No customer service. Very disappointed. Wanted a Bimini Top made for a pontoon decided to go local vs internet. Just needed to agree upon price after I was told the could do it. I did not here from them until I called two weeks later. They had notes in their computer about pricing but I was told because I did not have an agreed upon price that nothing was started. I never was contacted at all. Picked up my old Bimini no response or gesture for trying to do business with this company (i.e. Sorry we did not call, Thanks for coming in, We dont want to do it, Nothing!). I dont write many reviews but had to this time.

Cant get a better boat cover. Did it over the winter and it came out better than I ever expected!
