Brought my 94 Silverado in to get the exhaust done the other day, he knew exactly what to do and what I was looking for. Quoted me 3 hours of work and on exactly the 3 hour mark it was done. Straightforward honest service. Stopped in for an assessment of exhaust system and estimate for a flex pipe that was showing signs of damage. Very easy to discuss with and completed repair on the spot in a timely manner. Excellent, knowledgeable, honest and reasonably priced shop. Very impressed. Cant judge a book by its cover. Would definitely go back if I need work in the future. They fixed the problem I had, and showed me where I will have a problem in the future (leak in the muffler). When I ask if when I replace it if it would be better to get an after market one or just stay factory? He could of sold me on doing an aftermarket one, but I think was up front and honest about just staying with the type I have. So overall good place to go to get work like that done.

Good crew and they do top notch work. Ive brought 3 vehicles there for exhaust and their work has been excellent.

I went here about four years ago due to a loud vibration while accelerating that sounded like a problem with the exhaust. One technician revved the engine while the other technician let me stand in the pit to see a heat shield that protects the transfer case broke loose from a bolt causing the linear increase in noise with acceleration. They didnt charge me for their quick inspection and there was enough heat shield left for me to drill a new hole to be able to reattach the heat shield. Ive recommended these guys to other people and will bring in any exhaust system issue for them to repair. Also Ive always enjoyed seeing their Muffler Man cartoon logo flexing his pipes on the building.

Ive taking my exhaust work to them for many years. They know what they are doing and they do it at very reasonable prices. They fix what needs to be fixed only no extras, very honest people. They are also very nice and polite. I recommend them over anyone else in town.

Muffler Man saved my muffler and my wallet! My muffler was damaged and began to sound really loud. I went to a well known Muffler shop and was told I needed a catalytic converter that would cost me over $700...I called Muffler Man because of all the excellent reviews. I ended up paying a little over $200 for a flex pipe and now I have my quiet Nissan back... I will always give and recommend business to honest, reasonable mechanics who do great work! The dealership I go to for car maintenance told me my car has an exhaust leak. The dealership cant repair leaks so I had two options: replace the whole thing for $1000 or go to an exhaust shop for the repair. I went to Muffler Man this morning. These guys are awesome. I had an engine check light on, I called several places to have it checked, they all said it would cost at least $65 to just plug their computer and read the codes. But these guys didnt only do it for free, but also showed me what the problem was and gave me an estimate.

After ordering the muffler for the following day (odd type of muffler not kept in stock which is understandable) I was in and out very quickly. Friendly people at the shop. I also thought the price was very reasonable, less than Ive experienced in other places for sure. This place was recommended to me by a repair shop that Ive used in the past because they actually repair if possible, as opposed to simply replacing everything, and allowing me to save some money. Im glad they made the suggestion.

I was in this place in October and I found the prices is about the same as the other exhaust shops. Nothing to special about this place the waiting area could use a cleaning and updates. The guys went to work and quote me a price and then when my husband went in there the price was different. Same car I just wanted to ask my husband if that was something that we should get done. Nothing was changed on the car just three days between.

Had them take my resonator out then later relaxed my muffler with a super 10 and a tip, they had to bend the pipe and put hangers in for the muffler so for $110, that’s a pretty good price

I think Im still in shock from my experience...Id heard that some good businesses used to operate this way in the good ol days, but I NEVER expected to have it happen to me in 2016.Since my exhaust system from the cat back is in good shape and relatively new, I didnt want to bring my car to a shop that would just tell me I needed to replace it. I wanted a place that would actually REPAIR it, so I went to Google to read reviews on the local muffler shops. ultimately choosing Muffler Man.So, I called the shop explaining that I had a rattle in my exhaust that I was pretty certain was coming from the heat shield due to welds that had re-broken (I had this same problem a few months ago and ended up having [unnamed shop] re-weld it to the exhaust). The man on the line said that theyd be happy to look at it and that if what I suspected was correct, they could likely just remove the heat shield without any concern. I had expected that I would need to set up an appointment, but he informed me that they work on a first-come, first-serve basis.So, I stopped in after work and found the office empty. The only person working was the guy in the shop, but he promptly entered the office to greet me. I told him that I had called earlier, he remembered talking to me, and immediately brought my car inside and put it on the lift. No more than 5 minutes passed when I saw him back my car out of the shop bay and pull up to the office door. He came in and confirmed that 2 of the 4 heat shield welds were, in fact, re-broken and that he had removed the shield. We stood there looking at each other in silence for a moment while I waited for him to tell me how much I owed for the services, and then he said Well catch you next time. After seeing the bewildered look on my face, he reiterated No charge today. Well see you next time you come in for exhaust work and handed me the keys.

Went in to get a price on a quieter muffler for my Suburban. They quoted my a price WITH installation. They had the correct muffler in stock and was installed on my vehicle in about 40 minutes from walking in the door.Couldnt be happier with them.

He was able to speak to common issues with the exhaust systems of vehicles of my make and model.The prices are fair.They are transparent, even having me come into the shop and look at the exact spots on my muffler that were leaking.They are also efficient; my car had several issues, but I was in and out in well under an hour.After taking my car here, it sounded like it was brand new!

Im in the process of moving across the country and punctured my exhaust. I looked up exhaust shops in the North Dakota area (literally the entire state) and this was the one I found.They had me repaired, in and out in 30 minutes for $42! I am thrilled. I drove for 3 days and waited until I got to the Fargo area to make sure I used this shop, and I am very happy about that.A++++ work!

Had what I thought was a loose muffler, was expecting to pay several hundred $ for repairs. The Muffler Man promptly looked at it and found it was just an old O-ring, fixed it at no charge. If it was anyone else, they could have easily hit me up for a big bill, so this is an honest man, and he will be getting ALL my future muffler work!

I was there a few weeks ago and had them put a few band-aids on my exhaust after a few hundred miles I could tell that my exhaust system was becoming louder. My hanger rubber was melted not from the muffler but from a weld. not impressed with this place.

My exhaust had rusted apart and needed to be fixed. Specifically, it had the resonator rust through just a few inches before it connects to the catalytic converter. They managed to have it welded back together in about 15 minutes, and my particular repair only cost about $20. Thats a lot cheaper than new parts! Not sure if thats how much they usually charge or if mine was just a particularly easy repair weld. Ill definitely return here if I have future exhaust issues!

Yukon had a bad misfire. MM diagnosed it in 5 minutes. Confirmed it was a bad catalytic converter. Replaced my bad one in less than an hour. My Yukon has never had his power! Would recommend to anyone.

About a month ago I was in there with a hanging exhaust. Thought it could be fixed but bracket was off and they refused to weld it ....this week I was giving them a second chance and the kid there throws a fit because I gave them one star. At first they refused to work on my car but after talking the older guy and saying I would give them five stars then he said well we could pull it in and see what we can do. But after they way the kid was acting i didnt want to put my car in their shop. These guys think they the only ones in town that will work like that any small time muffler shop will do the same. Message to shop dont burn bridges.

Friendly and helpful. They had my car in right away, found the leak in about 20 seconds, walked me underneath to show me, and had it fixed 15 minutes later. Then, while we were there, he took the time to check my fiances car too and had a fix done on that in 10 minutes. All for about $50.

If you need work on your muffler this is the place to go. Recently the muffler fell off my Honda CRV and a friend who knows a a lot about cars told me it was no big deal it could be welded back on. So i went to Meinike and they told me they could not weld it back on. What they did propose was to replace the entire exhaust system at a cost of $720.00. Naturally i said no and researched other places. The reviews for Muffler Man were all outstanding and with good reason. I called them on Monday and the man who answered the phone was immediately familiar with my issue and said its common to CRVs. He could indeed weld it back on at a cost of around $50. I brought my vehicle in today (April 16) and the job was done in about a half hour at a total cost of $59.06 with tax. The man who worked on my vehicle even let me go under the car to the work bay to show me what work he had done and pointed out a few other issues that should be addressed in the future. This was the most pleasant auto repair experience I have ever had and again completely recommend Muffler Man.
