I have been buying my work boots here for the last 4 years. I like that they know what I bought previously, and therefore if i need insoles or laces, they have the record of what it is i am needing to keep my work feet happy.

I needed a quick shoe repair on one of my basketball officiating shoes. The store is very clean and welcoming. Chub was friendly and did an excellent job on my shoe and it looks just like new again. The repair was done quick and at a great price. Now I’ll know the fans aren’t yelling at me about my bad shoe;)!If you need work done; I’d absolutely recommend you give them a shot. Thanks!!

Interstate botched the heel on my brand new pair of Frye boots. It took them almost 3 weeks to put outsoles on them, and they charged me $50 after they botched the heel and did an overall shoddy job. Incredibly disappointed, would never come back here!Update: They gave me a partial refund, so I have added a star to my review.
