into a high end jewelry store. The store is clean but needs a major update.
Staff has always been friendly. They have a huge range in quality. Prices often start at $20 but special orders can be nearly unlimited. They were helpful on a special order i made for my wife. I would stay away from the cheap stuff, it tends not to hold up.
What you have posted on your site and here as a review that Kays is full commitment to is not true. Today has changed so much not just for use but our family come to town but we had planed for a 10 year marriage celebration. Its not hard its a resize on bought rings in store. if you give a date of completion and ready for pick up. Thats the day there ring should be ready. I know we cant be the only and Im returning. This day will always be remember and not just us many others are here and now dealing with this problem. Christmas is now spent without her marriage ring and her new ring. Amazing way to go. Mary Christmas Kays I know ours is always going to be remember.

Walked into Kays this morning wanting to get a couple links removed from a watch. Paid $10 last time about 6 months ago and she wanted to charge me $36.99. Ridiculous!

I have NEVER EVER EVER EVER had such a high pressure terrible sales experience as I had yesterday at the Kay Jeweler store at 598 A River Highway, Suite 6.1, Mooresville, NC 28117 (close to Target). If it hadnt been for the fact that we had been searching for a while and found the perfect wedding band at that store we would have walked out. We almost walked out anyway. Between Saturday when we found the ring there and Sunday when we went back to make the purchase it was pushed on us a minimum of 15 times to purchase the insurance along with the ring. This is not an exaggeration, and following the final reply of no just before check out, the lady went and talked to the manager (what I presume was the manager) and he tried a different angle of pushing it on us again.. a very long drawn out angle. I just wanted to pay and leave long before he stepped in. My blood was boiling at this point. I think I was pretty clear that I didnt want the insurance and explained why I did not want it within the first 2 times of being asked. She was like a broken record though. We were also asked at least 6 or more times about opening a Kay credit card between the 2 visits. This is a terrible, crooked way of doing business and I will NEVER be shopping at Kay again. This is no joke, I couldnt believe how they wouldnt take no for an answer. I told them that they need to stop. I told them that I get they have to ask but 15 times? They just blamed it on customers saying well, you know how some customers will just say they didnt get asked. No accountability, no apology, just awkward, uncomfortable, and very very aggravating. I am going to be sure to tell as many people as I can about my experience. The sales associates name is Teresa and I didnt catch the managers name.

They ran a hard credit check on me without asking and specifically after I told them I did not want to apply for a line of credit. She took my information after telling me it was to open an account with them. So lied right to mt face. Very disappointed.
