I purchased my Can-Am Commander side by side from these guys late winter 2019 going into 2020...let me tell you, man was I surprised at my experience, they worked hand in hand with me and my bank to get the deal done. I stumbled across their listing for this machine buy sheer happenstance, I called and went in to check it out and I was sold on the machine. Got my financing in order and it was a rather painless process.....then came the day to bring my new toy home, I hadnt purchased a trailer yet but it was a warmer late winter day so I figured what the heck, Ill just drive it home, it was only like 8 miles..three miles into my trek....the drive belt said...nope, no more....so as you can imagine I was not happy and immediately started to question my purchase...so I called Garrett told him what happened, he was there in ten minutes, with a trailer, picked up me and my machine brought me back to the dealership, they repaired my machine with a brand new drive belt, even let me watch how it was done so I knew for future reference if I ever had to do it again...had it fixed in less than an hour and a half sent me out the door on my way....NO CHARGE! Thanks to Garrett and the crew for a slightly stressful but in the end an overall great purchase experience!

Then the boss Gerad came out when I tried to talk about the price and he told me that he bought the vehicle for more then it’s retailed at brand new and said he can’t make a deal because he is already loosening money, lier, terrible, DO NOT GO!!!

The last time I went they accidentally broke something in my car while detailing and with out asking paid for a replacement. They also picked me up and dropped me off. Their selling a bass tracker 190 that has rotted vinyl flooring for 20,800 and a brand new 2020 is 22,000 these guys will tell you they bought it for more than their selling and there already loosing money so you can’t talk them down, don’t get SCAMMED!

Wow is all I can say. Took 15 minutes for someone to greet me on the lot, followed up by not listening to what I was saying. The sales gal (cannot remember her name) then tried to push me on a different car than the Ford Edge I wanted. After the test drive, we sat down to do numbers, but the sales gal couldn’t find a manager. I ended up not buying based on service alone, and will be sticking to name brand dealerships from now on.

I was a regular customer of the Big Lot. I bought my Suzuki there and last year purchased my truck from them. I was disappointed when I found out the name had changed, but when I scheduled my service appointment they told me it was still ran by the same great staff, so I decided to give it a try. John the service manager is alright, however he dosen’t have much of a personality. When I entered the lobby I wasn’t greeted once by a single employee. I didn’t see Kelly, who was usually the one that always made the visit enjoyable. I gave the new place a chance, but for me as a customer It’s not always just about the cost, which by the way your prices have gone way up, it’s about being Treated more then just a number.Your response to me Says it all. Thanks for reaching out, but I’ve taken my service elsewhere.

I can say the staff were super friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I appreciated all of Todds help and patience with me while going through the whole application and decision process. They even let me take the car for the weekend to feel it out and help with my decision... Now, for the reason I give them 2 stars... While I had the car for the weekend, I did some research, only to find that their sale price is $3,000 to $4,000 over the Kelly Blue Book and Edmunds book price. When I came in to return the car on Monday and discuss my findings, I was told that basically because my credit isnt ideal that they cant bring the car down to market value. So, not only am I getting a really high interest rate (which isnt their fault), but because my credit isnt great, I have to pay at least $3,000 more than book price?!? I just cant justify in my head why I should have to pay more than the value of a car regardless of credit. Furthermore, Monday afternoon they were going to give me a call to see if there was anything further that they could do, and it is now Wed and I have not heard anything. I have an appointment with a reputable dealer today, where they have already told me what my interest rate is (and it is waaaaaay better than at Nereson) and where I am treated fairly and paying sticker price for a vehicle instead of getting ripped off. Initially I was so grateful they were able to finance me, but after doing other research, there are better and more fair options out there. So overall, a very friendly helpful staff, however, if you go with them, make sure to check the value of the car you are interested in.

I went here because several of our friends had purchased their cars from here. Sorry, I wasnt impressed! They had me doing paperwork before I even looked at any car! When the paperwork was all done they said I needed a cosigner because I didnt make enough money and payments would be $300 for a 2004 which I still havent laid eyes on! On top of that my daughter was with me. They thought she was my significant other. They just needed to clarify that!!!! What! These people are rip offs! And their sales staff are unethical! I will never suggest them to anyone! Hard inquiry on my credit for NOTHING! They should not be allowed to run your credit UNLESS you have looked at a car and said I want to fill out an application!!!! Period!

I was looking to get a car from this place but their interest rates were ridiculous. The staff itself was very friendly without a doubt but i felt like they were more concern about making a deal that they would benefit rather than working with me. If everybody was more transparent and lay it all down, no games, no BS, and a reasonable rates, this place would get more bussiness. Other than that, i think it has potential if the staff approach things different.

We drove in the lot, just to,look,but we test drove the Durango,and filled out the endless papers,they gave us a reasonable deal trade in,we left with it,it has lots of electronic dials we dont know about yet,but really like it,a good running vehicle,l checked online when we got home,spot on! Not oy do I work here as the detailer, but I love how open and ho eat they are about getting you a car, and that they will work with you on whatever you need or what you can do. They also have some great cars, I fell in love with my blazer. This place is and will always be where I get my car the trailblazer is the second car I have gotten from them.

We got a car brought it in for squeaking they charged 63 dollars noise came back brought it back next day free of charge but i did get the oil changed said they fixed it nope noise came back got few hours later i told Jesse that its back he says in each call let me talk to service manager and see what we can do. Well noise is louder then ever. Very pissed off they wont fix the problem thats been goin on for at least 2 months. Noise is so bad so upset with them its like they dont wanta talk to me even tho my boyfriend bought it for me they know this and i drive it i get the repairs done yet it is like they dont wanta talk to me. Oh then find out yesterday this car has recalls on engine ya why did they not tell us this either.

They advertise that they work with all credit types. If you have less than perfect credit be prepared to be offered one of their bargain bin cars.

I bought a 2016 Ford Taurus from them it doesnt run half the time and they wont help me fix it . Oh it will void the warranty ... BS . I have a lawn ornament that I am paying 28,000 for.

Only had problems with car exhaust leaks and roof put silicone lol cheap and question able but nersons in Detroit Lakesbetter
