Just had my first massage and it was amazing. Kathleen did an amazing job. Also got a facial while there, and Rhonda was fantastic. I really appreciate the work they both done. I will most definitely be a returning customer. I would highly recommend them both to anyone.

Rhonda did my facial and she was very knowledgeable on my skin and what it needed personally, considering everyone’s skin is very different! She was very sweet and my time with her was very relaxing! The facial was awesome & she even did a neck, face and shoulder massage at the end! I recommend this place very much! I’m also 30 weeks pregnant and she made sure all products were organic/pregnancy approved! I’ll definitely be back to see her post pregnancy for some fixing of my hyperpigmentation and to help put some oxygen back in my skin! Thanks again Rhonda💜

I had the best experience with Rhonda. I’ve had trouble skin since my teenage years and the only thing that would help it was the pill. Since going off of it 3 years ago, I’ve been dealing with cystic acne. Rhonda took one look at me and knew what the problem was. She was so knowledgeable and easy to talk to, I really felt like I was in good hands. It was comforting when she told me I didn’t need to break the bank to have clear skin. I trust her opinion, and even the next day after my facial I saw a difference. I know it won’t be overnight but I finally feel like I have someone to help me navigate my trouble skin, and to me, that is invaluable.

My husband and I had a couple massage in Feb 2020 (mine being prenatal at 37 weeks). The gentleman who gave my husband his massage was excellent. The woman who gave me mine was awful. She began the massage by saying how she wouldnt massage my legs because they were too swollen (again,37 weeks pregnant) and continued to discuss this through the entire hour questioning my prenatal care and when my next appointment was. I had seen a Dr 2 days prior to this massage and had an appt scheduled for the following week which she was fully aware of. I am not a big girl, 170 lbs at my (very healthy) delivery. It was a shame that the one hour of relief I was to get from a hectic full time job and feeling the stress of pregnancy was ruined by this therapist spending the entire time making me worried something was wrong with my baby or I. I followed up with my Dr who rolled his eyes and said I was perfectly fine (again, he had just checked for swelling 2 days prior to my massage). Since I am not one to complain without suggestions this therapist should have either told me she was unable to perform the massage and let me save my money or waited until the end of the massage to mention her (incorrect) concerns. I will never go back to this facility and the only reason I stayed this day was so that my husband could continue to enjoy his hour (of course he only enjoyed it until he saw how upset she made me). A massage should never result in tearful anxiety for any individual, pregnant or not. This was a horrible first impression and if you are looking for a massage, specifically a prenatal massage, I would look elsewhere.

I received a gift card for Christmas. Back in 2019. Its now October of 2020. I called and made an appointment back in July? of 2020. I had to cancel due to a family emergency. I called the company to inform them I was unable to attend my appointment. She said ok! So today October 6th 2020 I called back to reschedule and the OWNER informed me. She would not be accepting my gift card due to not arriving at my appointment. I informed her again I had a family emergency she had zero cares. All she could say is well you canceled your last appointment. So now I have a gift card I cant even use!Keep your business and best of luck to you!!!!!! I have NEVER wrote a review, just though people should know what kind of person the owner is!

Booked a couples massage today. I can honestly say hands down the best massage I’ve ever experienced. Kevin was amazing and I can’t thank him enough for his helpful tips for neck pain and migraines. We will definitely be making more appointments in the future.

I have been to Stonehaven on several occasions. My husband and I have the couples massage it was his first time and he couldnt wait to go back. I love the massages and facials. My last facial I had the chemical peel and love how it left my face feeling smooth and young again. The personal are always kinda, friendly and smiling. They make you feel right at home. I would and do highly recommend Stonehaven to my friends.

Had my first massage there today with Kathleen and it was the best massage I’ve ever had. I’ve been getting Swedish & deep tissue work pretty regularly for the last several years and this was definitely the best I’ve had. Very friendly staff as well.

I highly recommend going to Stonehaven Massage & Spa. Ask for Misty as your massage therapist. She has a serene energy. She has done a really great job massaging me. Throughout my life, Ive usually preferred male massage therapists, because in my experiences the women couldnt give me the deep tissue I so desperately need. Misty can give deep tissue. After my massage from Misty in July, I felt like I was floating on a cloud. Ill see Misty again next week. She has her work cut out for her, but she can handle my back that is like a brick wall. I better book it tomorrow!

I had my very first facial today with Rhonda. I cannot speak highly enough of my first experience at Stonehaven. The entire staff is accomodating, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. Rhonda was wonderful, and I left with with a great glow on my face, and I am still feeling energized from the experience this evening. The facility itself is extremely clean, tranquil and serene. Next visit, maybe a massage, or another facial and some reflexology. Take this to heart, Stonehaven Massage and Spa is not a cookie cutter, one size fits all operation. They care about every person as an individual, and can tailor your experience to meet your needs! They have a returning client in me for sure!

Unique did an amazing job on my brows! She took her time to make sure they were done correctly and how I wanted them. I also didnt break out afterwards and that has never happened before. My brows stayed looking great for over a month! Cant wait to get a facial from her. Highly recommend!

This was my first massage or facial experience, but I can say that my for my second I will be going back to Stone Haven! Rhonda and Kevin did not disappoint. I left with my face smooth and glowing and my back feeling better than I can ever remember! Will be recommending to any of my friends who are looking for any spa services.

I visited Stonehaven massage for the first time today and loved it! Very professional, nice atmosphere and my facial was wonderful. As for the earlier review from a Linda Cee, I hope Google will soon have the post removed. I spoke with the manager prior to my visit - and with friends who had recently been to the spa - and was assured that the claims were totally false. Sad that someone can post something so hurtful to a business and get away with it. I highly recommend Stonehaven.

We spent Saturday morning at the Stonehaven Massage & Spa, in Mooresville NC, enjoying a couples massage. The massages were wonderful. The atmosphere was relaxing and peaceful. The staff were all professional and courteous, which made the visit that much more special. This is our second visit and we will be visiting this location often for more massages. Marshall has been my therapist for both visits and I would highly recommend him. This visit my husbands therapist was Ashley and agrees she was great as well. So ready to schedule our next appointments.

I recently had the microderm package done with Cathy and I was very satisfied with the results. The treatment lasted an hour and my skin felt and looked amazing afterward. The spa is very easy to get to and staff is super helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Was there a while back and came in for my massage. Well was asked to come back in a hour cause the therapist was running late. So came back in a hour and and still was not there. Was told to wait for a bit. In a while they found someone to do the massage but it seem like they could not get me out of there fast enough. Pretty sorry massage so I have not been back.

Wow! I am surprised by some of the poor reviews as I have had nothing but great experiences here. The staff is extremely accomodating and the place is pristinely CLEAN and very relaxing and beautiful. Reflexology with Helen is superb! She can literally tell you whats going on in your body by working on your feet. I was pretty amazed! Massage with Marshall was very relaxing and nice. He is a true gem :-)I am going for my facial with Jody and expecting nothing less than all the other wonderful service I have had there! I highly recommend!

Been going to Stonehaven for a few years but it seems most of the massage therapists are leaving...Recently had a massage and it was very disappointing. No muscles worked, loud clock ticking in the back ground and just not good. Likely going to take our familys business elsewhere.

When you think of all the feel good, taste good, smell good things you have experienced all wrapped into 1 very relaxing, releasing, restorative excursion; you have but to walk into Stonehaven Massage and Spa.When you have Marshall as your masseuse...well, that just includes the extra special. Lovely experience, definitely worth the time-out. Definitely worth repeating, and the package deals going on right now, are just ooh-laa-laaa!!! Customer service and atmosphere-excellent!

I was not super impressed at the quality of the massage and facial I got here. It seemed very generic and without much personalization. Well, the esthetician seemed to put much more effort into her work than the massage therapist. The price however was very fair and the facility was clean and pleasant. Those 2 reasons and the fact that the person I went with was much happier than I was is why this place got an its okay rather than an I dislike it. I would be willing to change my review if I come across a deal and have a better experience but my one experience was just meh.

My first massage was the worst only 45 minutes and they made ME wait in the lobby for 15 minutes! I thought I would give them one more chance and went back only to find out that they have a lice outbreak! I am staying far away!

I purchased a Reflexology Groupon with Teresa. She is AMAZING! I wanted to try Reflexology after years of deep tissue massages, and took a chance with this groupon, not knowing what to expect. Teresa is professional, very knowledgeable (an expert in her field), and friendly. She explained everything she was doing and I learned so much about reflexology. I cant wait to go back once a month to enjoy a very relaxing and healing hour.

I travel out of the country sometimes, and it is great to know a massage is waiting for me when I get home.

Stonehaven is beautiful. The rooms are relaxing and comfortable. I have had a few massages and microderm. My massages were great regardless of who was the therapist and my microderms were transforming. My skin look so good afterwards. I would recommend one at least once a month. The entire staff is friendly and accomodating.

My therapist was okay. I found the spa its self to be very beautiful. However the walls are very thin. I could hear the people at the nail salon next door with a screaming child. I also could hear a woman talking in the room right next to us. I dont know about you but when I get a massage I like to zone out and not be disturbed by all the noise. The other issue I had is on groupon it said that they use all orgainc products. I asked my therapist what kind of organic products do they use? He said they do not have any organic products there. I told him the groupon said you do and it said that their would be some sort of aroma therapy. He said we do not carry any of those things here. That the owner had never mentioned that the groupon was suppose to be orgainc to any of therapist according to my guy. Thats a whole other issue. The owner I think his name is Nelson. He seems nice, but it is clear he has no idea what he is doing owning a spa. I agree with the last person that wrote a review. He looks like he should be working at a golf course. When I went there he was eating Ice Cream out of the carton, in front of me. It really grossed me out and I do not wish to ever return to this place. Also I had made an appointment and never got a reminder call, however I remembered my own appointment. I came at 10 am and no one was there yet. Finally the owner showed up. The therapist did not. So they moved my appointment to noon. The therapist told me that they never called him to tell him he had an appointment that morning. So he did not think he needed to be there. It is a real shame to have such a nice looking spa available to me in Mooresville and for it to be run so poorly. I could go on and on, but I will just end this with dont waste your money OR TIME. I dont think this business will be open too much longer.

Stovehaven Massage and Spa is amazing. I recieved one of the best massages I had ever had. The atomsphere was soothing and relaxing. Just what my day needed after a long hard week of family, kids, baseball and work. I felt like a queen. I was treated with absolute excellence. I can not wait to come back for a facial. I plan on talking my husband into a couples massage. When I got ready to checkout, I was suprised how inexpensive it was for the experience I had recieved. I would recommend Stonehaven Massage and Spa to all my friends and family, in fact I already have. Do not miss out of this relaxing expereicne with a unbeatable price. You will love it.
