Spent $3200 on a custom work desktop. They installed my Hdd in c slot vs the SSD I specifically requested as primary drive. The d drive comes unpartitioned and unformated. I had to specify adding the HDD to build as a backup. Still got it wrong. I assumed c drive to be the SSD and installed operating system.Now will have the lost time plus paying someone to make th changes required. This explains why startup/updates are slow.Considering their sales relate to customer service and making sure the build is correct. They seem to have dropped the ball.

We recently acquired a Quantum computer from Gravity Gaming and my, does it perform well! Ive been personally sitting on a budget gaming build from 2013 and the difference is incredible! I can actually tune up the graphics on my games above medium and get great performance out of it! Not to mention that I do multimedia work with Adobe CC products (Photoshop/Premiere Pro/etc) and those programs run spectacularly! Were looking to utilize the build for content production in the Youtube and Twitch space, which Ive been testing stream settings for the past month and it has been quite a step up from my previous build! The only tweaking Ive had to do so far was OS specific settings to my personal preferences on the machine like keyboard input and mouse sensitivity, so props on the experience!
