I bought a trailer from Dealin cards De Lynn and he was very helpful! Had a great experience at the store. Prices were the same as menards or everywhere else but way better customer service.

This is a great store and the staff is amazing. They are so pleasant and willing to help. You dont have to be a farmer to find a lot of things you can use there. I have actually found some of the best winter gloves ever there. I frostbit my fingers a few years ago and it is always a battle now to find gloves that will keep me warm. So far their gloves are the only ones that have done the job perfectly.

Has a large variety of things you can not get anywhere else in town.

The manager was rude and so was his staff. The poor cashier was the only one that had a decent attitude. Awful experience!!

Amazing, friendly staff. We were able to bring our friendly, leashed dog into the store and he was happy to get so much love while we browsed. Very clean and well organized.

Ive only had good service there. I go there about twice a week. The guys and gals are very nice and helpful. Ive never had anyone be rude to me, as the other poster states. I do wish the prices were better. I have went other places, only because of cost.

Shopping at Tractor Supply Co. Is always fun! The store is clean, bright, and well maintained.Some of the isles are on the narrow side but not bad.This is one of the few places in the Moorhead/ fargo area that has a good selection of cowboy boots and cowboy hats.The employees that I interacted with were all great to work with to find what I needed.The bathroom (male) that I used was clean but dated in design and decoration.Overall its a great store to go to find most of your farm and ranch needs.

I enjoy the smaller store vs some larger competition nearby. Steady employees. I can usually find everything i need. Prices a bit higher than competition but Im willing to pay if i believe the service is better!

I am giving them a 3-Star because of the service you sometimes get, and the service you at other times wished you had got. Weve had our miniature pot belly pig for 10+ years now, and since we bought him we have been going here to buy our mini-pig food. Then they stopped carrying it, claiming they dont sell enough of it and didnt sell any for almost a year. Not true, its the only place we can buy it from and have to travel 2-hours just to get here and buy it when they have it and they never have more than 2-bags on hand at any given time.We asked them to order it in for us, they said we dont come pick it up when they do, again this cant be true, we go through a bag of it every month. Finally got them to order it in for us again and then they ordered in Active Adult, instead of Elder mini-pig food and again place the fault of this on us. Our pig has been eating Elder for the past 7+ years now, youd think we know which one of the mini-pig foods we need.----------Sometimes they are helpful, other times they just flat out dont help you, we had to ask repeatedly again yesterday when we were there for help, and then later found out it was the manager who wasnt helping us. It took another employee to see the issue and come over to help us, and thankfully he really took care of us. He helped answer our questions about what we were there for and helped us to get exactly what we needed. If only they had more people who want to do their job and help the customers, Id given them a higher rating.

Liked the store but the driveway in is terrible. Big hole coming in thought I broke something. They need to fix this.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HIGH PRICES. My husband and I have often discussed that, since their prices are generally so much higher than Fleet Farm, Menards and other local competitors, TSC needs to step it up in the customer sevice department. I must say that I have had some really great service from an older gentleman there, who insists on carrying everything for me and is cute with my children. Its the younger ladies who drive me nuts! One time when I was buying shavings for my horse stalls (an emergency, because TSC WAY overcharges for shavings) the woman at the register went on a tangent about how she doesnt believe in stabling horses. REALLY?! I am buying shavings from you, lady! Plus, I dont CARE about your horse philosophies. Last night when I went to buy a tube of sand I said Do you have any sand? The girl asks what kind of sand? I said, I dont know... just sand. She VERY snootily says I need to know what you want to use it for. Ugh, my kids are waiting in the car and I just want to know if you have some darn sand! Turns out they have 60# sand tubes. AND THATS IT. Why the long dialogue and the attitude? What she should have said is, Yes, we do carry sand. We have tubes of sand out in the yard. Will that work for you? Geez. Then she carried the sand for me, which was nice, except she felt moved to sling it into the trunk of my car, where it exploded all over the carpet and my groceries. She was apologetic, but it was just one more TSC employee display that drives me nuts. Some of them just act like they are rough and tough farmer know it alls. Give me a break. We hate this store, and dread going in there. Avoid it at all costs!!!
