Energy Masters was a referral from a friend who recommended I use them to have all my windows and doors replaced. I too would be recommending to others as well. Any issues I noticed with their work were taken care of promptly. The group of guys are really great and very professional. I’m very pleased with the outcome.

Contacted them about getting an estimate to replace a front door and two large window units. After nagging them for weeks they finally emailed an estimate over that looked like a juvenile wrote it. No terms or conditions, no specs of the products they were quoting, just unexplained prices.I finally got ahold of Calvin and asked him to go ahead and order one window for the time being and I would get back to him with the door details and other window measurements at a later date. He acknowledged that message with a “Yes”. Thankfully I followed up with him a week later to see if he had actually ordered it. No answer. I followed up again and again until he finally replied “ No sorry we’re not gonna be able to do that for you we are just way too busy”.This company lacked professionalism from the start. You’d be so much better off by going to a big box store for your doors and windows than trying to work with this company.

Calvin and team provided a professional installation and windows that exceeded my expectations. I had a variety of windows on my home, some over 30 years old. This project needed to be undertaken due to leaks and I did not understand the difference of products manufactured yesterday compared to todays modern windows. I received windows that are more energy efficient, have better sound deadening qualities, and aesthetically are far superior! Thank you very much for taking the extra time and care to properly complete the work on my home.

Never sent me the quote I was promised and then blocked my number.Couldnt locate my very obvious property. Asked the same questions over and over. Minutes prior to arrival said they couldnt do a quote. But thank you for fixing my kitchen window that wasnt closing. Saving grace

Energy Masters enclosed our patio and poured a larger area outside the patio. They did an outstanding job, it looks great, they were very professional and went over and beyond to do all we asked of them. We highly recommend this company and will use them again if we have the need.

Energy Masters Direct was great to work with! I had been trying to get a contractor out to a property for a couple of months to replace one single window, numerous false promises and failed attempts later, I reached out to Energy Masters. They sent a tech out that day to measure and had the new window installed within two weeks! Everyone from the office staff to the tech was great to work with. I will never think of using anyone again for window work. If I could give 10 stars I would!! Great work guys, great customer service, great workmanship, great communication!

Energy Masters Direct provided a quote to us to put vinyl siding on our house in place of the Hardy Board that was 25 years old and replace all our Windows. They estimated it would be about 7 days weather depending and the age of our home seeing they may find items along the way. They were absolutely amazing!! They finished the job in 4 days top to bottom, windows, siding and a major repair they found on an outside wall that had been rotted away from an old leak. I would highly recommend using Energy Masters Direct. They thoroughly addressed all our questions, provided a lifetime warranty and updated all through the project so I was completely aware of what was being done. Calvin, Laurie and the team are top notch! Really liked Calvins low pressure sales pitch if you can call it that. Heres what we have and why its good, heres how long weve been doing this, and heres the price. No bashing every other window place like the other guys do... They replaced EVERY window in our house - all 44 of them - in what would have been less than a week if the rain had stayed away, but still finished in a week!! Very dependable, very professional, and very neat and clean at the end of each day. Cant say enough good about them...and theyre coming back to replace a few doors we decided to do. Very bad experience. They did not return my call on three different occasions after they told me they would. When they finally did I was told they would come out and do the work. I waited for them all day and they never showed. I called the next day and never got a response.
