Very POOR attitude, professionalism absolutely none.Sad she would use cussing and hateful actions instead of patients with elder people because that ask where to park cart and where the trash can was located.

Ive had a couple bad experiences with this place bought a golf cart couple years back took it to this place to have underbody lead lights put on . THE way they ran them first of all was horrible they brought the I out that you have to use the remote to turn the lights on in between my front and back seat literally above the body so it was sticking completely out. It got broken off now because of my little children that I have now a glutton for punishment I guess we went back to buy a golf cart from them had to take it back the very next day because it will not stay running after paying $6,300 for it not to mention the prices are extremely high

I work for a large management company in Indy and we utilize numerous golf carts for all of our properties. I called for service on one day and was told I would get a follow up call on the next business day. Just going off of what I was told I called back and left a voice mail when I didnt get the call. Then I called back the next day b/c no one called back from my voice mail. When I did call and asked if we could schedule service I was told that I would get a call in 3 more business days b/c the schedule is only made on Fridays. I asked why I wasnt followed up with from both of my calls and I was given a rude tone and attitude and told that if I dont like the answer I got then I could find another company!!!! WOW! Yea I told the General Manager b/c thats who I was speaking to that she definitely should not be a manager b/c Im only going off of what one of her employees said as to that they would follow up with me. I dont think its too much to ask for people to actually answer a voice mail or follow up when they say someone will follow up with a call! All I wanted was some communication on their part. She ended the call telling ME that I shouldnt be a Manager!!! Wow! I will make sure that my million dollar properties will not be using this company in the future. I guess they dont need the business! SO VERY SAD!

We purchased a new club car a few months ago to take to our cabin on lake Cumberland. The staff was very nice..we purchased the Bluetooth stereo for the golf cart.. very nice.Once we got our cart to the lake (we own 3 carts) we experienced no power, and the battery would have to be charged every week. Also, the Bluetooth stereo was installed in the middle of the cart, so anyone sitting in the back seat would hit their head on the stereo... a few kids hit pretty hard and would cry..Now my complaint is, when we took the cart back to get some work done to increase the power and find the battery draining source, the owner (female) very hatefully told my husband to move his truck he was blocking the sales lot where people could not see the golf carts, (he was only picking up) it was exactly the same spot they had him park to pick up, (maybe the difference was he was spending $10 grand the first time,?My husband ask her if they had any problems with the stereo in the middle, once again, very hateful her reply was.. well no, not at all! I expect if people are standing up they would get their head hit..My husband isn’t as confrontational as I, so here you go!First of all, have a sign directing people where to park.. common sense!!!Second of all, we don’t ride our golf carts with people standing up and hanging off, don’t know what kind of people you take for rides, but we are safe cart riders, no possible way, I don’t care who you are that your ride on the cart would be pleasant with that stereo in the middle..how about you let me take you a ride with on a cart with a stereo in the middle and let’s see if you hit your head?Careful who you talk down to lady, you may need that one more sale one day.. I can assure you it won’t be from us!!!Now, as of right now, even tho it took a week.. the cart seems to run faster without hesitation, the stereo is now on the front where no one sitting will hit their head and hopefully the battery won’t drain..know this, if it’s not right I’ll be bringing it back, my husband is a nice man, and really ignores people like you.. me not so much!!

Their drivers are very unsafe. Got cut off on the Greenfield onramp to 70 on Tesday, and their driver with his trailer of golf carts cut into the left lane without any regard to the full lane of traffic, causing several cars to veer off the ramp. As to the reply below, it was most definitely one of their vehicles. As to the business itself, no idea, but after seeing that, Im disinclined to deal with them.
