I ordered copies of my daughters birthday invite on full size pieces of card stock, fully expecting to cut them myself. I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the order and they were already cut for me! Thank you!

Went to ship two parcels (packed by us) and the staff was quick, efficient, helpful and courteous. An altogether great experience.

I had an unfortunate experience with shipping a package across country. I have since edited my rating due to how quickly and thoroughly customer service resolved the situation. Accidents can happen and are unforseen. Taking the steps to resolve them is a good measure of integrity. Thank you for resolving this issue.

Ive had really great luck here, the staff is very nice and helpful. Along with the others though, I do agree the management is sorely lacking customer service skills, but she has a nice, helpful, friendly staff. I have no problems with them, my packages are always sent in a timely manner, and smoothly.

I love this store, they are always friendly and professional when I go there. Way better than my experiences with fedex or the post office.

I used the printing services and was very pleased. The lady was so extremely helpful and took the time to make sure I was happy with the finished product. Its less expensive than kinkos and they do not charge to make cuts for you. I will never go to the FedEx kinkos again. Thanks.

Horrible customer service. Employees are young, inexperienced and left alone. Manager leaves early and is of no help. Customer beware. I would recommend going to another location or better yet, FedEx.

Lynette does a great job managing the store and even the coworkers maintain a great attitude.

Fairly certain my package, that the clerk knew contained a GoPro (a $500 GoPro), never left the store.Management was extraordinarily unhelpful.
