Dealt with Matt for years. Big mistake. He has ripped me off more than once. Sold me a used canister, which I wanted, however it didn’t have all the extras. He never told me and the only way I found out was because a friend of mine also had one. When I saw the parts I asked Matt about it and all he said was basically oh well that’s how it came. I had a dog so every time I took the machine in for a tune up, I told them to wash the bag. I would start vacuuming and I could smell dog. He didn’t do a very good wash job. I recently went there because my machine was plugged. Again I told him to wash it and again I could smell dog. I don’t have a dog so it should have been good. Machine was not picking up after I paid for everything. I called corporate I was so upset. They gave me a dealer in Concord and I can’t speak more highly about them. They unclogged my machine, washed he bag and there is no dog smell. My machine is like brand new. I should mention I live in Denver, NC and drive to Concord, NC. That shop is great. If you think Matt is great, give it a few times and you won’t feel the same. If I couldn’t find another oreck dealer, my machine would have been put in the trash.

After demonstrating how it works and smelling the wonderful scents i ended up buying 5 lamps and an extra scent bottle!! They are the perfect gift for family and special friends. The store offered 5 years of free annual checkups on the appliance. Their service has always been completed on time as promised. The product itself has been free of any problems. Purchased a Miele cannister vacuum from them three years ago when they were in their old location. New location is easier to get in and out of with the same great customer service.

This team is top notch, and so welcoming. We move from out of the area and (we thought) our Miele was having a problem. They said to come right in. It turned out to be a simple user error. They fixed it for us free of charge! Excellent customer service. We also LOVE our miele vaccums and highly recommend them as a lifetime product. They are incredible and beat anything else Ive ever seen. The suction is so strong it once accidentally sucked up a swiffer duster insert! We will continue to shop at Carolina Vaccums for all our Miele needs.

Ive been taking my vacuum here for the past 5 years. This is a wonderful company that always gives 110% toward helping me with any issues I may have. With 2 dogs, 2 cats, and 3 children, 1 of which who has asthma, my vacuum takes a lot of abuse and they are the best for keeping it in perfect shape!

Ive purchased at least 6 Oreck vacuums from the Mooresville store and the products are bulletproof and the service (when required) has been great.

I paid over $200 to have a vacuum shop in Denver NC to check my Simplicity 7 series For routine maintence. My Vacuum didnt come back the same, the brush on it wasnt even spinning with the slightest pressure of the carpet. I met Brian and he told me they would assess the issue and try to help out. I took it into Oreck and within 30-45 min they put a new belt on and reassembled it back together properly that the other store completely screwed up. Thanks to Brian and his wonderful staff, I love to vacuum my floors again! I am a customer who will pass on the good news. I appreciate all of your help and thanks again!!

Great guys, Rolled in close to closing hour, these guys fixed the belt and ran through the maintenance items and I walked out 15 minutes later.

In the past year Ive taken three vacuums, one quite old, to this store for repair. Each time Ive been impressed with three things: (1) enthusiasm for the opportunity to serve; (2) no bad-mouthing of the items age or condition or Well, I dont know pre-excuses; (3) exact or better performance than agreed upon. These folks enjoy what they do. They are proud of their product and work for a company that makes satisfaction a science. It shows.

We took our 15-year old Miele vacuum in for possible repair. Store Manager Matt Smith greeted us, listened to our report on our vacuum, and gave us an expert review of what might need repair.From that conversation he inferred that because we had moved into a two story home, Linda was interested in a vacuum for each of the levels. He demonstrated the new Miele that he recommended for her and provided sales / promotion information. If our older Miele can be repaired at a reasonable cost, we will then have a vacuum for each floor. Either way, we will have the best system we could find.Matt simply is amazing. His expertise in vacuum cleaning is more than extensive. He confidently and sincerely offers his opinions and solutions to the customers vacuuming needs. His genuine humor uplifts his sales presentations and compliments his technical explanations.He is just the best. We hope that the franchise owner generously rewards his hard work. We were pleased to have met him and look forward to visiting the store again.

The staff is always very helpful and very friendly. I know that because I have to bring my broken oreck in for service far more often than I expected. The smallest things cause clogs. And now the plastic handle cracked (on a model Ive had less than a year). Their pitch was - sure Walmart vacuums are cheaper but they break almost immediately. My oreck broke almost immediately.
