Wow. What a great shop. Super clean and organized. I was driving thru and needed my tire changed. Small job, but they did it fast. I see why people gave high reviews. When I trade my 390 for an 890 I would make it as part of my trip. I live in Illinois.

I purchased a 2021 hustler zero turn from this location a few months back. Within the first few cuts I noticed something wasnt right and that it was pulling to one side. It also had an abnormal sound coming from the same side as well as on any type of incline via that specific side it would act as if it wanted to give out. I emailed hustler directly and after a week or so they finally got back to me and told me to take it into the location I purchased it from. I dropped it off and I was told it would be roughly a week before I had any information which I thought was fair considering how busy everything is. About a week later I received a call stating it was ready to be picked up. This was the first time I was meeting the owner / mower mechanic of this location. When I purchased the mower he was out of town and when I dropped it off for service he was busy. When meeting him for the first time he still seemed busy and didn’t have time to actually address my concerns. Throughout our short conversation he was mainly unhooking a trailer behind a running truck. He had told me that the mower was not setup fully before I purchased it because he is the one who does so and he was out of town. (I was not made aware before purchasing that the tracking / basic setup was not preformed) I still didn’t mind much because again he was out of town and mistakes happen. He then told me to ride it and see how it felt. I stated it still seemed similar and just didnt feel right, after explaining that and giving him more info on the issues I was having he stated that he’s had these mowers for a while and from his experience everything is fine and told me I don’t know what to tell you” At that point I just gave him a thumbs up and left the location. The same day I went home to cut the yard (that I have cut many times with a zero turn) and it still was not acting right at all. I had a friend who has had multiple hustlers come over and attempt a few strips in the yard just to make sure I wasnt out of line and they confirmed it was not working as theres does. At that point I contacted hustler via phone and was directed to a more reputable dealer who was able to tell it was having issues almost immediately. within 1 day they stated it was the right transmission and that it was fully covered. Within a week I had the mower back with the right transmission replaced and it drives and cuts perfectly. I will not be back to Carolina KTM and I would advise against purchasing hustler mowers from them based off my service experience. I would be giving this location a 1 star but the lady working the day I purchased the mower was very nice and reasonable.

I bought a 2021 KTM 890 Adventure R from Scott entirely remotely (Im in Ohio and couldnt make the trip). Scott went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible (even despite a difficult situation that was outside of his control).Straight-forward, trustworthy and trusting, and delivered the bike perfectly. I would have no hesitation buying another motorcycle from Carolina KTM.

Took the plunge and drove the recommended hour and a half to see these guys. They fit me and serviced my bike for me. All the employees were very friendly and went out of their way to help me. Support these guys if you want to have somewhere local to provide parts and service your KTM products. After my visit with these guys I also highly recommend them!

Scott and team at Carolina KTM provide great bikes and customer service. The are direct, honest and go out of their way to help you. Over the last 7 years I have tried a few shops in the area. Over the last 4 I stopped looking. I will only go to them. They are consistent, have great mechanics and are very competitively priced. I can’t say enough nice things about them.

Excellent customer service, extremely friendly staff. Scott was a pleasure to work with when purchasing my bike here, I would recommend them to anybody!

Carolina KTM always take good care of my bikes, they are the best at what they do I will never take my bikes to any other shop but them. Glad I found out about you guys.
