Fantastic customer service!! Great people to work with - you agree a time and date and their technician is there! He wouldn’t leave until he’d checked everything was up and running. Would use them again with no hesitation. They really go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.

They are definitely the best pool store! Helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. Free water testing, which other stores discourage. Have a great inventory of parts for filters and vacuums which is so important when your pool goes down. Prices are competitive.☺

Excellent customer service! The employees inside the store and the service men that come out are all super friendly and knowledgeable. Kathy at this location is very helpful. She helped me trouble shoot over the phone. Mandi and her staff have the best customer service of the majority of pool and spa supply stores from Statesville to Hickory. Im in retail and I know great customer service!
