I have given these folks multiple opportunities to make sales. I have found the sales staff if not rude then to be very short with me as a customer. While they have a wide range of fasteners they seem to be the ones that you could get all those anyway I want it comes to something Specialized or out of the way you bring them to a stop very quickly. What was more disappointing not once did they offer to try and obtain the item I needed rather just to apologize for not having it. Your experience may be different but Im not going back.

In desperate need for an item I frequently purchased from Fastenal elsewhere. Called the Mville location, salesman stated they dont ordinarily stock the item. After some appealing (he didnt offer) he agreed to see if other locations had any in inventory or if he could special order from vendor. After waiting several HOURS for reply, I called the Statesville store where Dan was extremely helpful. Lesson learned, as with others review, start your Fastenal parts search somewhere other than the Mooresville location.
