I go there a lot me and my wife shop together here as well, and all the girls working there and friendly and really cool, they always ask if need help, and I can cut up and ask their opinions and it really helps, thanks guys

Overpriced with no variety. Youre better off going to The Reddoor down the street, smaller store but a much better toy selection & cheaper.

It was my first time in this store, and I was nervous. Both staff (one name on receipt was Tucker) welcomed us and asked if they could help us find anything.They let us browse, and then helped me find my size and preferences.They were very informed about the stores merchandise and knew other customers reviews.The prices are reasonable.I would go again and recommend it to my friends.

Im a fan of this store. It has a nice selection of many things. The staff are very knowledgeable and will help with anything you may need. But they also give you privacy to shop on your own and dont walk around watching you.

I am in my 50’s. I went to purchase lingerie. Definitely not something I do regularly. The salesgirl was on her cell phone when I came to her for help, I had to interrupt her to ask to try something on, I then had to interrupt her to purchase the item. I certainly would have purchased more if I could have talked to a person. Customer service is what keeps a store from going bankrupt!!!!! I would love a “I’m sorry for your poor customer service from someone “

Just read the other reviews & there was no effort for the owner to contact any of these people. Hundreds of dollars was taken and no apology or exchange? It sounds like highway robbery to me. How a store cannot honor what was initially agreed upon.. Its disgusting. Im not wasting my time or gas money to come out that way. The reviews make it crystal clear, Shop somewhere else. Youll save a couple hundred.

Lights on but no one home. Almost an hour past opening time and no one here with the doors locked. Lost a LOT of business today too. I’ve seen at least six or seven vehicles come and go just wanting in this shop alone. Too bad.

Whoever is managing the phones is a rude person and shouldnt be dealing with customers!

Was very saddened by my experience shopping here. Was treated unfairly.The store will not honor what they tell you regarding your purchases...Bought lingerie, was told by employee that we could take it home, look at it, bring it back to exchange if was wrong size.Did so, was then told that we could not exchange it, nor could we return it, nor could we get store credit, we were simply out $150.We were told that the employee that had told us that we could exchange our items was a trainee so she may have given us the wrong information. However, even though they admitted that we were indeed given incorrect info, they would still do nothing to honor what we were told.Asked to speak to the manager of course, and was told that the person we were speaking to was the manager. Asked to speak to owner, was told that the owner did not like to speak to the customers. Owner does not like to speak to the customers. Hmm.Does this seem fair to you? If not, consider who you are doing business with before you shop here.

Will be buying from the online store site from now on for the free gifts and free 90 days exchanges. Got an item and its non refundable and not real pleased with it. Just went online and its 100% guaranteed!! Very hard lesson to learn for over $100.00. Shame on me.. wont happen again.

Be very careful about your purchases, and dont believe what employees tell you.Bought some lingerie here, and I was very clearly told I would be able to exchange it if it didnt fit. When I came back the next day to exchange for another size, I was told by the manager that I couldnt exchange it. The manager refused to contact the owner or give me contact info for the owner because he doesnt like that. When I asked why I was told that I would be able to exchange the items, the manager told me it was because the employee was new. Perhaps better employee training is in order?Because I was lied to by staff, I have over $100 worth of lingerie that is too big...and no way to exchange it for items that fit or store credit. I will be pursuing contact with the owner or corporate office...will update review if successful. Until then, I suggest you do not buy anything from this store that youre not 100% certain about.

Great store but not much new inventory toys wise. Always the same toys and they are very pricey. Online stores are so much cheaper.

The woman was super helpful and answered all my questions. 10/10 would recommend.

Well I give up.... I will be an online shopper from now on... drove from hickory to check out the store.... very very very disappointed...I was told before I could look at thetoy room I would have to leave my purse behind their counter or take out to my car....no, for one Im not leaving my purse with my credit cards and cash behind the counter so they can steal my info...and if the area is that bad with thieves, Im definitely not putting it in my car!!

The staff were rude, judgemental. It was also awkwardly quiet inside the store. Prices were ridiculously high.

Store is fine other than employing Ashley Kidd. She should be terminated immediately
