Calling for parts gets you put on a “temporary hold” where you get to listen to potential free cruise offers. If you’re like me and actually have an IQ above room temperature you press the button that corresponds to, “no I am not interested.”After rejecting all cruise attempts the phone call just ends, even if you just let it run it’s course, it hangs up on you. The only way you can contact the parts department is to call the ACTUAL Muscatell Subaru dealership and have them transfer your phone call.

Needed help getting the screw out for the license plates. They took the time to get it done. And even washed my car. That was so awesome coming out to a clean car. We bought a used car from Nick Noone and I highly recommend him as a salesman also. It was a no pressure and we felt so comfortable buying from them. It was the first place we went and then went back 4 days later and car was still there so we bought it. Love it. :)

I must say I am amazed. Today was my first time taking my Subaru Crosstrek in for an oil change. I just purchased it from a friend and neighbor a few months ago. The staff were pleasant the facility clean. The wait was brief and I was met with a friendly face the car to my surprise washed and glistening with key in the ignition ready to go. You cant make this up. What a first impression. And I enjoy driving my Crosstrek around Fargo as much as I do my Mercedes S550. I think muscatell Subaru has a new long-term customer.
