Please save your money…. Now I have to buy more tires so I can drive safely 😩 If anyone know any way I can get new tires or my money back please let me know I call the customer service number and now I’m getting the runaround. Thank You.I FORGOT TO ADD THIS TOO OCTOBER 4 2021 was told by store manager that they had 4 winter tires available for my car told me my appointment was Good2Go. After they took my car in a hour later they told me they only have 3 winter tires for sale then their to put on 3 winter tires and let my old tire stay on my car……………..they try to sell me non matching tires. Gave me no options to fix other then buy a brand new tire when this tire is less then 6 months old, when they called me they said it was in the side wall of the tire. Every where else I called said they would patch that in a heartbeat.

If you are a female just looking for a simple fix without having to worry about being sold a bunch of stuff, I would not recommend you go here.I went in to get a tire patched because there was a rock in it. I’ve had three rocks in my tires since the new year, so I knew that’s what needed to be fixed.I waited two hours for them to tell me there was no rock and actually the tire was so worn down that there were internal wires sticking out of the tire and I needed to get them replaced.I already have a new set, so they didn’t get the chance to sell me some.I get home to change the tires and they were low tread, but it not even close to as bad as they told me AND I found the rock that I knew was in my tire. So not only did they not look for what I told them was wrong, they lied about how bad my tires actually were. There are no wires sticking out of my tire and I had to figure out how to patch the tire myself.I give them two stars instead of one only because they told me it would take two hours (and it did, which is absolutely ridiculous) and they only charged me $10 for them to look at my tire.

Taken my vehicle here before no complains, but this time I went for one thing and they look at other things and gave me a quote so instead of being the $100 some my total would have been $600some and told me that the couldnt work on the vehicle until everything else was done first. So instead of just doing what I needed done they did nothing and check on other problems that I already knew about that I didnt say for them to check and got charged for it.

I went in to get tires on my car . I called a few days before to set the appointment, the gentleman on the phone was very helpful and answered all of my questions. When I got there it completely the opposite. The 2 gentleman and the counter were rude, talked down to me I do not know if it was because I was a female. Maybe it was cause I was covered in dirt because I came straight from work . It could have been a million reasons why. I have never felt so unwelcome in this store I have been bringing my vehicles here for over 15 years . I probably will not ever be going back.

I was grateful that they fix my back tire a year back. This time around I swing in to get both tease tires changed. Unfortunately, my tread was low and when I incurred a flat, it was time. Luckily, they are a fair priced location!

August 22nd 2020 was told by store manager Brian that they had tires available for my car told me to drive down from Grand forks. whats called a few hours later after they had my car and said they only have two tires for it they try to sell me non matching tires for the rear. What is charged full price for the alignment and the two tires. No sorry about the inconvenience. Would not recommend this service to anyone.

They did great work and the only delay was because of the part we had to wait for. My ride feels so much better after the work was done. Prices were discussed prior to the work being done. Only downside is that I dont trust Pennzoil and I can never get my oil changed there.

Tires plus is a place Ive spent a lot of time getting vehicles fixed. They get me in as soon as they can and they are pretty right on when the work will be done.

Friendly fast affordable and doubled checked the engine so i wasnt over charged.

It was so convenient to be able to walk in and get help right away — even on a Saturday! The process was quick, easy and painless! The repair was done quicker than estimated and the price was less than expected. I will be back and will tell my friends and family!

Was having a problem with the gas door on my car not opening I was nearly out of gas and had my dog in the car I asked them if they could fix it and someone came out promptly did some research and was able to open it and repair the issue for no charge.

Saw a few bad reviews so I was hesitant to go in. I told them my price range for 4 new tires and they were able to keep it under requested price. They also had a credit card that allowed me to put my entire purchase on that instead of paying all of it upfront which for me was super convenient. Besides tires, I also had them do an oil change and alignment and all of that was under $750 which I didnt feel was a completely bad deal. Time frame was a bit long but understandable with everything I had done. Definitely appreciated them being willing to work with my budget.

Very good customer service. I was told by two other shops that a certain part needed replacement. Tires Plus was honest and said it was not am emergency at this time but to kerp an eye on it and when it started looking a certain way then bring it in.

I got an estimate of $650 for a set of new tires and I went to pumps and I got a set for $483 much better prices and good service. Go to pumps don’t pay extra at tires plus it’s a scam

I took my tire in to get patched and the man looked at it for a second in the lobby and said he could not patch the nail that was located in the face of the tire. I then said I will just have to buy a new tire.... before I finished that statement he said “you have to buy a full set”. I laughed and said I would just take it elsewhere. He smiled and said have a good one. Offered no help bringing it back to the vehicle with me and my kids and it turns out ....... the tire was patchable. I don’t know if they just like selling bull or they were just that lazy either way it was a big joke .

They were quick, but why did I get charged for scrap tire recycling fee when I kept my old tires. I wish I looked at the bill before I left.

They dont use Nitrogen in the tires. They dont allow you to bring in your own headlights, break lights, or parts of any kind. They also told my SO that our tread was to low to repair it. Which is completely BS, my SO worked at Okay Tires for years and knows his tires. Tires Plus will do anything for an extra buck. Go anywhere else.

Was lured in my good prices on tires and smooth and seemingly smart salesmen, but the service dept is crooked! twice theyve told me i need service, for example said my brakes were shot (and as another review said) strongly recommended i get it fixed right away. took it to three other mechanics who all said they were perfectly fine. and everybody i talk to has had experiences similar to mine. as soon as i mention their name is oh dont go to that place, theyll rip you off.. they lure you in with the prices but screw you over once they got you in!

I was getting 2 new tires and an alignment. They told me it would be ready around 11:45. I showed up at noon and they hadnt even started. I had go work at 1 so I gave them my husbands number. They never called him, they called me and I was at work so I missed it. Then when my husband finally does get there, the price is just under $500. There were almost $100 worth of warranty fees that they never told us about. We did know about or ask for these warranties. Get exact prices before committing to anything from these people.

Did plenty of research and found the tires I wanted at Tires Plus. I spoke with someone there who quoted me the same price as I found on their website but the tires were not at their location. He said they would be shipped in from Chicago on their next truck (2 weeks out). I scheduled the appointment for that time. I called the day they were suppose to come in and they said the truck had not arrived yet but should be there by noon and they would call me. I waited until 1:30 without hearing from them and called. They forgot who I was and had to look up my info again. I was then informed the tires never came but they could set me up with some other tires. I told them I wanted the tires I picked out and had them order to their store. I was told there were none in the area and I could pay to have them special ordered. At that time my patience was gone and I had to end the phone call.

I have been going to Tires Plus in Moorhead, MN for nearly 4 years for all of my oil changes (and occasional other things that needed to be done). I have never once had a negative experience, and all of the staff that I had interactions with were very professional and friendly. If I could give it 10 stars instead of 5 stars I would.

This store has one of those employees that wants a paycheck but doesn’t want to work. On Feb 2, 2019, we purchased a snowmobile trailer in Moorhead and were about to leave for home in CO. But when we inspected the tires closely, although they had good tread, they were so weather checked they weren’t safe to use. We stopped at this Tires Plus. They don’t carry replacement tires that small, but a very helpful fellow told us if we went across the street to Runnings or Tractor Supply & got the right tires he would mount them for us. So we did get the right tires, but when we came back the helpful employee was not available... just Mr doesn’t want to work. We ended up returning the new tires we had purchased, buying already mounted tires & rims and the tools we needed, and changing out the tires ourselves. If I had read the reviews from previous customers We wouldn’t even have bothered stopping here.

Overpriced with terrible guidance. All of my tires constantly leak after buying the best tires money can buy. Had to buy an air compressor because I was so tired of stopping at the gas station. Went back in for one tire in particular and they did absolutely nothing for me AND charged me for it.

I was able to get right in and get my tires changes after getting a screw in my tire. They changed my tires within an hour and I was able to do work with their free Wi-Fi while I was there too. I would recommend them to anyone!

My girlfriend was having issues so I sent her in because I was happy with previous work there but they first quoted her over 500$ for wheel bearings then when I called and tried to find out I was told 260 for 1 wheel bearing and said fix it4 hrs later I call back and they say it wasnt a Bering it was a missing bolt on a brake caliper that the tec didnt see during the inspectionAnd the bill comes out to be 176$ for a 50 cent boltIts one thing to make a mistake but to charge for it is another thing and to put the icing on top the manager says this still not sure if the Bering is bad in itBut by all means lets put it on the road with the girl and kidsMaybe doc your tecs pay and you might have them quit and decent ones that hat are deserving of that 108dollar labor charge

They will lie about anything to put more money in there pocket and there service was pathetic and unprofessional. I put new tie rods on the car myself and brought it here for an alignment. They charged me an extra hour of shop time because they had to “tighten various bolts”. When I went in and ask them which bolts they tightened, the guy tried talking to me like I didn’t know a thing and just started listing off random bolts that made no sense. Never going back here again and will never recommend it to anyone.

Had hit and miss service from them, recently brought in my truck for an oil change, tire rotation and balance. After getting truck back noticed shuttering side to side at around 55 mph, returned it for a rebalance of tires, said one tire was 4 oz out of balance. Driving into work this morning same shutter at 55mph climbed under my truck to see what they did, didnt even remove my old wheel weights, just chased weights till they managed to balance it once. Ill be returning again today to get it done properly. Cutting corners to do a job fast and having the customer return for a 3rd time to tie up a bay isnt saving you any money. Should have been done right the first time even if it takes a bit longer

We brought our car in to have very slow leaks fixed in two of our fairly new tires. They insisted that we needed new tires because each had a nail puncture hole that was in a spot that was not able to be repaired. They quoted us about $250 for two new tires + fees.Skeptical, we brought our car into another shop to get them looked at. They put plugs in the nail holes and our bill was only about $35.Its been at least 6 months since the local place fixed our tires and they have not leaked at all.Be careful if you decide to go to this Tires Plus. They are shady liars!

I brought my car in to fix a tire with low pressure. They removed a nail and fixed the pressure. However I later found out that they also failed to cut excess rubber off the patch and lost one of the weights off the tire responsible for tire balancing which caused the car to shake when driven. I had to bring it into another repair shop to find this out.

Very over priced. Im a female college kid, dont know much about cars. I asked them to help put a headlight in (already had the part) because I couldnt get it to turn on, and they wouldnt do it and I had to pay almost $50 to get it done and buy another new part. Previously I had to replace my radiator and I got a quote from tires plus. Went to another place to get a quote and it was $170 difference. Dont go to tires plus if your looking for a good deal and friendly mechanics to help you out.

I hated the service, I asked for the 20 dollar full inspection and I m not even sure if they checked anything honestly. I pointed out that the headlights were not working and when I came back an hour later, that seemed to be the only problem they pointed out, not that I am not glad that my vehicle is in perfect shape supposedly. They didnt even check the check box for the parts they were supposed to tick. When I asked them why some are ticked and why some are not, they merely gave me a very unprofessional hesitant and lazy response I dont know why its not checked, it would have been nice if its checked. I took the car anyhow and it started raining later and my wiper blades were not working properly, which means they didnt even check it. I dont even know what else they didnt check. I am so mad and would never recommend anyone to go there. Pathetic service and unprofessional employees and liars.

I needed tires badly on my vehicle and this was the closest tire shop to me. Poor experience and over priced. I should have just got a tow to a tire shop elsewhere.

While I thank them for getting me back on the road be aware that they are anything but cheap. I was told my car needed a thermostat housing even though it had been replaced a few months earlier. Fair enough those things to happen but I was charged 129.99 for a housing that sells on ebay for 24.99. Also the invoice shows 81.00 for a thermostat that costs 12.40. Next and even though my antifreeze was changed when the thermostat and thermostat housing were changed, less than 6 months ago, my bill shows a 99.99 charge to replace it all once again. And lastly, the last time all of this was done my bill was under 150.00...at this tires plus....$331.13. So while I enjoyed their company and the fact they got me out in about 3.5 hours they we WELL paid for their services. The decision is yours and I hope this helps you make it.

Said they replaced a CV shaft in my pick up, but never did. They also damaged the stub shaft that goes into the differential.

These guys are awful. I brought my car in to get my oil changed, and when I came back to get it the car was not driveable. I was told that my transmission was shot and they would need to replace it. Being as the car could not move and I know very little about car maintenance, I had them replace the transmission which costed me more than $500. The next day I was driving to work and my car died in the middle of an intersection. I had to have a tow truck bring me to Tires Plus so they could fix whatever they had done wrong. They blamed it on a bad transmission and put another one in. One day later, my car died yet again on a very busy street. Great. Another tow truck. And guess what? Another bad transmission apparently. A day after having a third transmission put in, I was on my way to Minneapolis to see a concert and a Twins game. My car died yet again about 15 minutes outside of town. Here comes the third tow truck. The employees of Eds Towing and I were getting to know each other quite well by now. This time they decided that they would have to keep my car longer to figure out went wrong as they assumed (after only the third transmission) that the transmission was, in fact, not the problem. So being the gentlemen that they are, they shrugged off the loss of expense of my concert/Twins tickets and set me up with a state of the art 1994 Pontiac Bonneville that looked like it had been stolen straight from the reservation. That lasted a whopping 1.5 days before it started dying on me as well. I brought the car back and demanded that something be done about it, so they offered to get me a rental for the rest of the week (apparently funding rental cars is all they are good at). During this rental time they explained that they could not determine what was wrong and suggested that I bring it to Gateway Chevrolet to get it tested. Only another $85 dollars ripped from the depressed wallet of a poor college student. Gateway determined that it was merely a shoddy cable that was preventing my car to run effectively. Good thing we had tried three different transmissions already. After this entire ordeal, Tires Plus still made me pay for one of the transmissions and stated that they hoped to keep me as a customer. I emailed the company and received no response. The employees of the Moorhead Tires Plus are incompetent snake oil salesmen that should not go anywhere near your vehicle unless you feel like having a head gasket replaced 6 times and finding out that your problem was only a flat tire.

They were pretty good. They had the best price for tires and I needed an alignment done on my 2012 honda civic. They put the correct tires on and did the alignment (got life time). They did however recommend that I do a tranny flush as it is recommened by honda as a service interval and I passed on that. They also wanted $20 (just for labor) to put in a new cabin air filter??? WTF no way. Youre already in there digging around so why should I pay you to walk over to open a box and swap them out when youre already in there. No thanks. They also noted that they wanted to do a fuel injector tune up. I can pour my own bottle of sea foam in for $8 vs your near $100 for parts and labor quote. Thats where they make their money at is on the extras. They didnt hassle me about doing any of that. They mentioned it and I said no and that was the end of it. My dad even gave me a negative review for them but I went with Tires Plus in Grand Forks for my other vehicle which cost me lots but it needed a new tire-rod and yes I knew about it so I had them take care of it and it was good. I went with Tires Plus in Morehead as they had the tires in stock that I wanted/needed for my car since GF only had 3. I wanted the full set. I will stay with Tires Plus as long as they keep doing it right espically after going to Walmart in Grand Forks for tires and oil changes (the wife) and on every since vehicle we have brought there somehow my car got f***ed up or something went wrong with it shortly after a walmart service. Never taking any of my vehicles there again. Maybe its just my bad luck but I will drive across the street and have decient people service my vehicles instead of crazy eye joe over at wally world. They are Tires Plus and that is what I believe they are best for...tires, alignment, and whatever else you need to keep your car and wheels safely going. Nothing more, nothing less.

Worst customer service in Moorhead!

Stopped here in December 2016 to get an oil change on my way home. Started seeing Oil all under the car on the garage floor. Finally took it to my local garage. The Drain Plug was loose. I will make sure to never stop here for simple service again.

I went in to get my fuel pressure regulator replaced for $545 dollars and they used offsale parts that started leaking four months later. I went in to another dealer and they replaced their offsale parts for $280. Bad parts for way too much money.

I went in to get a quote on shocks,struts and tires.I was gave a quote of nearly $4000.I took the quote to other places and was told that tires plus had charged me over a $1000.This from 4 different shops that I got the information from.I will advise people to dont go there.
