We were very pleased with Hands Down, all steps along the way. They came the day after our initial inquiry to measure and got us a bid very shortly after that. They helped us to problem solve small things along the way. Installers were very professional, pleasant, and courteous in our home. Project manager kept an eye on things. Where to even begin? Well, I had sought out three companies to take on my house flooring project And give me bids, without naming the others, I chose to give my business to “Hands Down” because I was impressed with them the most. The project was pretty big.I wanted to redo the entire basement, kitchen, living room, dining room, hallway, and entry way. Boy oh boy was I surprised. They completely treated my home as if it was theirs. Meticulously installed the new flooring and made sure everything was up to par. Whenever an obstacle came up they figured a creative way out of it and have made my home 100x better than it was before. I truly have NOTHING to complain about. I can not recommend them enough. Hands Down Flooring did an awesome job on a custom tile installation for our Brewery Taproom at Junkyard Brewing Co. They fabricated a bunch of custom geometric tiles and sourced some really cool retro colors for us. The best part was how excited the guys got about the challenge of doing a unique installation like this. It was a real treat to work with these creative craftsmen.
